Not sure why the person who took my order in the drive thru was so rude and almost seemed bothered that I was ordering and also the person at the window said nothing to me but the price and then handed me my drink and sandwich. I put in a mobile order and when my son went to pick up my order they told him they were out of nuts when I called regarding the nuts they said they know for sure they gave it to him liers I go there sometimes 3 times a day 6 days a week moving on I offered to by him anything he wanted he declined. Frequently lost or mistakenly taken orders. Strip mall parking is tight and has poor flow, location is small with pickup station in the back corner so you have to fall over tables and wait shoulder to shoulder for your order. Suggest they assign someone to man the pickup station to hand out mobile orders and check on lost orders. read more

I like most have visited my fair share of locations but let me tell you, this is by far the worst location. It appears to be a training branch! Drinks are never made the way your order and to top it off - it takes 25 minutes to get your drink. They normally only have two Baristas regardless of the time of day (mornings included)!! The only thing they have going for them is their location. If you can, stay away from this location unless you have time to hang out and get hit on by older gentlemen pretending to have a business meeting. read more

This Starbucks is very convenient for me and the location is good. This is the fastest drive through one I've been to also. They're quick and I've never gotten the wrong drink or anything. The pay window is a little far from the car but it doesn't cause any problems. Their card scanner is sometimes faulty. Other than that it's a good Starbucks. Too slloowwww! Penalizing the walk In customers. I want to get out of my car- I don't want to drive through. There are 4-6 people (many) working on drive through even on a non busy Saturday. The walk ins? Waiting and waiting and waiting. So bummed at this drive through location near my work. I have given them multiple chances but remains the same. I know, its just a Starbucks and they are all practically the same, but I love this location because of the drive-thru! Very convenient because I live close by and sometimes I just don't feel like getting out of my car early in the morning when I want to buy coffee. The employees here are very nice and friendly! Some of them already know what I'm going to order when I get there. Yes, the drive-thru does get crowded sometimes. So I've been to this location a few times and it's hit or miss really. It's great if you're ordering ahead of time via the app otherwise it varies. I stopped on my way to the office for a iced green tea latte to get my day started. The ordering part was quick and easy of course, but the barista is where it slows down. There weren't very many people ahead of me, but it still took longer than usual. After about 7 to 10 minutes later my latte was ready great right? So I usually come here and get an iced soy caramel latte. Never had a complaint about that. But today I had a sore throat and a friend recommended I try their "sick tea" so that's what I ordered. I went through the drive thru because I was on my way to work and when it's my turn, I'm simply greeted with "What can I get go you?" Straight to the point I guess. I asked about the sick tea and the girl taking my order immediately sounded annoyed. She told me the sick tea isn't on the menu so it's different for everybody. Okay, I'm sorry I wasn't aware of that? So I just told her to do whatever most people ordered. She didn't tell me a total. I get to the window and the lady there is a little nicer, at least it got a smile. However, she just took my card and swiped it. Didn't tell me a total or offer me my receipt. All in all, I get that it's probably annoying to explain off the menu things to customers but it doesn't hurt to be a little nicer. Customer service is a big thing to me and no matter what kind of day you're having, it shouldn't affect how you treat customers. The tea was great though. read more

On Saturday morning at 9:35 I walked in to the store the store was quite empty I ordered a caramel macchiato, 15 minutes later I go to the register and ask how much longer i will be receiving my order and she says she never received my order so she said she will make it right away. No surprises here, this is a Starbucks just like most others. They have a convenient drive through that usually has long lines but the staff usually moves really fast. The inside is small but clean with lots of windows and natural lighting making for a good spot to do some work on your laptop if you feel like getting out of the office for a bit. read more

Simply because the floor to ceiling walls make it such a wonderful place to meet, sip, work, hang, nap, date, drive through, all while enjoying a Starbucks beverage or snack. Location location! This place has the usual Starbucks product served by indifferent gorillas. The cashier is always splitting attention with drive thru and in-store customers. Consequently, orders come out wrong. Also, the customer base seems to be self-important as they push, jostle, and stare down other patrons. Whatever master mind decided to turn some of the Starbucks location into having drive thrus was a pure genius; especially, this location since it's surrounded by a bunch of corporate companies in Irvine! So convenient!! I used to go here almost every morning before starting work at 6am & the workers are on crack and full of energy... even on Monday mornings. They accidentally tried giving me the tea order for the car behind me, and I had to remind them what I ordered again, but other than that, I was in and out of there with my peppermint mocha and totally satisfied with the experience! I give this location an A+ for service--the baristas are consistently welcoming and knowledgeable about their coffee beverages. Additionally, the interior is arranged in a way that makes it comfortable to grab a drink with a friend or sit while waiting for your beverage. I'm especially partial to the pleather couches and the trendy color palette. This location has an airy feel with lots of tall windows and a hedge enclosed patio. I appreciate that they aren't strict about certain Starbucks policies (for example they don't enforce the same-hour/same-location "rule" for 50 cent drip coffee refills, a relief to me since I almost always order a tall bold roast). However, the wait can be atrocious especially in the morning. Since I work across the street (and I think it's absurdly lazy), I don't use the drive-thru. Judging by the very long wait times compared to other locations, the drive-thru definitely gets priority which irks me because I think it should be first come, first serve. Also, on the rare occasions that I've ordered a seasonal beverage (like a pumpkin spice latte), the paper cup had giant, messy coffee drips all over it. Sorry, but if I'm paying $5 for 12 oz. of liquid I would appreciate a white cup, not a cup that has been accidentally placed in a puddle of peppermint mocha overflow. read more

I love this place, the employees here rock! 99% of the time my wife will pull up to the speaker and immediately someone will say "Good morning Paula! The usual?" She then replies with a simple "Good morning! Yes please!" We love just hanging out on their patio on weekends with other family members. Oh, and if there was a downside, it's being in a wheelchair and trying to get in the door. Most of the time either an employee or a customer will open it for me so no big deal. What I find to be the best thing about this location is how they have their recipes/mixtures down to a science. No matter what the time of day. if I order let's say a Mocha Frapp, I know exactly what it will taste like each and every time. Honestly, that can't be saide for ever Starbucks. This particular Starbucks possesses a drive-thru, but it's so hard to drive in this plaza that we prefer just to walk into the store. We came here for the promotional happy hour for the earlier weekend. They conducted the transaction properly when we requested the buy one get one free. The line was really long, though, and we were squished against the door due to the length of the line, but during the happy hour, it went faster than the line at Disneyland. I go to a Starbucks near my house with just as much traffic and can be in and out of there drive-through in less than 10 minutes often faster. This drive-through is always a minimum 30 minute wait.
