Good thing about Starbucks is their uniformity when it comes to drinks and food. You can get the same taste and flavors anywhere you go. Location and staff is what makes each store. This particular store has great staff members. Very friendly and helpful. The location has a drive-thru, though it can get busy at times. Avoid the lunch time as the nearby businesses often flocks here, so parking can be hectic. But when you come the right time, parking is free which is always great. read more

It's. It good Starbucks here especially drive through. Staffs at drive through has to communicate to coworkers and I get it but often they don't even pay attention for customers orders although after they asked us to take orders. Today was like this at drive through: Starbucks operator(S O)hi welcome to Starbucks, what can I get you? Me: I want to have Venti ice lithely sweeten chai latte. S O: ......(giggle)..... I'm sorry what did you say? (It was obviously she didn't pay attention what I said and it's not she didn't hear me.) Me: venti ice lithely sweeten chai with Almond milk and no cane sugar syrup and put two packages of stevia. S O: (repeat my order) And you said Almond milk? Me: yes and less ice please. That's all. Finally I got my drink and I drove off and sip my drink at next red signal since they didn't put straw on my cup. It was super sweet. I think they put normal amount of cane sugar syrup and too of that they put two packages of stevia. One: they didn't pay attention what I ordered. Two: why the heck I ordered Lightly sweeten chai instead of normal chai if I love so much sweet??? I think I can't ask them to have normal job quality. read more

I come to this location at least 2-3x a week to complete work related items (perfect spot for that, has outlets and plenty of table in and outside). I've been extremely satisfied with their service, the energy is high and they genuinely know their frequent customers. I thoroughly enjoy their positive demeanor, honestly reminds me not to take life so seriously and relax with my RBF. The Starbucks stores in So CA really remind me of the customer service drilled into our brains back in the good ol days when we worked here. It appears the expectations for good friendly service are held to a higher standard down here. Everyone was super nice and helpful. This location, if you care, also had a clover machine allowing you to try specialty cups of coffee for $3-$5 dollars for a tall or grande size. They are also promoting their new cold brew machines. My fave are still the chocolate croissants and their delicious triple filtered reverse osmosis water. So yummy. When in Long Beach this is the Starbucks to check out. Only downer is lunch time is pretty crazy with the small parking lot surrounded by a Marriot and a few restaurants. Come after 2pm and there is a ton of parking. Just FYI read more

Horrible! I bought a caramel macchiato and it had a sippy cup lid. Basically its the lids they use for the nitro brew coffee's. (in the picture)I asked the employee for a regular lid and a straw because the coffee splashes everywhere in my car. The employee to told me that they didn't have regular lids or straws anymore. SUPER SUPER SLOW.... I only order a bagel ( already cooked) and a hot tea ( just requires hot water and a tea bag). 3 other people also commented on the service or lack thereof. I also asked for a cup of ice and got a cup of water. The bagel came out after about 15 minutes. Then I asked about my tea. A worker stopped what she was doing to make it. She was nice and gave me two $4 off cards to help out the situation. Glad she took those steps to try to rectify the situation. read more

Great location and nice staff. The line wasn't too bad here and they brought out my blended java chip pretty dfast and it tasted great. They have a drive thru which I try to avoid and go in for much faster service. Super clean and well kept inside, will do just fine if there are no better coffee options in the area. read more

After a long day of travel seeing this outside the window of the hotel in the morning made me smile. Don't get me wrong.. Hotel food was decent but between the breakfast at courtyard and a la boulange croissant breakfast sandwich.. I am going with option #2. Don't let the 3 electrical outlets along the wall fool you. Under the long table there is a power strip where you can plug in with a lot of outlets. Even if you're not sitting at the table you can easily ask someone to plug your charger in and extend it to another table. It's brand new so it's squeaky clean inside and the bathrooms are not smelly like some older Starbucks. Also every time that I've been here they always hand out free samples. read more

Why, why do I keep coming here?! Ha, I should really do some inner soul-searching as to why I keep subjecting myself to this crap...because seriously, this Starbucks freaking sucks. It seems like they're still getting their act together, even though it's been over a month now since they opened. Sheesh. The employees are SUPER incompetent here. A young male was running the register the other day and could barely take my order. I had two drinks, which were very simply stated, but he still couldn't remember them. He almost forgot to add soy milk to both drinks, despite the fact that I had explicitly asked for this substitution at least two times. Then, when I asked him how many pumps of syrup were in one of the drinks, he just stuttered and said, "uhh...I'm not sure." Totally a copout answer and totally shocking, considering I thought all Starbucks employees are required to be knowledgable about all of their products!! On top of that, he almost forgot to give me back my credit card...andddd he didn't even give me a treat receipt! Total fail. Besides having incompetent employees, the drinks just really stink here. They're extreeeemely heavy on the milk in all their drinks and not enough so on the coffee. It almost makes me wonder... are they afraid they're gonna run out of coffee?!!?! read more

This starbucks has been here for a while and I think they would have seasoned employees. Meaning able handle the busy morning rush. And they do have a few but not today. So i come out of convenience to this location. I pass few Starbucks on the way to work. I order on starbucks app which is supposed to save time. Most of the time it does work minus the times items that are out of stock. This morning half order was ready so instead of being late to work and waiting for my drink. I said i don't have time just give me a coffee. i'm out $2.50 due the cost difference of the actual drink that was ordered. I think I'm going dunkin' for my morning caffeine fix read more

Honestly, horrible service by barista Priscilla. The girl who took our order was super friendly and was polite. However, our orders were given out wrong by Priscilla. She was so rude when we asked her to redo our orders. I personally asked for and ice white mocha, and she gave me hot. I was very polite when I asked her to redo my order. She just dumped the drink into a cup full of ice and was given to me with caramel syrup all over the cup. Never have I had an experience like this at a Starbucks, what a shame. read more

Super bad experience. From the beginning everything was weird, when I always ordered my coffee in all the Starbucks places that I've heard they repeat it to me and put it on the screen, that girl did none of that, from the beginning she sounded rushed. So when that happens you already expect what will happen, that your order is wrong. When she gave it to me I looked at it and that's how it was....Wrong. I was gonna return it to her but she told me she couldn't do that. then two seconds later I hear her coworkers saying that they want half of it, telling her to ask me for it, she comes and asks me, I told her: No, you just said that you cannot take it back and she still took it. They made me another but this time less full, being the same coffee and now they give me less? I spoke with another person and I don't know if it was the manager but he told me "oh, do you want more ice or to make it look full" and it annoyed me more because it was the same order and because it was full at the beginning and the second time half way almost ? Been here many many times since it opened I work across the street. This visit I went thru drive thru. When I got to the window there was a bee and I closed my window. I could hear the staff in window ask me if I was allergic. I ignored him. Once the bee was gone I paid him quickly & closed my window. Now there were 2 bees. When my drink came he asked me again if I was allergic and I said no but I don't want one in my car and don't want to be stung by one. And he rolled his eyes. He didn't have a name tag. woman who took my order very nice , young man who gave me my order very nice. my order was incorrect in sizing. I don't mind mistakes we are human. I adviced the young man at the window i ordered 2 venti. The man behind him tells him while I'm front of me "wait what"? He repeats to the man he called him Quincy " she ordered ventis not grandes" his response very rude tone "well she didnt Order ventis she ordered grande i know that forsure" Quincy did not take my order a woman did.
