Very friendly baristas and good amount of seating. Not the cleanest, though. The floors had tons of crumbs and plenty of employees but no one sweeping... Even the bottom frame and edges of the floor-to-ceiling windows had crumbs that looked old. Also, one customer was allowed to bring in her two dogs. I don't know... I am used to seeing customers being asked to leave their dogs outside in NYC and NJ in the nicest of ways, and we all comply because of health codes. read more

Literally the slowest Starbucks. I've tried to give them multiple chances and this one just can't seem to get it right.

I almost never feel the need to yelp but my experience here was not very great. I ordered a simple hot white chocolate. I repeated it twice and I noticed she didn't listen the first so I made sure to say white chocolate after I finished my size. I went back 40 minutes before closing and she said they had already closed and she cleaned up already. I on one hand know it doesn't take that long to clean one hot tin after using it. This was the worst experience ever. She didn't offer to remake the drink another day or offer a refund for making my drink wrong. She didn't say sorry just that she had already cleaned up. I am never going to order a drink from here again. This is the worst service ever and I was the only customer in the last 20 minutes. read more

I'm a patient guy but this Starbucks drive through is the slowest in town. There weren't any vehicles in the drive through and took them awhile to finish my grande java chip frapachino with caramel sauce and the red hair cashier seemed grumpy. So we waited ten minutes until finally we went and asked about our drinks which was there behind the counter the whole time. I'm changing my view of this place :( I personally used to love this Starbucks, like I was here ATLEAST 2/3 times a week, but it all changed on 1-8-16.. Here sit down I'll tell u why, SO!! I walk in strutting casually like I always do , order up a simple regular grande dark roast and there out yes there out, I'm like ok J relax its cool simmer down ole chum get a medium roast. So I go a medium roast and it's double cupped because there out of those slips to prevent coffee burn... I'm like ok weird but acceptable , the cashier / coffee server lady was moody ( busy I guess ) but I didn't choose her job it's customer service lady. So now I walk over to the creamer/sugar area and THERE OUT OF HALF AND HALF!! YES OUT OF HALF AND HALF!!!! I don't know where else to post this, but I just have to say that one of the baristas here, named Henry, provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. He was funny, cheerful, talked to me about my day while I waited for my drink, joked with me, gave advice, and was one of the most genuinely positive people I've ever encountered (without just being overly peppy, which I often find annoying). I had just come from the DMV and was in a bit of a bad mood, and Henry completely turned my day/attitude around. This man deserves a raise or a promotion or a bonus. I normally enjoy this Starbucks but the last time I was there the service was lacking. So, I had met a group of people at the mad duck and we were all about to hop on a party bus to celebrate our friend's birthday. One of my friends wanted to grab a coffee from Starbucks before we left and I wanted a water. We ordered our drinks and the manager tells me that she can't give me a water. I asked why and said I was happy to pay for the water. she said that they were low on ice and couldn't sale me a water because of that. I thought this was really strange because its just water and I didn't mind paying whatever it cost!! I ordered a hot chocolate and I was given a peppermint white hot chocolate we had the barista remake it and it still tasted awful along with another drink I had ordered for my girlfriend. I've had nothing but bad experiences there with either poor service or a bad product. The Starbucks is clean otherwise, but training is much needed for their baristas. read more

Really? I wonder who was working tonight, I went in at 10:20 because the place close at 11pm but even if they did closed a little early there was 3 workers that I seen in the Drive through. My husband and I asked them three times if they were close or open because they open until 11 but we were there at 10:20 they just looked at us totally ignoring us. I frequent this Starbucks every week. Never had any issues. The drive thru cashiers are pretty friendly. Some times the line can be super long in the morning though. Not too many students studying here so it leaves more seats open for just hanging out with friends. Overall good location. read more

