SLOW! Worst Starbucks experience ever. I sat in the drive thru for approximately 40 minutes before I was able to order only to be told they are out of decaf. Then I had to sit and wait another 10-15 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to be served so I could get out of the drive thru. read more

Very heartbroken and disappointed with this Starbucks. I'm no coffee drinker, but I am a big fan of the Honey Citrus mint tea along with their butter croissants. I get off of work late, so there's times I just want a tea and a croissant on my way home. Unfortunately they never have anything I want at this Starbucks except napkins there's always napkins. Greeted after 5 mins at counter ( while 3 workers chatted not paying attention) by a rude older woman who looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a light mocha as if it didn't exist. I have been to this particular location roughly five times. During one visit I watched as the barista put her hands into the frothing pitchers and patrons cups as she made their drinks and promptly threw mine out. Each time I have gone to this store the counters have been filthy and the floors sticky. During one visit there was so much spillage on the counter that it kept dripping onto the floor and the baristas were slipping and one nearly fell. I understand that during a rush you might spill something, however this has been the case even on an off time. My daughter was horrified when she went this last time with me. The customer service from the baristas are great here, my drink always comes out right, but without fail, literally every buy1get1 sale on holiday drinks I always have a problem with the manager at this location when it comes to getting that free holiday drink. The first time it was "because I didn't mention it" and this last time it was because I got a peppermint mocha. When on Facebook Starbucks said it included that flavor, because its a fucking holiday drink. Prior to ordering, both times I asked if they were having the buy one get one free sale, each time they replied yes. So it puzzles me that I wasn't informed that my drink wasn't included, and 2, that me asking a question about the sale didn't translate into mentioning it. This location makes my drinks incorrect all the time. I order the same iced coffee with vanilla and half-and-half. I have attempted multiple times due to the convenience of this location, yet every time I taste my coffee there's zero sweetener/vanilla. I enjoy & look forward to my sweet and strong coffee. It's upsetting to continuously receive a watered down milky coffee. It's definitely worth driving to block down to the Northwest Highway location. I've started going to this location, and having them fix the issues from centerville location. read more

I love coffe...and everything that comes with it. This place is supposed to be a cool establishment..but..its just another poor excuse for Starbucks.... Nice setup, good service, uncomfortable place to sit down and have a cosy cup of coffee because the a/c is always freezing in there.

I come here every morning and have been for almost 2 months and the staff are so nice and seem to care about their customers. The lines aren't usually long but when I've come in and they are packed in drive through and in store they work together as a team to help smooth it out and make everyone happy as well as work quickly so no one is waiting for to long and I know from experience managing a Starbucks it's hard to make it all happen and this team here makes it all happen every time I'm there and I look forward to the welcome at the door as i walk in and the smiles on their face when I walk to the counter. I'm honestly not sure what's happened to this Sbux location. I've been meeting a friend here for almost a year because its almost exactly halfway between where we each live. When it first opened it was very nice - nice design, clean, good atmosphere, and a great outdoor seating area. Today when we went mid-morning it was very dirty (indoor area and restrooms) despite 3-4 people working and slow business. Several flies were buzzing around our table almost constantly. There's not much in the way of music playing here, so it felt difficult to have a personal conversation with someone without feeling like everyone was listening. If you plan on studying here, know ahead of time that there aren't many tables available. There are 2-3 small tables with 4 chairs, a large community table with 8 chairs, and 4-5 high tables with 2 barstools. There were also quiet a few people there today who seem to use this as a personal business space and spend most of the day there (not knocking off stars for this btw - just think its helpful information if you're looking for a place to study or work since it may be difficult to get a space to work). read more

I went through the drive thru, I placed my order , and paid. They told me to pull up and wait. I waited about 7 minutes, and the guy comes out with my drink but not my sandwich. And, I asked about it he looked puzzled. He said he would be right back, I said that I couldn't not wait. He offered a refund, I told him again that I was pressed for time. I gave him my card and told him to have his manager call me, I didn't get a call. The service here is horrible, I have never known Starbucks to park cars for orders, and giving me half my order is crazy. FYI, people use the drive thru for expedited service. read more
