It's taken me awhile to write this review because I don't like leaving negative reviews. But it's gotten to a point where it's beyond frustrating. The team is definitely very nice, so there's no issue on that end. And the location is always clean and well maintained as well. My issue is with the quality of their drinks, specifically their espresso drinks. I only order drinks with Blonde espresso, as the regular Starbucks espresso tastes burnt to me. But almost everytime I go to this location they either give me the regular espresso or burn the blonde. I hope they see this and prioritize getting this correct in the future read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location of all time. I was working from this location for a bit in the summer and it was really nice. It's small on the inside but they do have a few outlets. I like the layout and design and that it's mostly windows for walls. I also like the outside patio for doing work or hanging out. Their drive-thru is open until 9 P.M.!! This is so rare to find! It's also right off the 405 freeway so if you need coffee before you get on the road, this is the spot. When we walked in there were 2 vehicles in the drive through and 2 customers waiting for their drinks. Ended up being helped by Chris today. First he questioned what I ordered and wanted to make it his way. First ever Starbucks where I have had an issue with the way I order my matcha latte. He finally agreed to make it the way I ordered it only for one of his co workers to add extra vanilla foam on top after it had already been added and shaken with the vanilla foam cream in it. Making my drink way too sweet. Completely unnecessary but he would've added the extra vanilla cream foam if he had been paying attention instead of being busy trying to pick up on one of the customers, slowing his productivity.
