I'd give this location a 3.5. The mobile ordering for pick up in-store is always a disaster, with baristas that are standoffish at best, and downright rude at worst. What encourages me to bump the score up to a four is the amazing baristas working the drive-thru. They are always so friendly, engaged, and keep you posted on what's still in the works as they hand over your order. I'll continue frequenting this location thanks to the drive-thru, but I'm done with mobile and in-store ordering here. read more

This is one of my favorite (and closest) Starbucks In the area and I like it very much. It's spacious and lots of places to sit and do my work. I come here once or twice a week and stay from morning to afternoon. I get coffee and breakfast when I come in, lunch and afternoon tea before I leave and just sit and work all day. The workers are friendly and it is pretty comfortable. The only minor thing I don't like about the place is the loud kids that come after school (which is why I leave in the afternoon) read more

When I go through the drive through I make sure to say "a TINY bit of cream". However, my iced coffee never fails to come out anything other than off white. So irritating. If I wanted a cup of half-and-half I would just order that... also, the guy at the drive through today (at 12:30), was super unfriendly. He made me feel super awkward for stating that there was a lot of cream in my drink. He irritatingly grabbed my cup and told someone to remake the drink. There was no apology and his demeanor was very off putting. I even said they didn't have to remake it if they could just add more coffee that would be fine. I used to work for this company and I never treated my customers like that. When someone is paying four dollars for a cup of coffee you really shouldn't have an attitude like that. I came to this Starbucks once a week in the Morning. The barista who takes my orders makes a point to ask everyone how their day is going and engages in small talk. She is super sweet and genuine. The barista who makes the drinks goes out of his way to get the drinks started quickly and always wishes you an amazing day. You can tell from this Starbucks location, this used to be a Burger King. It's sizable, good seating, has a drive thru, and the parking is sizable. These are only good things about this location. My experience here is that service sucks. Service is not friendly, they're rude, and drinks not prepared well. You figure it's Christmas season and the employees here would have that spirit with a coffee house full of Holiday décor. Not here. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of gift cars for Christmas gifts here. The teen worker behind the register wasn't welcoming nor helpful to explaining the denominations for the mulitcard package gift cards were. I took a minute or so think what I wanted and rudely spoke.. "What are we doing here?" Good thing it's the Holidays cause, otherwise, I would of told him off. I ordered my gift cards and a peppermint mocha frapp and paid. Picked up my beverage a few minutes later from a robot like employee and left. This place can use some work. I like how much space there is and how much different seating is offered. A great meeting space with good coffee and plenty of parking. With how many people use computers and need outlets I'm surprised that there are not outlets at every table. This is probably my main complaint. This review is a bit overdue as I'm writing about a visit I had to this location about 2 weeks ago. The store was swamped as they typically are in the morning but despite it seeming chaotic the employees were more than accommodating. First I ordered with Bri (Bree?) who came out to take my order in the drive through. She was so kind and patient when I struggled explaining my order. Then there was Carl who took my payment and gave me my order at the window. I've had him at the window many times and he's always such a sweet person. As cheese as it sounds these two made a less than ideal morning into a pretty lovely one. I'll always frequent this location for the convenience of the drive through, but also for the incredible employees who unknowingly make my day. read more

Review strictly on the drive thru. Great friendly staff! Makes great drinks. Prepares them with no problems or mistakes considering my orders are not very basic. The drive thru is fast and efficient. The pick up window and drive thru line is humongous. Wide enough to fit a camper size or a bus (don't try it though). My car is small, so everything looks huge surrounding it. Wait, so you're telling me there is a Starbucks a few blocks from my home where I don't have to get out of my car to enjoy a cold brew?! SOLD! I realize some of these reviews might scare you away from this location, but granted this spot has been open for a week or two, they're doing a stellar job keeping the drive-thru line moving. On separate occasions, I've managed to grab my drink under 10 minutes; not bad considering if you were to park, walk in, place your order and wait. I couldn't help but peek into the cafe to see what they were working with inside. I was a bit disappointed with the design/layout. There is plenty of workspace but the decor is bland. By far one of the worst Starbucks I've been going to. It's been open for a while, and it's the closest one to my house so it is convent for me to go, although I HATE it. It's been two years maybe more that I been going and ordering the same thing. 1.) they DO NOT remember me nor my name 2.) always make my drink different 3.) no staff, they take forever( and I'm not over saying it, it's always a 15-30 min wait when I go ) for example today in drive through it took 25 mins to get one drink. This place is constantly getting orders wrong. I get a cold drink instead of a hot drink, or I get a completely different item. The latest one was a venti hot cookie latte and I got an iced caramel macchiato. Other times they don't fill it properly. I got a venti half filled one time. Doordash said it's up to the store's discretion on how much they fill it, and if it was only a little off I'd be whatever about it, but it was HALF filled and I paid for a VENTI. This particular Starbucks is nicely decorated, roomy but not really loungey or warm but I'm not one too hang out and "work" for hours. Sort of reminds me of an airport. Now the only reason for yelping well two I'm waiting for the bathroom and have a minute to spare and the other; main reason was Lisa. Lisa gave a warm welcome, informed she'd be right with me. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because my daughter recently got a tomato mozzarella panini had little to no cheese and was lacking in other ingredients. This is her favorite sandwich and she gets it regularly. Compared to others this one barely had anything in it. My daughter and I finally got to stop in and check this place out for ourselves. It is really comfy and spacious inside. Nice decor, comfy chairs. They only had one cashier on duty at 2:30. So there was a bit of a wait. (Maybe 7-10 minutes) We ordered our coffees which were delicious and a thai chicken wrap sandwich with peanut sauce. (Served with a small bunch of grapes.) It was $5.95 and just OK. We stayed for about 20 minutes relaxing and taking it all in. It is a nice coffee shop and has plenty of parking. read more

I've never felt compelled to write a review for a Starbucks, but the two female employees (I didn't get their names) I talked to when I went in to order were so patient and nice that I wanted to praise them! As for the sitting area, it was spacious but when I got there at about 4-5pm, it was crowded with people studying/doing work. I able to find a place to sit at the common table pretty quickly, and there were multiple outlets for my laptop charger. I would return, although the music was a little loud for my taste! read more

Love the layout of this starbucks, it's very open and not crowded which I appreciate. Employees are always very nice and when I do mobile order it's done VERY quickly despite being in a high demand area. I do wish bathrooms were cleaned/checked more often.
