This location is for night owls like me (it's the latest-open Starbucks in the area that I know of... until 1am most nights, maybe later on weekends?) It's a larger store, and plenty of seating for you studious students, especially since they installed a long counter in the middle of the store designed for laptop users. Starbucks. Some of the employees are bright, friendly and alert, even at 5:30 when I arrive in the AM. The drink menu is consistant and now that I know how to order their drinks it works for me. I'm finding coffee to be a diminishing return, so that's problematic because I need a consistent energy source and this really isn't it. They don't always remember the cup discount. The drinks are sometimes wrong, but that's human error for you. All-in-all, for a places that pushes a socially acceptable drug, its OK. read more

I live around the corner and frequently use my app to order before head in, but they're always so friendly no matter what time of day. Wow, normally this is my go to place and they make my caramel frappe the best. Kyle is awesome knows my orders and seems to always be on top of it, but today he was not here and the two girls that were here seemed under pressure and maybe short staffed. I ordered my drinks on my app at 2:48pm and got here at 2:53pm ONE of my Fraps was ready when I walked in but the other cup just sitting on the counter while they made all the other orders I finally asked if it was ready at 2:58pm and she said oh ya here it is and handed me one drink so I asked about the second one and she started looking through all the cups and was like oh ya she's making it right now. So waited another couple minutes and got my second one at 3:03pm. Either they need more staff or these girls need to take a breath and pay a little more attention to orders coming in. read more

Drinks were amazing, most staff was polite but your cashier James helped us and reprimanded my spouse for not having her mask above her nose the mask fell down under her nose and James proceeded to yell out above his inside voice "ma'am your mask" in front of another customer Who also had their mask down who he did not reprimand and proceeded to serve him while still mad dogging us.That was very rude and it was very targeted Because according to my spouse she had a family member that worked there and she claims that he recognized her so he was doing it on purpose That is horrible customer service! Nick, blond barista with blue eyes, screwed up my drink soooo bad, I asked for a frappucino and he wrote it down as something else, and I paid for mocha and caramel drizzle and got none. At the end when my drink was made, there was no foam of drizzle, and the other barista noticed and INSTEAD of just making my drink over again, she just added foam and said it was fixed and blamed it on Nick--which, you know, is true because he wrote down the wrong order and neglected to even fix the order towards the end. My frappucino wasn't even a frappucino as it was just dark coffee. Very disappointed. Paid $11 for a venti and small and feel so robbed. This was on the first of August at 4:25pm. I am a Starbucks-a-holic! I have a daily habit that requires me to stay employed. I also have a partner in crime who indulges with me on the daily. We are iced black tea aficionados. We have tasted Starbucks black iced tea all over the US and Mexico! This store has the best. They are consistent with flavor and sweetness. Mia and her crew rock this very busy spot. This is a review for the employees. I came on a Wednesday when there was no line. Took the 3 employees a while to finish talking and actually take my order... but what made the girl with green/blue hair have such bad attitude? One of the 3 was a new employee so the manager was showing her around but she seemed like she was sick because she was sniffling and coughing... don't come to work if you're sick please.... luckily she wasn't the one making my drink. read more

It might seem insignificant to have a review on a Starbucks, but I would say this location goes above and beyond. The employees there are friendly and always so willing to help. You get acknowledged when you walk in, a friendly person takes your order and another friendly and helpful person makes sure your order is completed on the other end. This is one of my two favorite Starbucks in Orange County. I often frequented here a few times a week to study when I still lived in the area. However, I still come back here when I am in town because this is the latest closing Starbucks that I know of. They close at 1am every night and reopen at 4:30am. Unfortunately, Starbucks does not give free wi-fi, so you need to pay for it. If you have an at&t or sbcglobal account, then there is a way to get it at a low cost. Fortunately, I have a friend who is nice enough to give me his username and password for wi-fi. =D read more

I normally have no issues with Starbucks, but today, I went to purchase a drink and the staff snickered at me. I was shocked because no one seemed to listen to me either. I ordered a drink and pastry and they got my order wrong a lot. The lady seemed relieved she didn't have to heat up my pastry (as if it were a hassle to her) and multiple people were ringing me up, so no one actually listened to my order. While I thought I ordered a venti, the order came out as a grande and as I told them I meant a venti but I will just stick with the grande, the lady cashier snickered to the barista. While I could have been a disorientated customer, and perhaps I did order the grande, I was very insulted that she was making fun of me in front of me. That should never happen, and I doubt I'll be going to this location any time soon. Unless I want to be insulted by staff. read more

This location is okay. It's kind of small and sometimes smells a little funny. It never seems clean. The baristas are always nice but they seem to be a little slower making drinks thank other locations. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The food and coffee are always consistent. Just the ambiance of this location isn't as comfortable as other locations. read more

