You can choose hot/iced, but all has to be made with the same type of diary, which is not a problem for me! I ordered an Oat Latte, Dark Star (espresso, oat milk, dark chocolate & Azteca), and included one matcha drink, My Little Green Friend (matcha, oat milk, white chocolate & vanilla). The flavor is always perfect, the consistency is incredible, and you can tell he genuinely cares about what he's making. In fact, the only times I've ever had issues with the taste of my drink have been when someone else made it. Whenever I see that he's working, I know my order is going to be exactly how I like it. That's the level of consistency and quality he brings every time. Great customer service is one thing, but consistently making drinks this good is a skill. This barista is a huge asset to the business, and honestly, he deserves a raise. Employees who make customers want to come back again and again are hard to find, and he's definitely one of them. The Strawberry and Raspberry have a Jelly/Jam filling. I wasn't a big fan of the Cookie Butter Donut, Cannoli donut, or the Dot Cake Donut.
