It would seem that these employees are untrained both my protein, cold foam, and my Matcha had clumps as if they were not stirred properly. I guess that's what you get when you hire high school kids and don't give them any type of training. Definitely not what I was expecting looking for that first sit feeling that Starbucks has always talking about. It's more like first sip tummy ache. Loved this location and how the lot is updated but the drinks are terrible. Idk if they're making them too fast but my drink is always watered/milked down or simply just tastes bad! You know it's not going to be good when the color is off. Every time I go there's always an issue with my drink so I just go to the new one on Avalon and Sepulveda. I don't want to be that customer who complains about the drink but 7$ for a drink is too much for it not to be good. read more

Very unprofessional, I have walked in to get my mobile order and 4 employees were just standing around while one was making a drink. When I saw she was done I realized it wasn't mine so I asked about the order i placed which said was ready 5 min prior to me arriving and when I show up no one was working on my drink so I had to ask if it was done. A co worker with a Disney shirt walks over and says I'm just now starting it after standing around taking to the drive through worker. Ended up making me late to work. Be better. Don't offer this service if I have to wait after the time it said it's finished. Ticket on drink was printed at 7:24 I didn't get my drink until 7:37. That's terrible. 7 min in the store when I placed a mobile order. Terrible service. read more

the workers here are always super nice and for the most part my drinks are always made properly . today i got the new banana bread matcha and it was so tasty however the line did take a while . i would say we waited about 15-20 minutes ? i come here often and there's been wait times like that before , but other days the line flies by super fast . i would definitely still recommend this spot to get a consistent drink ! read more

It's taken me awhile to write this review because I don't like leaving negative reviews. But it's gotten to a point where it's beyond frustrating. The team is definitely very nice, so there's no issue on that end. And the location is always clean and well maintained as well. My issue is with the quality of their drinks, specifically their espresso drinks. I only order drinks with Blonde espresso, as the regular Starbucks espresso tastes burnt to me. But almost everytime I go to this location they either give me the regular espresso or burn the blonde. I hope they see this and prioritize getting this correct in the future read more

Came here for the first time since they opened. Super bright inside but not white light. It's pretty simple yet spacious inside. No other people inside the location but us. There were a few cars lined up in the drive thru. We both did separate mobile orders, and mine took longer since it was decaf espresso. Drinks tasted just like we wanted them to. No complaints other than my drink taking an extra 8 minutes. read more

I have been as hard as anyone towards Starbucks in the past year or two since their service went down but the prices went up... HOWEVER... this location is a breath of fresh air. Clean inside, great customer service and easy parking. This is my new go to Starbucks.. right near the 405 and they have a drive through. Love it! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location of all time. I was working from this location for a bit in the summer and it was really nice. It's small on the inside but they do have a few outlets. I like the layout and design and that it's mostly windows for walls. I also like the outside patio for doing work or hanging out. Their drive-thru is open until 9 P.M.!! This is so rare to find! It's also right off the 405 freeway so if you need coffee before you get on the road, this is the spot. All of the employees are really cool and young and I enjoy their banter when I don't have my headphones on. Also they're really fast! read more

I was passing by and decided to stop at this Starbucks location to grab a quick Cafe Latte and Jalepeno Chicken Pocket (New) which was absolutely delicious (for a tiny bite of food.) The Banana Walnut Loaf was soft, warm and scrumptious and went well with my latte. I loved the feel of this location and the staff were very friendly and quick to attend to me. First they told me the wrong total. Then they gave me milk with ice in it. They literally watered down milk. I usually avoid Starbucks like the plague but there were no dunkins close so I wound up reminding myself why I never go here in the first place. Overpriced and LITERALLY watered down. read more

Ended up being helped by Chris today. First he questioned what I ordered and wanted to make it his way. First ever Starbucks where I have had an issue with the way I order my matcha latte. He finally agreed to make it the way I ordered it only for one of his co workers to add extra vanilla foam on top after it had already been added and shaken with the vanilla foam cream in it. Making my drink way too sweet. Completely unnecessary but he would've added the extra vanilla cream foam if he had been paying attention instead of being busy trying to pick up on one of the customers, slowing his productivity. I think he said bye Bri as she left. Definitely disappointed in today's visit. I truly hope they do better at this location the next time I come here. read more

My fiancé and I walked inside to order 3 drinks around 8pm last night. There was no one in line so we walked straight to the counter and ordered 2 refreshers and 1 medicine ball. We didn't receive our drinks until 8:30! After we placed our order we went to subway to grab some food and returned back to Starbucks around 8:10. We asked them around 8:20 if our drinks were ready and they responded by saying that they were going to prepare our drinks and that they were really busy... We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes until we received our drinks.. A 30 minute wait for 3 drinks! When we walked in there were 2 vehicles in the drive through and 2 customers waiting for their drinks. They proceeded to make drinks for everyone in the drive through and even the customer after us received her drink before we did. I definitely will not be coming back to this location! read more

Right off the bat this is the new starbies that just opened up! So it's new and fast and clean on the inside! It's really perfect for students as well-lots of tables to study from and they even have a really cute outdoor space with tables and seats! My husband had been really looking forward to trying it, so that was a bit of a letdown. However, he ended up getting the mango matcha instead, and it was just as delicious, so it all worked out. The space itself is open and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. They also offer food, which I haven't tried yet, but I've heard great things especially about their waffle dessert that everyone seems to love. Definitely planning to try that next time! Overall, this place delivers on all fronts: amazing boba drinks, great vibes, and friendly service. 10/10!

I almost missed the place and went right by it because from the street view the trees are blocking…read morethe sign and building. I ordered garlic noodles to go. I have been wanting to try these for a while so, I'm glad I finally got the chance. My order did not take long but there was only person inside besides myself. The employee that greeted had a smile. I think the place inside is cute and nice and clean but it's just really easy to miss. Plus the noodles were $16 with no protein but it had such good flavor and I would definitely be back just for this.

We understood that we came in pretty late and close to closing, but we weren't planning on dining in, we just wanted to get 3 drinks and 1 food item to go. As soon as we walk in, we received with "we're closed for dining" which all three of us said okay, got it. As we took a look at the menu to figure out what we had wanted, we were met with annoyed stares and sighs as they watched us. This interaction in its full entirety lasted about 10 minutes from walk-in, to waiting, and leaving. It was a pretty uncomfortable situation, and kind of disappointing, as the girls making the drinks not only rolled their eyes and let out sighs while simply making our drinks, messing up one of them up and saying "oh well" and continued to make faces. Which is fine, I didn't ask for it be remade since I didn't want to further interact with the women during this closing shift in this establishment as to not want to feel anymore uncomfortable as we had been with the treatment from the staff. Along with the service not being the greatest, the food item we had ordered Pad See Ew, ended up containing quite a few pieces of meat that we weren't anticipating, considering one of us doesn't eat meat, it unfortunately caused pretty bad stomach issues. We hope that maybe we had just caught an off day with the staff and this isn't the usual service, but as it was our first time at this establishment, it will more than likely be our last.