Typical Starbucks. Love the drive-thru. Plus the drive staff has a lot of personality. They're fun. New signs look nice. But recently I was annoyed by a barista when I walked in. It was an example of an indifference to customer service and Starbucks standards. Simply, after getting coffee I found no half and half or any of the milk containers. I requested half and half and I'll withhold her name but she is taller than average. She took her time and then signaled me to come and get it. And she didn't even bother to get the 2% and skim. This location is located on Clovis Commons. Fairly new shopping center. Plenty of parking and plenty of shades. This Starbucks has a pretty good size. Plenty to sit inside and outside. They have a table for group or for just the two of you. It may be crowded at times but its spacious inside. Like the little patio outside. Clean restrooms and good service. I can't believe all the people who have had problems here. I have never had one! I work a couple doors down from this location so I'd say I come here about 4 or 5 days a week, and usually multiple times a day (even if its just to refill my water). All if my coworkers also frequent this location and we never have problems. They're actually the best Starbucks I've been to, and I am super picky because I used to work for Starbucks so I have no sympathy for mistakes. i ordered a tall hot soy PSL kid temp. and it took 10 mins for me to get my drink after i gave them the money. The drink was super hot when i drank from it and tasted like water. i went to targets starbucks and they agreed it wasnt kid temp and i had to buy a complete whole drink because they don't associate themselves with the starbucks that messed up. read more

I absolutely love this location. I always come to this spot to study. It's very relaxing and actually not too loud. Usually it gets crowded but I can see why. People here are so friendly. Even if I don't buy a drink, they are very welcoming. My favorite drink lately is the strawberry refresher with coconut milk. Sometimes they don't have the strawberry refresher so I can have the alternative the berry hibiscus and it's just as refreshing. I love it so much! I am a gold member so I go to Starbucks all the time. I wasn't too fond of this place when I first started going in November but this Starbucks is amazing! They are so friendly and they start making my drink the minute I walk in the door! (i order the same thing every time) they call me by my name every time. Very helpful. A little slow at times but well worth it. Stop in and say hi to Brittany! She is always on it! They take good care of their customers and even better care of the regulars! Not sure why but the last 4 times ive been here the drinks and service have been horrible. Twice I've left with a drink that had the taste of water, I purchased green tea. Another time my drink had chunky ice, which of course no one wants. How can I drink it through a straw? When I asked for her to blend it again she looked at annoyed. She never gave me straws. I waited for her to come back and i asked for them nicely. Did't get an I'm sorry, not even an oh sure or oops. Brought them back handed them to me and she turned around. I said thank you twice to get a response!!!! Another time chunky yet again!!! I'm going to avoid that Starbucks like the plague!! Came through drive thur at 5am because it said it open at 4:30am. Nobody answered or help me at all. Very disappointed.

I have been to this Starbucks multiple times since it is by one of our offices. Most times that I go through the drive thru, the person at the drive thru window is unfriendly or snobby. Today I tried it again since it was by my doctor's office and once again I get a person who is more interested in chit chatting with her fellow co-workers that actually getting me my order. I ordered a brisket sandwich and a passion tea lemonade. She doesn't say hi just hold out a sandwich bag and says you have a bacon sandwich right. I let her know I had a brisket sandwich and she proceeds to hand me the bag she had. I said... this is a brisket sandwich right, she doesn't answer so I ask again and she says yes. I see that my drink is ready and I sit and wait for 2 more minutes while she talks to another girl and makes a frap. Finally she hands me out the frap and I say that is not my drink... she rolls her eyes at me and asks what I ordered... really!!!! I tell her and she grabs my drink that has been sitting on the counter for 3 minutes and hands it to me and closes the window. No sorry about that, thank you come again or screw you. This place needs to do some customer service training... I can honestly say I have had only a few good experiences at this place and those are mostly when I go in. read more

This Willows/Herndon location always messed up my order. I ordered 2 Venti Fraps drinks in drive-thru and I was pretty sure the guy barista got my order right (I checked on the screen in drive-thru). They charged me $10 for 2 Venti Fraps, but the female drink maker end up giving me 1 Venti and 1 Grande size. I didn't wanna argue or complaint since I was in drive-thru and I didn't have the receipt in hand. Sorry this is not the only time I had bad experience with this location. I noticed most of female baristas here is kinda inattentive and shows no care for customer. And their drink making skill is terrible comparing to other Starbucks. I would drive further 1-2 blocks to the one on Willows/Nees which have better coffee and better service. read more

In the past I've done mobile orders but seems like they don't acknowledge the order till you arrive. Slow drive through. They are constantly "out" of the ingredients to make my drink. No lemonade. No mango. Makes no sense to advertise a "mango" black tea "lemonade" when the ingredients are constantly out.
