Placed a mobile order and gave them a few moments after the quoted time before I went in to grab my order. Upon entering there were loads of mobile orders that hadn't been picked up. I didn't see my order so I gave them a few more moments before asking a barista. The baristas stated they were really busy and about five minutes later my order was completed. The barista making my order did struggle with my drink and it tasted a little off. Starbucks 4450 Randolph Rd Charlotte, NC 28211 (Review 647 overall, 192 in 2021)

I've been coming here to study regularly. The staff is really great, the ambiance is nice for focusing, and I've never had any issues with my drinks. Keep it up :)

Another quick stop for wifi and a coffee (I was working a lot today while shopping!) and this Starbucks over here on this side of the Cotswold Village Shops was convenient. A little busy and quite loud but it worked out well for me. Coffee was the usual Starbucks stuff. Parking is interesting in this shopping plaza. All I can offer is, "Good luck!"

Every time I come to this Starbucks I keep seeing a sign on Monday that says they are closing early they say that they have a meeting but in reality there just partying eating pizza drinking soda and free drinks from the Starbucks every time a customer come they get angry or even sad and a girl grins at them because they locked the door.

Busy, busy, busy! However, baristas are nice, friendly & welcoming. Very efficient & short wait time from order to beverage. Pretty decent sized layout, although tables & chairs are all filled. They have a small area outside for patio seating. Great location...you can do plenty of shopping in this shopping area!

Stopped in here to re-caffeinate after lunch and work for about 45 minutes. Ordered a cold brew coffee - was strong and delicious! Lots of seating here - decent place to work for a bit when on the road!

This Randolph road location is convenient. Right next to grocery shopping and cross town routes. Most times I am in and out in 10 minutes. In July they were out of lids three visits in a row so I bought a venti cold drink tumbler. They had already made my drink and when they poured it into the new tumbler it fit perfectly! I was happy to find they offer a 10 cent discount drink price when you bring your personal cup. Not huge, but something! The new free Google wifi works great too! Interesting early result of Charlotte becoming a Google Fiber city.

The store looks less cluttered with the remodel. Still can't figure out why the customer service is not as spot on as other Sbux stores. About 5 years ago there were some great employees who went out of their way to give you a pleasant experience. They have been slipping and the baristas seem to ever changing. Mom and I ordered a cold pumpkin spice latte today. Before they could start the order they stood talking to one another and then restocked the syrup and cups. There was no one else in line so I'm not sure why no one had made an effort to restock before we came in.

The popular & intimate venue did not allow much space for conversation, only found 1 seat by the register. Did not see info about wifi but could have missed it as there were def peeps working on laptops- maybe I had to ask for that like I did the bathroom key. Got a good matcha latte in a lovely 'delivery.' Staff was polite, efficient. Dearth of offerings info - again, customers there are likely regulars-- so baristas didn't offer info I didn't expressly ask for. (I couldn't see what the milk subs were for drinks, or decaf options, etc.) The drink was fine but this is not the venue for me. I commuted to get there, & was annoying finding a spot in the close-quarters lot. Then had to stop busy staff to ask for the bathroom key...esplly awkwd since I had to go more than once. (Driving & caffeinating, you know?!) This place was just not my cuppa. .

I got to chat with the baristas, who recommended one of their seasonal drinks. The Blackberry Shortbread Cookie Latte. It was the perfect mix of creamy and sweet, with a distinct "matcha-ey" quality where all the flavors balanced each other out perfectly. I really wish I'd had more time to sit and enjoy it there, the space looked so cozy! You definitely have to give their coffee a try. They have several locations throughout the city, but I highly recommend checking this one out!

The book prices are particularly good and make it easy to take a chance on an unfamiliar author or genre. The café serves very good coffee. On this visit I had a cortado, which was strong, smooth and well made. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. What I like most is the atmosphere. During my visit I saw families browsing books while enjoying a drink, friends meeting for coffee and people having informal meetings. It feels like a place where you can spend time rather than simply stop by. The balcony seating looked especially appealing for reading or quiet study, with a good view over the café below. A place with plenty of character, and one I will be returning to again.

You can actually watch the nitro percolating and settling in the glass when it's poured, which is such a treat. To go with the coffee, I ordered the breakfast burrito and a chocolate pastry. The burrito was delicious and generous in size, served with a salsa that brought a great kick without being overbearing. The chocolate pastry was fresh, flaky, and hit the spot. Service from the staff on the first floor was attentive and helpful, and the space has a solid energy to it. Parking is tight (the lot only holds a handful of cars), and while the noise level is moderate, it's nothing a good pair of headphones can't handle if you're looking to get some focus work done. Wish I were a local so I could make this a regular routine. 5 stars!

They offer a lot of drinks and food and have lots of seating. The outdoor area was beautiful and relaxing-ish (they can't help the cars driving by). I ordered a zucchini quiche and nitro coffee, my SO ordered drip, cortado, and empanadas (Patagonia, spinach, and breakfast). I thought the cortado was delicious. The drip was very weak and the nitro bitter. The quiche was just slightly over salted. I liked the spinach empanada, but found it heavy on the salt too. The Patagonia was pretty delicious and had great flavor. When I took a bite of the breakfast empanada, I couldn't name any of the ingredients in the filling. Overall, gave me the caffeine boost and sustenance I needed, but I probably wouldn't return.

I love when businesses, especially food trucks have details like that. I ordered the seaside macchiato on their June specialty drink menu. I told the lady working that I prefer my drinks sweet so she suggested that I add more sweetener. They worked at a great pace with the line that they had. The wait wasn't too long. Maybe 5-7 minutes. My name was called and I stepped up for my drink. It was so pretty! I took a sip and immediately realized that it was not sweet enough to my liking. I stirred and received the same outcome. I went back to the window and asked for more sweetener. The guy working was apologetic and took my drink back with no complaint. Unfortunately, as he attempted to place my cup on the counter, the cup fell. He apologized again and remade it. He didn't cuss, fuss, or seem angry, he just remade the drink. That really made an impact because I would've expected a bit of frustration and there wasn't any. He remade my drink and explained that how I wanted it made, he had to add one less espresso shot. I thanked him for his patience and remaking my drink. They have great customer service! I give this company two thumbs up.
