I was running errands in a side of town I usually just drive through, so when I saw this Starbucks on the corner of this shopping center (after grocery shopping), I decided to come in a get a little caffeine sweet treat. Walking in, the place is large with plenty of seating but it also feels stark and a bit empty. Hopefully, since it has such a large footprint, they will add more comfy chairs and some decor back one day. Ordering was easy, like most other Starbucks. Since there is so much seating, I sat while I waited for my order. I'm glad I did though because I will say, I think they work a bit slow at this location. This was probably the longest I've ever had to wait for a single drink and I'm guessing it was mostly because almost all of the people working were prioritizing their conversations. I won't knock them too much because they were conversing with customers/regulars, but it's still a bit crazy to not work while moving your hands. Thankfully, my drink (which I had never tried before, it's part of a new promotion) was good and I enjoyed it thoroughly. read more

So I work in a medical field and as a concierge's owning my own business and I changed Starbucks because of the fact I work in the health District I started coming to this one because in the mornings they're open when I need to stop and get coffee at 5 AM But I've stopped in here a couple times on the weekend around midday morning, and I don't suggest that at all there's a girl in there by the name of Tiffany that's literally a playground for her. She's dancing up in everybody's face dancing like she's singing the songs it's actually kind of pathetic. I understand having a good time, but the poor young Latino boy that was trying to get to work done. She was all up in his face, begging a security guard to dance in the middle of the store. Wow, 5 to 6 of us are standing there waiting for our drinks to the point where a couple nurses said, can we please just get our stuff? I suggest not going in with this Tiffany girl working because every time I've been in there it is a disaster. It's a shame because this is a cute little place not in the best location, but they definitely keep it together in. It's definitely better in the mornings the staff Seymour, attentive to the people coming in seems more clean and organized On the weekends around 11:50 AM I was in there and there is seven people in the store, but eight tables filthy with dirty napkins and food all over the floor. This is one of the worst Starbucks in Las Vegas. I spent over 10 minutes sure. That's not long, but 10 minutes in line. Because there was an employee who was buying the whole entire store right was doing different types of discounts here and there instead of moving off to the side, and letting the customers go first. This is hands down the best Starbucks in America. It's in a questionable area, but the staff makes you feel warm and welcome. Tiff, Sofia, Nev, Semir bring so much fun to work with them. They're all smiling, cracking jokes and making you feel happier than when you walked in. Starbucks should take notes from this crew on training. read more

So, I've been coming to this Starbucks because I have to take physical therapy three times a week so I'm always here before or after. The staff is amazing all of them go above n beyond to make sure guests are doing good. Not only only of them are friendly and attentive but their coffee is always on point!!! I have gone into this Starbucks several times just to find out they're out of the tea needed for the medicine ball. I asked when they would be back in stock and they were extremely unhelpful and rude. I also asked if they had any replacements as I know other Starbucks will make it with existing tea but the staff behind the register was not even interested in problem solving the situation. I ended up walking out as as result of the unprofessionalism of the staff. read more

The establishment Always well kept with its open floor plan and open space for organized lines. There are two restrooms for perspective male/female categories. Starbucks Nitro Cold brew Sweet Cream Always a cup of energy with a bold taste of bitter and sweet, creamy and smooth; it does the job to keep up my sleepy Yogi Bear, all the live long nocturnal shift! Medicine Ball Starbucks not so secret menu. Hot item menu; it seems to always be sold out. My go-to cup of tea when I feel a tickle in my throat. I highly recommend this item. A flavorful combination of sweet, tart, and fruity. Always served heaping hot so double glove the cup. Customer service My honorable mention goes out to Charles, the barista who provided excellent customer service! Charles greeted me with a friendly smile and provided excellent care! More often I have been experiencing poor customer service in many brick and mortar food chains even while in its slow customer traffic mode. I arrived at 18:00 h to an almost empty cafe, Charles brings his A-game to the hospitality industry with his extra attention by checking back stock for merchandise items, to his patience in handling service lines by suspending a transaction for me so I can log in to my Starbucks app thereby allowing the line to flow by handling the next customer. This is an older Starbucks, but it's been well maintained over the years. It's in a great location, right by many businesses including medical facilities. Their customers are frequently medical professionals so this is the place to go if you plan to choke or have a heart attack. It's also a tough part of town so you might see some less desirable clientele. As such, they require a secret code to visit the bathrooms. I saw a friendly employee (I think his name was Cliff) talking with customers as he was cleaning. They were quite busy, but always cleaned when they had a break at the counter. Bad news about Starbucks... they are getting rid of the light mix for Frappuccinos. This means venti drinks will go from under 200 calories to over 400. read more

