I don't always review Starbucks but I had to review this one! I walked in and Every employee greeted me and said good morning or welcome! All employees were attentive and working and smiling and just being awesome. My order was taken quickly with a smile and you know the team is enjoying their work through it all. My order came out quick and done right with no issues! I want to commend the manager of this team for creating this atmosphere and great experience! I travel throughout the US and this has to be the best Starbucks experience I've ever had in any of the 30 some states I have been at and stopped by a Starbucks! I ordered a shaken espresso, light ice light cream when they gave the coffee, it was half empty I asked for the manager he said when you take the ice out or go light and go light on cream, that's how much you get I said, but I also ordered a extra shot and he told me sorry that's what it is every other Starbucks I go to it's always filled up. Normally, this is a very good Starbucks however, this morning, I went through the drive-through ,several cars in front of me . When I got to the order window I was told they don't have any regular coffee.. I said how about sign at the entrance of the drive-through indicating there is no coffee . The clerk had an attitude and said we just found out 20 minutes ago! She gave me a look as if I was being extremely unrealistic, and my expectations were way out of line. Let me point out. I've been coming here every other week to work remotely while my kids are in school, and I can honestly say this is hands-down my favorite spot. I work out of a lot of different coffee shops and libraries, but nowhere else even comes close to the level of customer service here. The morning crew is incredible--efficient, in sync, and somehow always able to keep the rush moving while still taking the time to be genuinely kind. They remember my name, greet me with a smile, and even check in like I'm part of the family. They treat so many regulars this way, and it's rare to find that kind of warmth these days. Not only do they always get my order right, but some mornings they even bring it over to me without me asking. That extra touch of kindness is why I keep coming back. Sure, you can get coffee or tea anywhere, but what you can't get everywhere is this feeling of being welcomed and cared for. Yes, coffee and snacks are a little pricey (as they are everywhere), but here I feel like I'm not just paying for a drink--I'm paying for an experience filled with kindness, connection, and the kind of service that makes you look forward to coming back. This place has significantly improved, but the pastries still need some work. They taste more like they've been frozen rather than freshly baked. On a positive note, the new coffee machine consistently delivers fresh, hot coffee. However, given the price of a cup of coffee, they should consider stopping using sugar syrups.. Truly impressed with the service I experienced this morning. I didn't realize my order had an ETA of 15-20 mins (rush hour) and I arrived about 4 mins after placing the order . The lady at the speaker was nice, the lady at the window was nice, and then my drink came out shortly- made correctly. Which lately has been hard to come by with Starbucks for some reason. This was my first time trying this location but I will certainly be back! Whoever is doing the hiring must be doing great. read more

I hadn't noticed until after I left but I got a very hot coffee with no sleeve. The girl at the window should be glad I didn't drop it on my lap as I almost dropped it after burning my hand. We've stayed at the Desert Princess complex twice at Thanksgiving time. The last time, we discovered this Starbucks nearby. We'd already checked out of the condo, and were waiting for the model homes to open. This was a good place to come for a drink and snack, and sit out the time till we could go back to the complex. Ordering went quickly. They did an adequate job with the frappucino I'd selected. The location didn't have a particular pizzazz to their decor. It was okay, but not memorable. We sat outside to enjoy the warmth of the morning, before it got too warm. There were just a few tables outside. They have a drive-thru here, which I'm sure is convenient for the local residents. read more

Yes. I know they were slammed. At the same time, the entire line of cars, including those who hadn't ordered yet, were served and long gone before my single Americano was ready. There were even cars who weren't yet in the drive-through line who received their orders before mine was ready. I had to ask for it, and they had put it out of sequence. This isn't the first time that this has happened at this location. Not even an apology. I expect better service; at the least, in the order that they were received. I only purchase Starbucks coffee when I am out of town as usually the hotel/resort coffee that is provided is pretty weak. I like ordering via the app and get special perks like bonus points along with fast and easy pick up (both trips thus far were through the drive up). This Starbucks location is my favorite. I've done drive thrus here about 3 times on the weekends and was always greeted warmly in a way that makes me feel they truly cared about me and I always leave feeling so happy. I am normally a boba person so I don't usually go to Starbucks but when I am in the area I always want to come here when I am in need of coffee or a cold drink to get thru this heat. This is the slowest Starbucks in the valley. Minimum 20 minute wait for drivethru, double that for walk ins. Lose your mobile orders and then just stare at you with blank expressions when you show them the order. Starbucks needs to start raising its employee standards, employees are rude and goofing off, can't hear you and seem to not know the menu. You will have to repeat yourself 3 times, and it's super annoying when they laugh after delivering the news that they in fact don't have anything you ordered. Save yourself the headache and the 20 minute hostage drive thru situation. Go to any other Starbucks in the valley. read more

This branch became my favorite, the best Starbucks within my five mile radius - I've always had pleasant experiences here. So I was surprised to see its overall low rating. I looked through the reviews and think I've spotted the reason: customers who go inside (happier) vs. those who only use the drive-thru (not so much). Understand that they're located at a very highly trafficked intersection so at times expect the line of cars to get pretty long - I've seen so many pull in all at once, especially during the morning rush. So good job employees for the superior service I've always gotten inside despite the pressure you were under to get all those caffeine/sugar-addicted-and-late-for-work-or-school drivers handled efficiently. In that ultra-irritated state of mind it's a good thing most of them are unarmed - that all they can shoot at you are tiny one-star cannonballs into cyberspace. Of course it's all your fault and none of them could have possibly left home five or ten minutes earlier to allow for a packed drive-thru! There's not much else to say - when a chain serves almost exactly the same drinks and food at all locations, and their stores are all company owned as Starbucks are in the U.S. (no franchises), then it all boils down to the managers/personnel they hire - how well they understand "serve others as YOU like to be served when YOU go out." Always appreciate People in the food and beverage industry. It's not easy these days offering good service as customers can be rude and ungrateful. That being said I am Not one of those people. I have found this particular location to be hit and miss in regards customer service. Last weekend the Banda music was to much. It was loud and obnoxious. We didn't ask employees to lower the volume we just left. The middle aged woman behind the counter will not smile no how nice we are. The signs outside contradicted each other, "drive thru only" and "order ahead to pickup". I called the store and was bluntly told pickup orders have to be picked up through the drive thru. Once we finally got to the window to pick up the order it wasn't even ready. What a waste of time. Update you're website/google page/ store signage.
