I went in through the drive thru yesterday (January 1, 2020). The line was held up a bit, so one employee took my card, and another handed me my drinks. I never got my card back. I didn't realize I didn't have my credit card until this morning (January 2), but when I realized it was gone, I immediately called and asked if I had left it there. The woman I spoke to said they did have my card, and I could pick it up later that day. I drove all the way from Century City to the Castaic location, just to have the employees tell me my card was not there. I told them I had spoken to someone and had arranged to pick it up. They told me they usually don't keep the cards for more than a couple hours, and I should just cancel it. Sounded pretty fishy. When I called my bank to cancel my card, they told me there was a declined purchase today, for $30+ AT THAT SAME STARBUCKS. Long story short, an employee, or maybe several of them, attempted to use my card there. Very disappointing. Will be contacting corporate. read more

This Starbucks is a must stop spot if you are headed north over the Grapevine. We stop here at least 3 times a week. Its in a horribly run down strip mall where all the bigger businesses have left for higher ground but Starbucks is Starbucks. I have never seen a Starbucks as an anchor store for a strip mall but I guess there's a first for everything. read more

Whenever I drive through the area to LA/OC this is my one stop. 1) They always make my order right and fast 2) They have a clean bathroom and sitting area. The only downside is the bathrooms, like all Starbucks, are single user, so if you hit the place at a busy time there is going to be a wait. read more

I personally am not really a coffee drinker, however we were on tour headed for Bakersfield and Mateo was the only one who could really drive the van because it's his van and also everybody else either has no license or suspended license. Well it was starting to get late and Mateo was starting to get real groggy and we really needed to get to Bakersfield ASAP so we pulled into this Starbucks. They provided Mateo with just the pick me up he needed to get us there in one piece and for that I shall be eternally grateful. read more

I live in Frazier Park and used to commute to a job in North Hollywood, so every morning before work I would stop at the halfway point to grab my morning usual which is a Iced Carmel Macchiato. Though there were other Starbucks along the way I always made my stop here because the service is ridiculously fast, always very pleasant and correct. I'd say 9/10 I would be in the drive-thru for under 2 to 3 minutes, starting from the time I pulled up and ordered to the time I got my drink. -On my birthday I bought a reusable Starbucks cup but after one use the lid would not unscrew anymore. Every time I came back I would forget to bring it in to get it replaced and had never gotten a receipt for it since Starbucks only offers you the receipt if you would like it to save on paper waste (good on them) I told the store manager on duty and he was very kind and understanding and said that if I would like to bring it in the following day he would kindly replace it and told me what hours he would be there. I appreciate that he took my word for it and it did not make me feel like I had to prove myself (i'm sure you know what a hassle it can be to return things to certain companies, without a receipt) Another time I ordered a cookie dough cake pop & a chocolate cake pop and we got 2 chocolate instead. They were very apologetic and of course quickly fixed our order. This Starbucks is my favourite I have been to thus far. 2 weeks ago they changed all the furniture to where now it's uncomfortable and you cannot even carry a conversation. The tables are smaller, chairs are stiffer, for this reason my group approximately 7 people have changed our location to It's a Grind at Halsey and Old Road. read more

These guys/gals are the best. Super friendly and they will help you with anything you need. I love visiting this store and being greeted with a smile. They know my name and always ask to confirm if I want my usual drink. Their tables look amazing and makes this a great place to relax before going out for the day. Pulled off the i5 to get a cup of ice. That was too large a request. I offered to pay for a cup of ice or any beverage to get a large cup of ice but was denied. I don't think it's a good call to deny clients who are daily consumers of this franchise. read more

Just want to take a quick moment to thank our barista, Jordan. We were traveling up north to Big Sur after a long day at work and passed by this Starbucks for a much needed pick me up. Jordan helped assist us at the drive thru and when she handed us our drinks she noticed my Strawberry Açai Refresher looked a bit watered down. She was really kind in letting me know right away and went out of her way to let me know she would remake my drink if I didn't like it. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Music blasting loud couldn't hear the barista to give my order. The bathrooms were dirty. The barista was rude. I asked him if he had anything to eat that was gluten free and he rolled his eyes at me and told me no. I looked and four 4 things that were gluten free on my own. He was really lame. Then when I got my drink I had to wait and ask for a straw because the girl didn't hand me one and there was not any out, the girl acted like it was a big deal to grab me one. This Starbucks sucks! Located right off THE major highway of the state of California, it should have a more than one bathroom, and it should be clean. There were 4 women waiting in line for the bathroom at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Pilot across the street. This facility is conveniently located right off the freeway. One time I was passing by and I need some caffeine so I stopped by here and they had me fixed and going back on the road before I knew it. If you don't have a Gold Member Card I recommend you get one you will earn free drinks. read more

Ok, I've been going here for a while now and let me just say....the new drive thru guy today sucked! He spilled coffee all over my hand and looked at me confused when I asked for a napkin with coffee dripping all over my hand. On top of it he tried blaming someone else for the coffee spilling. Right off I-5, it's pretty dang convenient for caffeinating pre- or post-Grapevine. The bathrooms are clean, the baristas extremely friendly, but I felt like the coffee could have come out a bit faster. Admittedly, I always feel like that since it takes 20 seconds to make a black iced coffee, so I am a bit biased. The parking lot was pretty full, and very sunny. I would definitely come here over some of my other Starbucks experiences in the area! read more

Just ordered a drink in the drive thru and the chick taking our order was clearly more concerned with getting to the next car rather than accurately taking our order. She kept cutting us off while we ordered to give us our total instead of listening or placing our order on the screen so we can see what she's hearing. So of course my drink only had one single espresso shot instead of one additional shot like I had asked. I'm sure I was still charged for the additional shot and now I'll be falling asleep on the road since I was given 1/3 the amount of caffeine I requested. Thx read more

stopped in Friday March 15 for a fast stop on our way to San Diego. the baristas were amazingly friendly and quick to help! i ordered my regular coffee and went on with our trip. first sip i was in awe. this was the best cup of coffee i have ever had at Starbucks! temperature and flavor, spot on! the coffee was so good that we made a special stop for another cup on our drive home on Tuesday March 19. this time it was during the day, still friendly and a great cup of coffee! thanks! read more
