Well staffed location with very friendly service! My egg bites and coffee were ready and perfectly prepared before I arrived. The interior has a long table with a dozen chairs, two mini tables with two chairs each, and six regular round tables each with a chair and long bench behind them. High ceilings and impeccably clean. For all of your coffee addicts out there fear not the ratings of this "Starbies" location! 4:00 in the afternoon I was in need of a pick me up on my way to an appointment and this location did not disappoint. Service at the counter was bright and super pleasant to speak with, no sassy hostility here only smiles and speedy service. My orders came out quickly and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes from the moment I parked to the moment I drove off! This location is in a slightly less than busy shopping center but I am happy for the ample parking accommodations. Inside of the establishment it was clean and the fresh food items were moderately stocked even though it was late in the day. All of the tables were clean and the cream and sugar station was well stocked. All in all I got everything I expected in a speedy and pleasant fashion. Visiting the area and this location was only a half mile from where I am staying. Order via the app (as I normally do) and my order was ready before I even arrived! Parking lot is big as it shares it with a shopping center and there's plenty of room, unlike some locations where it is tight to get in and out of. read more

We try Starbucks in just about every city we go to.. this one in Palm Springs was nice for a few reasons.. parking was easy.. they have some tables for working while you caffinate.. service is above average for this chain. I really want to like this Starbucks because it's the closest one to me. But the drink quality is really inconsistent here, particularly for the Pink Drink. I always find myself needing to ask them to 1) add more coconut milk so it's not too sweet and 2) fill my cup to the top. If I'm paying $6+ for a drink, the least they could do is make sure the drink is exactly how it should taste (not too sweet and not too bland) and give me what I paid for -- not less! Staff are generally nice and accommodating when I ask... but really, customers should not be having to micromanage baristas to get a drink just right. read more

The rudest Starbucks employees I have ever experienced. Every time I come to this location it is always the same experience. The lady working the drive through in the mornings is always so unpleasant. She doesn't speak to me. She never says "hello" or "goodbye" "all set" anything to indicate this transaction is over, that I have my full order and can leave. The food and drinks are always slapped together with no care. Nice Starbucks located conveniently near the Trader Joe's. We were staggered by how fast the service was as we are used to coffe houses packed with students. It is also larger than our norm and we settled into two cozy leathering lounge chairs to plot the next move on our vacay. Im actually really surprised the rating for this Starbucks is so low! It really shows that the majority of people who leave reviews leave a review to specifically be negative. This Starbucks is most definitely one of the best if not the best in the area, and I go here all the time! Morning crew, mid crew, and night crew are all very nice and the drink quality is most definitely the best in the area. I never have to get my drink remade here and it always tastes perfect. My friend and I actually brought our drinks from another Starbucks to get it remade because the espresso was really thin and watery. (9:30 AM on February 2nd! This place is very testy LOL. These "servers" forget that they're servers rather than being served. Took forever for anyone to check if my mobile order was ready. And as usual they got it wrong. The overall attitude was rude and demeaning. I tried to taste test my wrong order just outside the door, and a lady yelled over the counter, no drinking until the door is closed! One of the workers was outside on his phone without wearing a mask, and had thrown a fit when I asked for a straw earlier. He said that the environment would weep if he handed me a straw LOL. All the indoor seating is closed, due to COVID, which I understand, but their only two outdoor patio tables had no lighting and no heat lamp.
