The service itself was helpful and prompt, but the space is small so it feels busy with only four people inside. That means every bottle, cup, lid, napkin, and food scrap gets sent straight to the landfill. Plastic and glass that could be recycled are wasted. Food scraps that could be composted instead produce methane, a powerful greenhouse gas. For a large company like Nordstrom, this is careless and irresponsible. Customers should not have to choose between buying a coffee and contributing to unnecessary landfill waste. Nordstrom needs to provide recycling and compost bins immediately. Shame on them for ignoring such a basic environmental responsibility
