The parking is really bad, only 1 way in or out ...your headed to the freeway if you don't turn in correctly. You can't hang out outside. ...there's a lock & key for all the chairs except for one small table with 1 chair. I'm not sure about service because there's no places to sit and as far as the food on my birthday my food was pre-ordered & given away even though it was reserved. Yikes! This location is literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to as far as speed. It's insanely slow. And I never remember until I've invested 10-15 min and I feel like it's too late to turn back. Plus! Their drive-thru is sectioned off so you can't leave. It's not uncommon to spend 40 minutes in line here. Currently, I've been in line for 15 min and 3 cars have gone through. Luckily it's not too late to turn around. Do not make the mistake of going inside, we have been waiting for our drinks for 20 minutes and my breakfast sandwich is getting cold bc I'm waiting for my drink. There are legit 15 people in here waiting for there drinks, so I'm not sure how they prioritize the drive through versus walks ins. Stopped at this Starbucks location for my routine white chocolate mocha. Keep in mind I've ordered here before and never had any issues except for this morning. Normally if I get to busy at work I drink my coffee slower even if it gets cold but I finish it. Except today when I took a sip and noticed something chunky in my mouth so I took the lid off and noticed little bubbles of something clear in my coffee. They're nice here but they have some work to do. I ordered a gluten-free sandwich then they had to refund me because they didn't have it and then it took quite a while to get my drink and thru forgot my water and then I had to go back and get the water. Still, staff was friendly and apologetic, but you have to do something to fill the time while people are waiting. I ordered a second drink from the app from my table since I was too lazy to go stand in line, and the app said my iced tea would take four to ten minutes. Hmm. Get a cup, fill with ice, put in tea, squirt in sweetener. This takes me about thirty seconds at home, but I'm not highly trained. The tea was good. Also, this is the planet of Starbucks even if it's in Texas, so make sure you say iced tea or you will get hot tea, even if you're not a little old British lady. This place is disgusting. Every time I come here it's filthy inside, especially the bathrooms. I came in to study, all the tables are dirty. I alerted an employee who came to wipe down ONE table and returned behind the counter. During the 2 hours I spent here not one employee returned to the tables to wipe them down or sweep up the mess all over the floor. Mind you during this time they were not busy at all. All trash cans were overflowing. There was a mess in the toilets and pee all over the floor. If this place is frequently left in this type of disarray with no concern, just think about how much care they take with the drinks. No thanks! read more

Friendly folks staffing this place every time I come here. Great drinks and a nice break or place to do some work during off peak hours. The only downside is the layout and size. I've had to turn around and walk out a couple of times because of it being so crowded, not because it's small, it's just in such a busy area and really busy. Same goes for the drive through, it can be a little tricky. Those are the only things that are draw backs, everything else is great! read more

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to!!! They are super slow, it's like waiting for dishes to come out. Their ice was out. We waited a long time, but since they were taking so long, we waited at the couches. After a while we went to see if they had our drinks, and they did along with many of other people's drinks. I came here to study and found space to spread out the music wasn't like it was at the other Starbucks I went to yesterday. The staff was friendly and the place was very busy but they seem to be able to maintain a good flow of customers in and out and in the drive-through. They didn't have what I wanted brewed so the cashier offered my coffee at a discount since I was purchasing a gift card as well. Over all it appears to be a nice place to just hang out drink your coffee and study if so choose. I will be back! read more

Ordered the new Cascara Latte for the first time and when I picked it up off of the counter, I noticed it seemed lighter than my other visits at Starbucks. So, I opened it to see if it was filled to the top. It was, so I went to my car. I then opened it again after getting in because I saw that it wasn't full. The whipped cream had melted and left my coffee only a little over half. My feelings were hurt and I was super disappointed. The one time I get to treat myself, this happens. Other than that, the Cascara Latte tastes great, just wish I had a full one to enjoy it more. This coffee is not cheap, to say the least, so today is a super sad event. read more

I work 10 minutes away from here so when I have the chance I stop by for a coffee and a treat in the mornings, there has been some issues in the past (leaking cup, carrots were soggy) but they always fix it right away when I tell them the issue. Some baristas have even noticed me become a regular and ask about my day etc. it's a nice little Starbucks and I would recommend coming here!
