The lady that served me my drink in the drivethru gave me half coffee only on my venti just because i said less ice. I asked her if she could fill it up with milk, she gave me an attitude and said "we have to charge more". Coffee was good, but there is an older lady that works here dirty, blondish hair that is super rude and does not like to help. He will literally ignore you on purpose. All I needed was the code for the restroom while she didn't mind singing you could ring my bell she couldn't turn and tell me the code instead in a very rude way told me to give her a second. She could sing and bag cookies but can't bag and say a simple code. read more

I frequent this Starbucks, the last 2 days have been terrible. I go thru the drive through on the way yo work. Stop and throughly review your order. Ordered protein snack yesterday cheese and crackers got to work had the snack with boiled eggs! Today, ordered iced lemon loaf get to work the packaging was open took 1 bite and its stale! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION ordered a couple Green Ice Teas. When i got them they were poorly made. Tasted bitter. You couldn't taste the Green Tea at all, was just like drinking water with a bunch of ice. I told them about the drinks but told me not to ask for too much water next time. like what? that's telling me they water down drinks. Expensive as the drinks are that's so messed up. If you're going to only serve people with masks on via drive-through please indicate that at your two entrances. Not when someone is ready to order. It is 90 degrees outside and we are in OUR vehicles. We appreciate you being open but DO NOT ask someone if they have a mask on after waiting in line for 20 min to place an order. The only way out is through your driveway. Yes, I do have a mask but the order does not call for you to wear your masks in your vehicle but IN your place of business. So if you expect people to wear a mask before ordering through your drive-through indicate that at both your entrances at Arrow Hwy & Citrus. I have not gone to any drive-through where I was asked to wear my mask. If Starbucks is now requiring this send this out immediately via your mobile app or make it visible for us to see. I really enjoy working outside with my coffee at Starbucks, but every time I visit this location, the outdoor seating is always occupied by people who don't appear to be customers. It's frustrating because this is the closest Starbucks to me, but I now find myself going to another location due to the constant presence of people loitering and taking up all the chairs. I pulled up through the drive thru and the girl taking my order seemed bothered as I was asking questions about the menu. As they still have items on there that are no longer served. There were only 2 cars behind me in the drive thru. This is the same guy that rejected me for a loaf bread the previous day. If you hate your job then quit, no need to take it out on others. Visited this location this morning looking to grab a quick drink. I forgot my wallet at home and had to use change for my purchase. I was greeted at the register by the "manager" Danielle. I counted out my change and she said I was 10 cents short. I went to my car to grab the difference. Upon coming back in she says "Oh, you're another 10 cents short." She refused to give me the drink without going to my car once again for the difference. Every other Starbucks I've encountered in this situation has covered the difference and said don't worry about it, or they would cover it from the tip jar. I consistently come to this Starbucks with a few coworkers and we usually don't have an issue with service or employees. My main gripe with this location in particular is that they are ALWAYS out of lots of things on their menu pretty much every time we come here. I don't understand how they don't have a manager or higher management that knows how to consistently order for the store. One day it's actual drinks/ingredients, next it's sleeves, or even straws. This time around they didn't even have water to give out to customers, how is this place running? Aside from the issues with items being out at this location the last few times we ordered through the app the staff have neglected to give my coworker her drink at the counter space and aimlessly had it behind the counter. And even this time around when we came to pick up drinks their espresso machine was being cleaned and in which case they couldn't even make hot drinks. This may or may not be on the employees but even then it was just a hot mess from all the times we have been. This store needs new management for the employees and for general upkeep. read more

So I mobile ordered and they put they're orders Infront where anyone can grab anything they'd like and walk out. When I walked in the barista was just as confused as I was and had no idea where my order was then proceeded to inform me that the guy before me had grabbed it, explaining it to me like I had to pad for it all over again. When I told her the order I had to go grab the protein box myself. I was not offered anything such as refund or any such kind free offering. And when I ask for my sandwich , I was told there was a long line and that I'd have to wait after waiting an extra 25 min for the items that were originally stolen from me. If I could give less than one star.... I would give negative five stars. This Starbucks is honestly staffed with the most rude and lazy workers. I can stand in the front of the line, with them doing nothing at all, and they'll tell me that they will be with me in a minute..... Minutes go buy, they aren't making drinks, and they aren't really doing much everytime I come to buy..... What is so important about doing absolutely nothing, that I have to wait from them to stop doing nothing until I can be attended. Just an FYI the staff needs to be trained better. London fog comes iced. The photo attached is directly from the Starbucks app. The worker claimed it only comes hot and when we said it's on the app they just kept saying it only comes hot. Ridiculous. They didn't even bother to try to ask someone. Even the Starbucks inside Target (which isn't even Starbucks employed) knows what an ICED London fog is. How difficult is it to put an ice in a drink?
