I come here all the time, lately it seems to be taking longer than usual. The drinks are hit and miss, depending on who is making them. Today was exceptionally long and, I ordered my drink with cold foam , there was barely any foam or ice. The crew are nice enough , maybe they are having a tough month. So myself and another person just witnessed a public health issue at this location that was very concerning. A man walked in with 10 or so tumblers in a Starbucks bag and returned them. The cashier took them back without opening each one to make sure they were used, she only looked at the top and sides of them. She then out them back on the shelf. The reason this concerning is due to COVID, RSV and the flyer Big that is going on in the country at this time. There was no proper sanitation that was done or anything. Last week when I was at this same location I brought my cup in and was told due to COVID, they had to take my cup back to the sanitation station. I thought this was very responsible of them. Why that same logic did not apply to these tumblers I have no idea. As a public health person this very concerning and I will be checking with my health inspection friends tomorrow. Friends, be sure to wash every single cup, tumbler or mug you purchase from here. You should be doing that anyway, but just another word of caution. read more

In as much as I do my best to see the positive in all experiences. I am obligated to write this review and sadly so. I visit this Starbucks every weekday morning on my way to work. At about 7:00 am. However, this morning as I was about to get my coffee, a person from Starbucks asked me if I was "the one" who was at the store "a couple of days ago" I responded why. He then said that someone was at the store and shouted and cursed at an employee. I asked who made the allegation to which I was told that it didn't matter. I asked specifically what day did it happen. They responded this past Saturday. Remember I already stated that I visit this Starbucks "week days" so I responded that it wasn't me. I have not been so offended by such an inquiry. And in as much as it will be inconvenient, I will not return to that Starbucks. So sad...as it is right on the way and less than 5 minutes from work. I drive by this location to and from work so when I saw it being built I was beyond thrilled. Time to start budgeting money for morning stops here. The location was a bit of a surprise to me because- how can I put this nicely.. This is a rough side of town- graffiti, run down houses, and homelessness. I did overhear another customer who worked nearby say how excited her coworkers were to have this location near their office because there aren't really any other options similar to Starbucks. I loved the seating options here. It has like one long table for an almost family style seating which can bring people together. The staff seemed super excited- I just hope their enthusiasm continues. There was plenty of outdoor seating which will be nice during pleasant mornings. They are still working out the kinks so make sure to double check your order before you leave the drive through. read more

I've traveled a lot and I've had enough stars to fill up the night sky. There are good and bad locations everywhere. People have off days too and Starbucks customers are demanding. That said I LOVE this store enough to put it on my favorites. They get my order right 99.9% of the time. The other times something just runs out. They are always smiling and genuinely happy. I've had conversations while in the store and in the drive through with some of the baristas. If your in a rush and go during a peak time well that's just kinda sucks for you. You should try another place. This location is on a busy route heading to the downtown and freeways. I highly recommend using the Starbucks app. They build your order correctly because they get it exactly as you sent it. It's ready right when you get there. read more

When we got all of our drinks my husband felt the kids hot chocolate cup and it felt very hot, he took a sip and got burned. I returned it to the gIrl at the window and let her know that it was "NOT kids temp it burned my husband" she didn't even bat an eye. She snatched it back and disappeared not saying a word. She finally gave it back, and just said "here's the kids hot chocolate". She NEVER even acknowledged the near scalding of a 6 year old little girl. We were on our way to a soccer tournament and didn't have time to complain. I have never had such poor service at a Starbucks. Also, the matcha green tea was made wrong. Second visit: ordered on the app again, A HOT DRINK. I get there and it's a frappe, when I tell them they tell me it's correct, that it says creme on their end. This location is near my office so I'm here fairly often. The drive thru can sometimes have long lines but it moves fairly quickly. Inside, it's always clean and organized. The service inside is just as quick and efficient as the drive thru, too. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I always ask about new menu items and they are able to share their opinions and make recommendations, which I appreciate. My only gripe is they run out of the egg bites fairly early on most mornings, or at least on the days I go, so I either have to go without or order something else. Not a biggie but would be nice to have it since it's on the menu. The coffee is always made well, nice and strong, the way I like it. They've always gotten my orders correct so I'll keep coming back. read more

Drive thru seems to be more efficient than going inside. The afternoon group isn't terribly friendly, but they get the job done. It's an average Starbucks, nothing special about the location. It's never terribly busy in the afternoon lunch hour, inside or out. With that said, they are still slow in the afternoon. The morning crew is usually on it and kicking drinks and food out quickly in the drive thru. I've gone in for a mobile order and had to wait a while. The bathrooms are semi clean. As in they do the basics but the sink and other areas hadn't been regularly cleaned because major grime buildup. They are close to work, new nice building, and mornings go smooth so I'll keep going. read more

When I asked if starbucks was still doing the happy hour thing that day the eay they answered me was like if I was asking for a handout. I've been a gold card member since 2013 when I returned from overseas. I was a simple question. Am I the only one that gets super excited when I see a brand new Starbucks location?! I had a meeting for work today on this side of town and I stumbled across this location! Apparently it's not THAT new but it's new! Anyways drive-thru was packed as I already expected, however I was very impressed with how FAST they moved it! Wow! Can you guys please give my two favorite locations on the southwest side of town some tips because I think this is the quickest I've ever experienced! The inside from what I could tell is pretty nice! They also have one of those new menu bored and intercom thingy's that are like virtual or whatever. Customer service was awesome as well!