I'm going to put this at the standard of any other Starbucks - so they still serve the same coffee as the rest, which I like. But, they were really poorly run my last trip. Granted, they were busy. But when I came in, they were calling out all the mobile orders they had made, "Kelly, Clarissa, etc etc" so I figured I'd they didn't call my name, they didn't have my stuff ready. So I wait to be called. In the meantime, they're busy, running behind on plenty of stuff. A maskless woman comes in, complains that she been waiting, and of course, she gets served first. I guess she doesn't think the rules apply to her, and this Starbucks is happy to agree. As the maskless patriot walks out, she says "Tell your sister I said Hi!" to one of the employees - so I guess that explains the first-class service. Anyways, after a few more minutes, and seeing they've lost a few orders, I get a barista's attention to ask them about my order. I give them my name, they look down at the prepared orders (the ones I thought they were calling out this whole time) and she gives me my order, which has apparently been ready the whole time, they just didn't call out my name. I really don't understand why. Overall, just a frustrating trip. Poor quality compared to other Starbucks. I'll go down half a block to the next one. read more

Very cozy Starbucks with lots of room and friendly customer service. This is a favorite haunt that I frequent a lot. The staff is friendly and bathrooms usually always clean. The only issue at this Starbucks is if you sit outside at the tables the security officers will make their rounds and mess with customers sitting out here. They will single out certain people so I don't know why but my only issue. I have simply told the security on occasions that we are guests of Starbucks and you would think that the Starbucks drink and usually a muffin would make that clear but after that it's all good. read more

Decided to grab some coffee before looking at some homes in the rancho area. Walked in to this location and was greeted immediately which was awesome! Ordered our coffee with the nice barista girl. I needed to step into the restroom but when I did it was disgusting. There was a wet paper towel right behind the faucet handle and toilet seat paper on the floor. It had a funky smell, not pleasant. When I walked back out to sit down, the common area was dirty. Chairs were mostly pulled out and paper from the straws on the floor. Besides the cleanliness the experience with the staff and the drinks were good. read more

I'd probably say this Starbucks is the best in town due to the fact that the peeps who work here are always... I mean [always] friendly and they make it a priority to memorize your name and your drink. Now that's what I call true customer service, which existed back in the days when you knew your neighbors and the name of your grocer etc... but what do I know? I'm not from that era. I like the attention to detail from the staff and that they are super quick to fix anything that may go wrong with your order without question. I also enjoy this Starbucks because it's across the street from where I live and you can't get anymore convenient than that. Um, never mind you can... this local is missing a drive-thru and then it would be perfect. What else can I tell you about this Starbucks that is more amazing than the rest. No matter what I order they always have it, which means they have a good handle on their stock and they also seem to have more variety of goodies on hand, such as kind bars, 2 moms in the raw and prepackaged glazed nuts, which are my favorite. This is the closest Starbucks to both of my jobs so I come here all the time. The baristas are friendly and fast even when there's a line or crowd in the mornings. I have never waited too long on my drink and it's always made correctly. The seating area is spacious and there are no shortage of outlets to plug in your laptop or other device. This is probably the location I've been to with the most seating and outlets which makes it a great place to hang out or conduct a casual business meeting. It's located in a busy Smith's parking lot with a lot of other restaurants and businesses, so the parking lot sucks. You may have to park further back if you come during the lunch hour. read more

This is the place to go if you want to see the movers and shakers of Las Vegas, and Nevada Politics. Commissioners, Councilmen, hell maybe even the Mayor. This location is located near the Medical district and also classic Las Vegas neighborhoods like the Rancho Estates, Scotch 80's, and Naked City. The coffee at this location is always hot and fresh. I recommend grabbing a book or your IPAD and grab a seat to see who you can rub elbows with while enjoying a power cup of coffee session. read more

The baristas here are shady. Watch your change when you pay cash. This is the second time these baristas try to say "you didn't give us $10, it was $5" the first time it had happened we let it slide. Second time we called the cops! We got our $5 change back! Cop made them count drawer even our receipt didn't made sense! The only reason we go here it's cause it's close by to our grocery store. My boyfriend and I just passed through this Starbucks to grab a cup of coffee through the drive thru. It's early- around 6:30 am. I'm not 100% on my game. So when I ordered my chai tea latte I forgot to ask for a milk substitute. A part of me wanted to really just suck it up and drink it as to not be a hassle, but I know my body, I can't handle dairy so I asked her with sincere apology and did say it was my fault for the slip up, but all she did was stick her arm out expecting the latte back. Which I understood I was going to return for the one I wanted, she didn't speak to us anymore and her face got expressionless. Every time I go to this Starbucks EVERYONE is great!!! I know I know each one is like that but this is one is always in a good mood no matter what time I show up.
