Today I was able to meet Hazel at the drive-through window and when I say she was one of the kindest people I've ever met that is an understatement! The staff here is incredibly nice and have no issues with them at all! Long time regular customer but it has happened 3 times in a row when I've even asked if they have an item ahead of time to check before I order, it's confirmed, and then I'm notified even afterwards that it's out of stock. I'm usually coming in during lunch breaks and don't have time to reorder something. It makes more sense that it something is available especially if it's the last item, that it could be put aside for that person if it's asked about? This has been a huge problem and I hate leaving a review like this for such a friendly staff, but it's totally thrown off my day when this happens since I have a timed 30 minute lunch break. I was so happy when they put in a Starbucks here! It's close to my house and I love that it is a drive thru. They have always gotten my order correct and it has always been delicious. The only problem is the drive thru line can take forever even when there are not a lot of cars in line. I'm not sure why but it is the only down size. Its a hit and miss in this location, but this review is for when I was very disappointed with my order and especially the service. First of all, the lady that helped me, had no customer service etiquette. She literally sounded like she did not like her job. I got to the drive thru window, ordered two drinks with NO WHIP. She got my order correct, but both drinks had whipped cream. I informed her. She did not even apologize for giving me the wrong drinks or offered to change them. I just waited until something was done with my order. My drinks came back with STILL WHIP CREAM on it and they only changed the lid one of the drinks. I was so upset. This is the best Starbucks in the valley. I have never had to wait to be helped at this location. For some reason, they always accidentally make 2 of my beverage, and they give me the extra for free every time! The baristas are so kind and funny. This is my favorite Starbucks location ever. Crazy busy location. I just love the starbucks business model. Consistency. This is my local location & my favorite.

Love this location!! Love that it is on Mason so convenient on my way home but not so much on my way to work. I take the extra 5 min in the morning to drive to THIS location because of the sweet staff. My drinks are always made the right way and never watered down or taste funny. These people know what they're doing and I will continue to drive out of my way to make sure I get a GOOD cup of coffee to start my day. :) Thank you guys for all that you're doing and working as fast as possible through that huge drive thru line and still having a great attitude! :) read more

The two stars are for the couple of times they have met Starbucks expectation, this Starbucks has now served me coffee with grinds approximately 3 times. I am a fan of blonde roast here at Starbucks and the amount of times that I've had to give back my coffee because it is cold and they offer me a blonde americano instead because that's the freshest blonde roast they could provide. ITS NOT THE SAME. I'm sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous. calling in my drink to be remade because the baristas (aerated) steamed because they knew that their brew had gone cold is terrible. Coffee timers should be running at all times. Also No reason brewers are not being rinsed my cup should not be covered in coffee grinds on the bottom . Just sad. read more

Barista seemed high taking my order. Forgot to give me my card back, I walked back to the window, she oddly smiled & me when I asked for my card back that she was still holding. Then I left & tasted my drinks. They weren't correct. White chocolates mocha lattes are standard & never wrong. These tasted like water. Had to go back through the drive thru and told her they were wrong and she told me how much they'd be, I had to tell her I was not paying. She never apologized and could not have cared less. this place only continues to disappoint! i placed a mobile order today at 7:06am & when i arrived my order was nowhere near ready. i waited until 7:36am and NOTHING. i wanted a refund but no one was able to help me & i wasn't going to be late for work so i ended up leaving with nothing. i hope when i speak to a manager later today i am provided with a FULL refund as this also happened last week and when i told the manager about it, he said he could only give me back $4 and my order was a little over $12. i don't know what it here? i don't know if they're short staffed or need more training but today was just awful and i wasn't the only one waiting 30 minutes (maybe more) to get their order so i'm sure they'll be getting a lot more complaints after today. so if you live in the chatsworth area, go to the one that's on devonshire & mason (next to western beagle). they seem to be on top of things & have their stuff together! read more

3rd time this location fails to fulfill my order correctly. New baristas are rude, rush to fix errors that result in more errors. Came for a venti brown sugar shaken espresso light ice, when I arrived at the window cup was filled to the top with ice and was told the ice removal would result in me losing 1/3 of the drink? Redid my drink and added milk as a "courtesy" (according to the barista they normally charge if you ask them to fill the remaining gap when you ask for light ice?)... by the time I got the new drink and drove off realized they didn't include any of the flavor syrup, ended up with a bland venti cup of almond milk with a dash of cinnamon lol Needless to say I will not be going back, I really tried to make it work ‍. This is my new go to Starbucks! The staff is so nice and work very efficiently. Always happy with order. I suggest mobile ordering and just running in, sometimes the drive-thru line can be long. Very disappointing visit. I asked the person taking my order what items they had left since I went close to the time they were closing for the night. I ordered different items (he said they did have them). I go to the next window to pay and after I pay, the girl at the window said, "My coworker lied and we don't have the items you asked for.
