I stopped by to get my free Caramel Flan Latte (thanks Starbucks) from an e-mail promotion and the barista seemed very annoyed saying "nice to see you got a free drink" then adjusted the "tip cup" signaling that I should give a tip. When I didn't give a tip, he said [as I left] "be sure to come again for your next free drink". Not sure if this is normal, but is this necessary? If the employees want more income, they should be asking their supervisor, not making customers feel obligated to put money in the "tip cup". read more

But then, their friendly and fast service and the caffeine high made me realize that I needed Starbucks. This Starbucks. But something so wrong shouldn't seem so right. I feel no guilt after downing my delicious holiday drinks (which they have never made wrong, BTW). I feel a rush when I add stars to my Gold Card. I love the sound of the coffee grinders. Not bad at all. This location is very efficient. Every now and then my drink will be wrong or the wait will be ridiculous. But for the most part they are super quick in the drive-thru. Just remember to check your drink before you leave. I wish they had more inside seating. And it takes a good driver (like me) to make the u-turn into the drive-thru without scraping the curb. Customer service is okay, but not great. They always get my drinks wrong!!!!! They either don't Shake my iced tea, or they don't get my order down right, or they make the drink with wrong measurements that it never tastes the say it should taste. I have never left this Starbucks content with my drink unless it's a simple iced chai. & it doesn't help that when you go back to express your dislike for the drink they don't take it seriously. I have been to this Starbucks at least three times at different times throughout the day and every time the baristas would make eye contact with me when I open the door and turn around or say nothing at all. The location feels awkward from the dining area to the parking lot. The dining area is in an inconvenient L-shape and the parking lot has an oddly-placed trash receptacle that parallels the drive-thru entrance making the area accident friendly. read more

I did a mobile order on 6/6 and upon arrival to pick it up, a hand-written note greeted me on the door. It stated that the lobby was closed due to a maintenance issue and orders could be completed through the drive-thru. I asked a guest sitting at the patio chair how she got her drink and she said she walked up to the drive-thru, so I did the same. I asked the drive-thru barista how to get my drink and she advised me to go through the drive-thru as if it was going to be speedy. I told her there was a reason I did a mobile order because I don't have time to wait. She rolled her eyes, talked to another barista, and they finally agreed to hand it to me at the front door. Tip: if your store is closed, contact Stabucks corporate and see is they can disable mobile ordering at the location. I shouldn't have been able to order a drink, because it turned out to be a less-than-enjoyable experience. read more

Awful customer service it's been 2 months since I last came here they messed up my order 3 times in a row I went today thinking I was clear they did not right my order on board an I asked the girl to repay an she hands me wrong size I corrected her saying it's not what I ordered she then argued with me saying is an I repeated smart Alec kid her needs customer service ALL IN DRIVE UP WINDOW WOW 18-20 something employee an her manager no better they did nothing to correct what I wanted just gave me refund they don't care they lost a customer permanently. The wait is usually pretty long here and I think that's due to their drive-thru. I could be wrong though. Anyway, since I knew the wait here is long and I don't usually have too much time to wait in the mornings, I ordered via mobile. Once I got to the store, I asked to make sure the mobile order was for Kimberly and the barista gave me an attitude about. She replied with, "Well, is your name Kimberly and did you do a mobile order?". A simple, "yes" or "for Kimberly?" would have sufficed. I did not order coffee with a side of your attitude. I never thought I'd write this review for a Starbucks because you go to Starbucks and typically, 95%+ of the time, you get the friendliest service (unless you're in NYC, is a NYC thing). It is Wednesday, December 6th, 2017 12:50 PM, I am sitting in the drive thru and I am annoyed at the drive thru personnel, Stacy. It is extremely windy and I am sure it is hard to hear through the intercom, however, when she realized what I ordered she sounded rather rude and annoyed. Second, I asked for an add on to my drink and she condescendingly and rudely responded "we no longer carry that". Okay, I understand you're busy but to blatantly make it obvious in your voice you're annoyed at my request is unprofessional. Additionally, once I reached the window for my items i asked for an additional request (a cup of ice), grant it I am testing her face to face to see if she is really annoyed (I worked in service industry for over 10 years) , sure enough she does not have a poker face. However, I went ahead and asked for her name and her entire demeanor changed, because in the service industry we know when we're being unfriendly and a guest ask for our name is not a good thing. Stacy, if you're having a bad day and swamped, I empathize but learn how to hide it better. You work at Starbucks, majority of people passing through with their caffeine need are not at their best state of mind and/or mood (we need our caffeine fix).. being rude, condescending, and/or straight up obvious you're annoyed is not a good way to start anyone's day. I get the stress sometimes working in service industry, but please learn how to mask it better. Fake the funk, believe me it goes a long way in the service industry. read more

Hit or miss here, can be very slow at times. Although not Starbucks fault, the parking spaces are slanted the wrong way as you approach the drive through. Requires heroic efforts (very tight u-turn) to make it into the drive-through if you're following the law and not approaching from the east. ... It's the little things read more

Horrible drive-thru services, they are never fast and on top of that they take Very LARGE orders (10+ drinks & food) has everyone behind waiting over 20 min. So the Starbucks had a sign that all Mobile orders had to go through the drive thru, so i ordered my drink. The line was obviously long as they were not letting anyone in the store, which was fine. However, when we come to speak to the employee and tell him we have a mobile order they said they don't have that drink! The employee did not apologize either.