Located in the Town & Country center, next to US Bank and across the parking lot from Fresh & Easy, this is a really conveniently located Starbucks. It's in a great spot to stop at in the morning, and it's not too busy in the evenings after work. Smallish interior, but they have outside seating on both sides of the store. read more

This Starbucks legit does suck. Every single time I order a drink they get it wrong. It's written on the cup. I worked at Starbucks for two years it's not hard to follow directions written on a cup. There is only one guy here that I like he has a full beard and he is very nice and personable every time he rings the front register. Other than that,this place literally just sucks there. Every time I've ordered two or more breakfast sandwiches, I have to ask the girl not to put two in at once. I know that trick I know why they do it because it's faster but then the sandwiches are cold in the center when you eat them and it's really upsetting. They burned me, literally. I asked for my coffee at a greatly reduced temperature. I was in a hurry and I didn't check the drink first. When I took a big mouthful of it I found out it was at full temperature! I burned my mouth and tongue and to top it off I spit it out in my wife's car. Im livid. Placed a mobile order as I was heading to work and today is my birthday so I wanted to take advantage of my free birthday drink since I am a Gold star member. It took them 35 minutes to make my order after I told them that my order should have been ready 20 minutes before. They said, "sorry we're busy." I explained that's not how mobile order works. It would have been faster if I ordered in person. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and they said there was no manager on site. This was today at 320pm. This place is poorly run by three teenagers and no management on site. It wasn't even that busy! They were getting everyone's orders wrong and tried to tell me, after I waited 20 minutes past the time my order should have been ready, that "it's going to be a while. We're busy." Then I told them it was my birthday. That made no difference. They didn't even wish me a happy birthday and they made me late to work. They could have thrown in a free pastry for the inconvenience or something, but they didn't. Wow, I'm appalled. Never go to this Starbucks! read more

On a grocery run to Fresh & Easy, I stopped by this Starbucks in the same shopping plaza to grab a coffee. Although there is outside seating, I don't recommend sitting here. Inside is very small, 4-5 tables I think, gets pretty crowded. Outside is right on the busy corner of Main and Chapman, gets very loud. If you are grabbing something on the go, this location is as good as any other Starbucks. read more

This morning on my way to work I used mobile order to order a venti cloud macchiato. When I picked up my drink I noticed there was no foam at all. I tasted it and it was just a regular macchiato, which I did not order. When I mentioned to the barista that this was a regular macchiato he proceeded to tell me "the cloud drink is a macchiato." My response "yes I've gotten this drink and it's not foamy at all, is your frother broken? This is a regular macchiato not a cloud macchiato." The barista looked at my drink and said he could remake it, grabbed by drink and threw it out. Mind you I had order a mobile order because I started work at 5am and did not expect to be inside the Starbucks for over 5 minutes. While the barista was making my drink he asked the other barista "Did you make a regular macchiato?" and the other guy said he did. (Which makes sense) They ended up re-making my drink and when I got it the cup was filled 80% of the way, not even a full drink, it was whatever and not like usual, and I waited for my drink to be re-made and was almost late to work. This place is always busy. Staff sucks. An when they say they will b open at 430 they aren't. This is the second time at this location that they haven't opened when they say online. The cashiers can't even do the labeling right nor can they use the register. Drinks are always wrong. I highly recommend avoiding this location. read more

Amazing customer service. I ordered through Uber-Eats to have my Starbucks delivered. This location is not the closest to me and I did realize after I ordered. Long story short, after numerous attempts to get a hold of uber eats due to not receiving my order, Andrea the manager gave me a call on my cell. She let me know that my order had been ready for nearly two hours, and no one had come to pick up my drink. She even called Uber-eats for me on my behalf to see what the heck was going on. She was the sweetest! So apologetic and was even willing to drive me my order to my job! The staff remade everything for me and I went to pick it up. When i picked it up, a man, I didn't get his name, asked me if i was Hailie and I said yes and he finished up my cold foam on top of my drink to make sure it was fresh. I even was given a drink on the house due to the inconvenience. I was amazed at how friendly and caring they were with my situation. Andrea gave me her card and told me she will speak to Uber eats herself if i have issues getting my refund. I will continue to go to this Starbucks after this experience! I do the mobile ordering all the time so that I can just run in and grab my coffee and run out. This location never has my order ready when I walk in. Today, was the worse I've ever seen it. It's not like I order a ton of drinks and food! It's 1 drink and 1 oatmeal.. I placed my mobile order at 8:16, I arrived at the location at 8:26. Giving them over 10 minutes to make my drink. At 8:40, I'm still standing there waiting for someone to put a splash of milk into a cup of oatmeal! Really? So I was 20 minutes late for work when I should have been on time! I understand you guys are busy. But 30 minutes for a coffee and a cup of oatmeal is not okay. I will be stopping at the location by my house now instead of my work. Crazy read more
