This last visit I arrived with only 3 minutes to closing time and they took care the order and made it with TLC. I've been to this location several times and each time I've had bad service. The baristas are NOT friendly at all. Keep in mind that I have had different baristas all 4 times I've visited. The baristas are not professional and hardly address you because they are too busy talking to each other like they are at school. I heard the barista tell another, "god, you are so annoying" I'm telling you, they have attitudes here. I tried giving this Starbuck a couple of chances and that was my mistake. This particular Starbucks is next to the McDonald's and KFC. There were a lot of people standing around and waiting for tea. The acoustics in the building made it difficult to understand what the cashier was saying, although he also talked sort of quietly so I couldn't hear him. Tasted good. Outdoor seating is available. Small and limited seating but cozy in a way. Lots of outdoor seating on semi-comfortable patio furniture. No wrought iron or painful wicker so plus 1 for that. Damn this place gets packed during rushes. There's all these business people here all the time and I'm just here to YELP and wait for my bf to get off work.... Personally, I haven't had much chat with the baristas but a handful of them are really knowledgeable and friendly to their customers like they were bffs. I was surprised at how friendly they are so I'd go up and order something but definitely not that friendly to me. bummer. I agree that this place needs more seating for how much traffic it gets but on good days, I love the outdoor patio seating. There's also ones with a few plastic chairs outside facing the parking lot which is eh.. who would sit there? I just see the smokers. read more

Starbucks has become the McDonalds of coffee shops. The novelty is no longer there although they are trying with new food items. I come to this Starbucks about once a week as I wait for my kids to get outta class. The workers typically seem pretty unhappy to be here. I usually over hear stories about this or that person and its not good. I usually order regular coffee and sometimes the temp is good and sometimes its just warm. read more

Not my favorite location since it's in the corner of this shopping center and you have to drive through a lot of traffic to get there. So location alone, I wouldn't go. The baristas were very helpful this morning when I asked them what drink was most similar to a canned doubleshot. They even offered to help me sweeten it or make another if I didn't like it. I've definitely seen Starbucks with more seating. The place is nice and cozy despite the lack of furniture. They crank out the drinks real fast here and my highly customized orders never come out wrong. However, the employees I've encountered here all seem like they'd rather be someplace else. I'll pop in here once in a while as I work just up the street from here. However, not my first choice if I want some caffeine. read more

Came in excited to try some of the holiday drinks. They updated the menu with really great options. I placed an order but told me the ingredients wasn't available. This went on with other drinks I tried to place an order. Finally frustrated, I asked him what was available. Everything but the 2 drinks I attempted to order he told me. His apology seemed genuine but the manager or supervisor didn't with lack of concern. The gentlemen, however gave it to us on the house, trying to explain those drinks weren't available till Monday. I asked why there wasn't a courtesy sign letting customers know? He wasn't informed because the person in charge didn't care enough to let the employees know. The management there lacks greatly because everything I stop there, there's always a lack of some sort. That was my last trip to this location. R.I.P to this location. Kaylee, you need to learn customer service skills. When an item is ordered through the app, the customer shows up, and there is no drink ready, you don't tell the customer to go get her phone and prove she paid for it before checking to see if maybe your printer didn't print the the order. Turns out it was your mistake. YOU did not check to see if the order printed or not, instead you immediately put the suspicion on the customer and asked her for a receipt. You should've done everything on your end first before making someone who makes 5 times your income feel like they're trying to get away with something. And in the end, you were at fault, yet you didn't have enough courtesy to apologize for making the customer late or being responsible for the mix up. You put her order at the back of the line after the customer had already been waiting 25 minutes. When that was brought to your attention, and asked if you could make it now because customer has already waited for 25 minutes due to YOUR mistake, you said "Well I guess, your order didn't print soooo...." The responsibility for your poor training I put on your manager who was probably trained the same way....the lack of apology is clearly your parents fault, and their lack of raising you right. I hope you remain a starbucks employee, I would hate to see the outcome of someone like you having a job with real responsibility or even worse, where lives were on the line. read more

Unfortunately, I've seen them tossing leftover food, while cleaning up to close. It was my understanding Starbucks was to start donating perfectly good food by 2019. I was 4-5th in line on a busy weekday morning, and asked if they could put the panini in the oven early before I pay as I was running a little later than I thought. He obliged, as well as called me up to the register to help me as he was about to go about other chores. SO sweet. I cannot recall his name, but wish I caught it. I'm a definite fan of this particular Starbucks; the employees are absolutely sweet, and I like quality of the drinks here compared to other coffee shops. When I ask for certain syrups in my drink, be it extra caramel for my fraps, or strawberry syrup for my black tea, they never hold back or give too little as other Starbucks do. I have a sweet tooth, and I love that when I order a sweet drink, its just the right amount! There was one time where I ordered 2 drinks, a venti macciato for later and a tall light frap for the moment (I was studying there for a Physiology exam that day, and needed the venti to keep me going till the exam!) As I was packing up to leave after a couple hours, I knocked over the full venti I was saving and it spilled all over... SO embarrassing! An employee came over to help me clean up and asked what I had ordered and gave me another fresh venti macciato. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful. My reason for only giving this place 4 stars out of 5 is, it's so tiny inside! There are only about 3 or 4 tables inside, so if you're looking to study inside you have to be lucky, or G_G for you. Otherwise, if it's just to grab a quick drink I definitely would recommend this Starbucks. read more

I don't know how hard it is to get a venti english breakfast latte with soy and vanilla right! I was there this morning and left in a hurry without tasting my drink first, big mistake! it was awful! Location is very small with two small round tables inside, one slightly bigger square table, and some couches. In fact, this place is so small that some sketchy old guy just asked me if he could sit at my small table to eat his cheesecake; he proceeded to eat and stare at me which was a bit freaky. Anyway, there are more tables and chairs outside but I personally prefer sitting inside when I'm at a Starbucks. I've been here a few times and internet has been on and off...sometimes the connection will crash completely even though there are only four or five people sitting inside. Disconnecting and reconnecting my wifi settings seems to help when this happens. The workers are not professional at all...they whistle loudly and yell to each other from across the store. Currently, one of the employees is yelling about how he'd kick a bear if he saw one. His fellow coworker is saying he'd run for his life and there is a woman standing there, waiting to be helped. I WILL say that a plus to this location is that they have about three or four electrical outlets which really helps when you need to plug in your electronics. The employees were also able to make my drink properly the first time (something that I don't get to experience very often at Starbucks locations that I don't frequently visit.) read more

this starbucks location is pretty small compare to other starbucks. service could be a hit and miss. sometimes its good, sometimes its not so good. drinks are good, like any other starbucks. my all time favorite is green tea frappe. you can always ask them to make it less sweet or use soymilk instead of regular milk to make it healthier. read more
