Mobile ordering is great, but pick it up at counter. Drive thru tends to be slow, especially if there are more than four cars ahead. I like this Starbucks it's close and convienent but 3 out of 5 drinks I have to take back. I pay almost$6.00 for a latte I want it perfect. $5 for ice tea I want it perfect. They always fix it but not without rolling eyes and doubt in their voice that I'm there for a freebie. I just want what I ordered. This is no personal attack it's just coffee and tea. Starbucks always waters down their tea so u have sweet water and cheating the public. read more

Since this location's opening about a year and a half ago I believe, they have come very far and are MUCH, MUCH better than what the old reviews on here say. I come to this Starbucks nearly every day, sometimes inside the cafe, but mostly through Drive Thru. I have a great experience every time. This particular Starbucks is extremely busy pretty much all of the time. However, with the many customers and orders that they get, it is prominent that the baristas are truly doing their best. Wait times can get a bit lengthy at times, but what can you expect when everyone and their mothers decide to go to the local Starbucks at the same time? I think it's really important to understand that no matter how professional this business is, you have to remember and realize, these baristas are handing out drinks and food to cafe customers, drive thru customers, and customers that mobile order ahead of time at large amounts at a time. Most of the baristas are friendly, courteous and care about their customers. A barista that does an absolutely fantastic job at this is Taylor, she remembers my name and order, and I've seen her do the same for other customers as well. It's very clear when the store is hectic due to multiple customers, but the baristas have it under control most of the time. The store itself is very spacious, fairly clean, and always PACKED! This location is honestly a great place to study, hang out, or even get some work done. There is a beautiful outside patio that is great to relax in if you have a furry friend with you. Their drink quality is great and I have only received a wrong order a few times, and that was over a year ago. Went through the drive through the last two days. Yesterday venti iced coffee sweetened with cream. Start to pull out and it's not sweetened at all but it was too late and I had to go. No big deal people make mistakes. Came back today my wife ordered a venti drink and I ordered my same iced coffee she also got a banana bread warmed up (the drive through guy suggested it) we pull up and my iced coffee clearly had no creamer in it and after we pointed this out she assured us it was sweetened. It was not and after handing it back the woman asked us rudely if we would like 4 MORE pumps of sweetener I said yes and when she handed my wife a grande sized drink when our receipt clearly says venti and to top it all off her bread wasn't warmed up at all (why offer if your not going to do it) all of this on top of a 30 min wait. Ill try again once these people either learn how to do their jobs or get replaced because they can't. read more

I have been coming to this location for over a year now. I absolutely the drink quality and the staff. I walk in and all the staff greets me and they already have my drink made. That's called great customer service. They have a very beautiful barista called Taylor. It's because of her i started coming around the store. She remembered my name and my drink after the first time meeting her. I don't know if she's a manager or not but definitely acts like one. Definitely will be going there for a long time. read more

Drive thru is convenient and they are generally quick with making my drink. However, the employees here are consistently unprofessional.

Horrible service. Young lady there not sure if she was new was taking my order is all wrong. I hope they train her better. My drink however was delicious like usual so I will give them some credit. read more

I'm so excited that this Starbucks opened! It's super nice and huge compared to the old one. The staff was very friendly but not very fast. I ordered a caramel waffle cone frapp only to find out later after I had ordered and payed that it was discontinued. They gave me a normal caramel frappe with no sauce on it. The normal caramel frappe is a lot less than the one I ordered so I was over charged by a fair amount but I didn't realize until I got home. Hopefully this won't happen again read more

Why is this Starbucks so slow??? Every time I come here, there is a mess on the counter where they put the drinks. This time when I arrived there was almost no one in the drive-through, no one else in line, the people behind The counter were talking and moving slowly. All I asked for was a hot chocolate. The last time I came it took over 10 minutes to get my drink. Seems like there may be some management issues. read more

In my line of work... I spend a lot of time on the road. Using Starbucks, like if it's my own little office space. As, I'm sure... many do. I guess, for that I'm grateful. In saying that, I'd had a lot of different encounters with each location. A lot of times, I don't have a say in which Starbucks, I end up at. Mostly, it's just to kill time between services. I'm actually taking time out of my chaotic life, to write a review about one particular location. In fact, it's the only Starbucks comment... I've ever made. And, if I don't ever come across another barista such as this bubbly, PLEASANT, funny, social, competent and HAPPY girl Tatiana... Then, I guess... this will be my first, and last. I can only speak for myself. Professionally, I spend a lot of time dealing with people face to face. Most not thrilled about it, and aren't that kind. So, when I tell you how important it is personally to be able to actually interact with someone I know is ALWAYS going to be exactly what was described above... makes my personally and professional life BETTER! I guess, at my old age I've come to realize... a SMILE absolutely can change everything within that day. In any line of service, this should count above all things! With practice, almost anyone can make a drink. I just don't say this... I live this. Management at this location should appreciate that they're people out there like myself, that are willing to make the extra effort to travel a greater distance, if... they knew there would be a TATIANA there to greet and serve. I don't remember how I heard this. But, when I was told that she worked in the back room, stocking? I could only remember standing there, and thinking... WHAT!? For God sake. As a person that has managed and supervised, the only thing that went through my tired mind was... "Hell, they should actually clone her, and put her at every counter that's primary duty, is to GREET and interact with their customers!" I was dumbfounded. This kid's nature and spirit... is something that any type of business that's deals directly with the public should seek out! If, I had a coffeehouse! I could only pray that all my employees had her spirit and drive. In management, if you start with that compass... you'll find yourself with very satisfied, happy and returning customers. PERIOD!
