Food: I got a matcha frappuccino from this place and the quality of my drink was consistent with other Starbucks stores. No complaint in that department. We also tried their seasonal flavor for this Fall: spiced apple frappuccino, but it wasn't really my favorite though. But I'm glad we tried it still. Service: staff were friendly and service was fast. Very good. Ambiance: it was a hot summer day when we visited the store and thank goodness the store was fully air conditioned. Update on Starbucks Be careful when you order your drink through the Starbucks app and using the Curbside Pick Up...plenty of customers are taking advantage of the feature. They only have three spaces dedicated to Curbside Pick Up. I suggest coming inside to pick up your order. The service at this location is good! I ask a question about using their restroom and if I am allowed to stay inside to enjoy my drink. They did inform me that I can use their restroom and that I was allowed to stay inside for only 30 minutes while enjoying my drink. I have to say that they are doing a good job for only allowing people to stay inside for a brief time. You are still allowed to sit outside to enjoy your drink but since we are still in the Pandemic it is better to stay safe than sorry. I prefer ordering my drink here compare to going inside Safeway. The Starbucks app does not allow people to order inside the Safeway. I feel that there are more selection compare to what is inside Safeway. Keep the great work Starbucks! read more

I just got the most horrible peppermint mocha ever at this location this morning. I don't go to Starbucks often but every season enjoy this drink. The red cup giveaway was enticing. I basically got it and brought it home to have with my lunch. It's raining and planned on relaxing the rest of the day. I doctored it up with a packet of chocolate and some peppermint extract I happened to have. I've been caring for my sick father and this was an added stress that I didn't need. Some store management seem to prioritize on which orders they create first no matter if the online order was created 15-30min before. They listen to what you want and fix mistakes without hesitation. The baristas are always there to help you when you have questions about a certain drink or can not decide on what you want. They are there to help you and I don't feel like a annoyance when I do so. They carry different milk options like soy, coconut milk, and almond milk. Heads up almond milk does cost extra. Why are there 13 single use plastic cups (with lids) on the back counter full of various pre-made teas and coffees on the back counter waiting to be dumped and thrown away? I'll tell you why, the employees are trying to save time by pre-washing the pitchers and filling up these cups which they can throw away at close. They do this every night, so multiply 13 plastic cups by 365 days. That's 4,745 plastic cups your store is throwing away because your employees don't want to wash pitchers after close. How long does it take to run one load of dishes through the sanitizer? 4 minutes? First, this is hugely environmentally irresponsible. Secondly, how much money are you throwing away. I order my same drink the exact same way almost every day from this Starbucks and they seem to get it wrong every single time. It's almost as if they read the tag and just do whatever they feel like doing. I ask for extra ice and they do the complete opposite. If there was a closer starbucks that offered curbside, I'd go there in a heartbeat. I'm so over this location.
