I experienced good service, the barista were very polite and well mannered. I will be returning the next time I come to outlets to shop.

I ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and they were out of chocolate chips so they suggested the mocha Frappuccino. I said yes and my girlfriend ordered an iced passion tango tea. The Frappuccino had zero coffee and tasted like a chocolate shake and the tea was watered down with no sugar. I definitely will not be returning to this Starbucks! read more

Not much to say in terms of the menu as if you've been to one you've been to all of them. This is an outside venue. They do not have a store Per se. rather it's a walk up to be waited on. Customer service was good. I didn't have to wait a long time which is good because it was raining out. There are tables and chairs for a small grouping of people to sit outside. read more

Always closed. We waited patiently in the line and when it was our turn, they said they are closed. This is pathetic because on their sign it said the hours were 9 AM to 9 PM, it was 5 PM and they said they are closed. How could you serve the customers in front of us but not us and lie to us saying that you are closed. Clearly you aren't closed because your hours are 9 to 9. Walk-up only Starbucks that serves the Premium Outlet mall. There is no inside here, no drive through. Place your order and pay at one window, pick up your finished coffee beverage at the other. There is plenty of outside seating here or throughout the shopping center. Note that many shops do not allow food or drinks inside! read more

I have nothing bad to say about this particular Starbucks. I was met with nothing short of friendly, punctual, and above and beyond service. My drink screamed delicious and they even told me about the exclusive rewards program they offer which in the end would save me money. It is an outdoor starbucks considering it's inside of the outlet mall. Decent amounts of seating and a more than visible menu that isn't complete but has all the favorites and well known menu items everybody loves. There are days where you need a "pick me up" and this was definitely one of those days! This location was very nice and neat. The staff was super friendly and they were very quick with preparing everyone's orders. My husband and I came here to try the mocha cookie crumble! We both got a small and it was AMAZING! We are not fans of coffee but once in a while, we like to try new things. That's what life is all about! read more

The newest addition to The Charlotte Premium Outlet Center, this is now my go to buck stop when I'm at work. It's walkup only with no indoor area for patrons. There are a few tables out front if you wish to endure the heat, rain, etc. Due to loud ventilation inside, the workers have a hard time hearing you place your order. Be prepared to yell it at them. Customers seem confused by the line since there are two windows. One to order and one to pickup. No one knows which one to go to first since it's not clearly posted. Once you receive your beverage you can step to the side for sugar, stir sticks, etc. However, due to the hot summer temps, they've been unable to leave the half and half out and you must step back to the window to ask for it. Apparently bee's need their caffeine fix too. They are buzzing all around and you may even find one in the food case. Also, the menu posted on the storefront advertises items that they don't even sell. Go figure. In the short time they've been open I've had my fair share of interactions with them. After all, a retail worker needs his coffee! The staff seems well trained in their craft but have been known to come off as rude. I sent one of my staff members to get me a decaf one evening and they were angry to have to do a "pour over" because they don't keep decaf around. I thought this was because it was near closing time but no, they don't do decaf...ever. Really? Anyhow, as they've become more familiar with mall employees they seem to have curbed their attitudes a bit. Hopefully they find their customer service niche soon. I've rated them 3 stars because the coffee is par for Starbucks and it's a nice addition to the center. I need my retail fuel and will continue to pay them daily visits. read more

If you've tasted your drink at one Starbucks, you've tasted it at all Starbucks. Therein lies the beauty of chain restaurants. Starbucks gets the taste right every time. What this Starbucks lacks is a smooth operation. The cashier struggled to hear my name. After the third attempt, I determined that Kristyn was a perfectly acceptable variation of my name. Next time, I'll take advantage of the opportunity to use a club alias during the daytime. I digress.... The real issue is that orders were being taken far faster than they could be filled and there was a long wait, despite there not being very many people waiting. If they can work out the timing kinks, they'll be fine here. read more

How can you go wrong at Starbucks?! Well nothing's perfect I guess... My mother and I ordered a Caramel Waffle Cone Latte (her favorite by the way) and they informed us they ran out of the waffle cone bits and we were a little disappointed because that's kinda like the "cherry on top" after paying and 5 secs later I remembered another drink I wanted to try (a Strawberry Refresher) to replace the lacking waffle cone latte; the cashier informed me she would have to refund the money then ring up the order again, etc...I stopped her and said "Nevermind" I thought she was doing a little too much just to replace an order that they couldn't really fill in the first place! I did a mobile order and when I picked up my order I noticed that it was wrong but due to my error when I placed the order. The staff was kind enough to make me a new one right away. Very disappointed with the service. I stood in line to get a bottle water. The girl at first window said they were out and to go to next window for a cup of water. The girl barista at next window was slow and would not accommodate my request after I was told to go to her window. As she opened the window to give other orders she continued to shut the window on me. She rudely told me to go order it from the other window I told her I did and she shut the window on me again. She open the window again for another order and I told her that the water was for my grandmother over heated sitting at the tables. She sneered at me and closed the door again. I told her forget it and ran to the food court and got a cup of water from another vendor. They were nice and willing to help me. read more

I visited the Starbucks at 5434 New Fashion Way in Charlotte, NC and was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I ordered a passion tango tea and a passion tango tea/lemonade. The cashier repeated the order to me as two teas with lemonade so I corrected him. After waiting about ten minutes for the teas to be made I was given two teas with lemonade. I explained that one was supposed to only be tea and the barista told me they were both ordered with lemonade. No apology, no offer to fix my drink, nothing. First off, I work at the Outlets and go to this Starbucks frequently but the service I experienced today was disappointing. When I approached the window the only thing that was said was "what do you want?" As I proceeded to give her various orders (as I was making a coffee run for my store) I could feel the attitude arising. I waited patiently at the pick up line to receive my coffee when Jessica rudely said, "it's right there" as I explained I didn't order a hot coffee she insisted I was wrong and that was indeed my coffee. I know it is very cliche to say, "the customer is always right" but if I'm a paying customer I should at least not feel shitty for asking someone to remake my coffee because it is not what I ordered. I have never had a problem with Starbucks customer service but I have to say I WILL NOT be purchasing anything from this store again. read more
