I have been more than a regular here at this Starbucks! I absolutely love the staff! I hope I don't annoy them too much with my constant support of them! I know all of the staff that work here and always say hello! I honestly "love" the staff and by that I mean that I genuinely do consider them friends at this point! I needed a boost of energy at 8:45PM. I ordered a cold brew and didn't realize they closed at 9pm Opps! The barista was sweeping around us and putting chairs up, so we left. I get it they need to close by 9pm but typically they wait until 9pm to start cleaning. Place is at The Collection, it's always busy. There were a lot of high schoolers trying to order their drinks before closing time. I typically support local cafes but at this time, they're all closed. I can't even believe how rude the two employees were this morning. Angelina and Sal were working and with no one in line they continued to clean up behind the scenes instead of acknowledging our presence and saying hello we'll be right with you. We stood there unattended for a few minutes. As I was considering leaving without coffee, Angelina finally came up and in a voice I could barely hear asked us what we wanted. After ordering a brewed coffee, they continued to do other things and couldn't seem to find the time to pour a cup of brewed coffee for way too long. We stood there waiting and when they finally poured it they put it on the counter without even telling us it was there. If I come to this Starbucks again and they are working, I will walk away. I refuse to deal with people who are so RUDE. read more

Today I ordered at the collection location as I do usually once a week. I do not recommend this location to anyone. 9/10 times your order will be wrong on top of that today my drink was placed on hold while four other mobile orders were given before mine while I waited. I asked about my order seeing as the app said it was ready 8 min prior and one of my items were given. (The food item) multiple mobile orders as well as orders placed in person were called out before mine. Clearly this was a mistake. No apology from the barista man. Just rude. So over this Starbucks!! Do not go to this location if you want to actually enjoy your Starbucks experience, be treated fairly, want your order be made right and ownership taken when wrong is actually done. Asked for a Trentra Black Iced Tea, No water and No ice. I received the cup half empty on a non custom drink that has no sugar. Got charged 6-7$ and I had to pay for the cup to get filled. I was given attitude and I was willing to pay more to just not put up with no drama. It would have been a 12$ black iced tea not custom. Great Starbucks location right in the heart of The Collection. The building itself makes it one of the nicer Starbucks in the area, and my experiences have always been positive. I make it a point to place my order ahead through the app since it does tend to get quite busy being that this is a popular area for shopping and dining. My orders have always been on time and accurate, and the staff I have encountered were great. I will be back soon! read more

The New manager discriminates against certain people. And shows favoritism to white people. I was singled out for not looking rich enough and yet the manager let everyone else do whatever they like. No more customization for people who have food allergies. I no longer feel welcomed here and as a long time customer she did nothing to address this. I will not be coming back. read more

For example, a Grande Iced Coffee used to be $3.95 a few months ago and now they charge $4.95. No, its not a typo. If you go to the Starbucks at Wagon Wheel just 2 minutes away, or the Starbucks in Rose Ave., the same Grande Iced Coffee is $4.25. I am definitely not coming back to this location. read more

I wanna say thank you to this Starbucks for providing me a second home these past few weeks in preparation for the DAT (Dental Admissions Test) :D I LOVE the Starbucks at the Collection because it's really clean, new and I feel like not a lot of people study here (though they might catch on based on my review lol). There are always tables available with a couple chairs and a large communal table with stools. They have two separate bathrooms for women and men available so you don't have to wait if it was a single bathroom. Honestly, other than the location close to home, it's really the baristas that make it worth coming back to study here. They are all really friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with :) I definitely recommend this Starbucks over any other location and you bet I will be returning back ;D read more

I'm not normally a huge fan of Starbucks as it's basically fast food coffee and a lot of the personnel have no personality, that being said this is my favorite Starbucks in NWA ( that I've visited). The personnel are always friendly and upbeat! The drinks have been great. I normally drink cold brews with no syrup and extra cold foam. It's not too sweet and love the foam :) sometimes the cold brew can be bitter but usually good. Anyways keep up the pleasant service Rogers!!!! read more

What is the point of ordering ahead if it's technically not order ahead. I ordered my drink at 8:43 am and it was 9:05 and I still hadn't received it. Waiting patiently on the sidelines watching people come in to order in person and receive their drinks within 5 minutes. Talk about a fun morning. Totally didn't have anything better to do than wait for a drink I was never going to get because I had to ask for a refund. I didn't want to bug the barista a 3rd time by asking if my drink was ready yet. It would've been a different story if someone Atleast would've said "Sorry for the wait, anything". This is a nice Starbucks location at The Collection in Oxnard. It is a great place to grab a drink and a snack while walking around the mall area. The store is roomy and open. The ordering area and pickup area are not near the entrance so it does not get clogged up with people waiting for their drinks. There are plenty of tables inside and out to sit at as well as a long bar table that you can take a seat at. The times that I have been at this location, the tables as well as the store were clean and well kept. The customer service here is good. Our drinks are always right and come out in a timely manner, even when it is busy. The employees are friendly and helpful. 42/100 read more

Well, for what it is, a fast food coffee shop, they do a very good job. I think this place gets a lot of bad rep. from all of the prima donnas that visit it expecting to be treated like royalty all the time. But honestly their staff is way better most other SB locations. They always serve you with a smile, regardless of how early it is and no matter how many people are in line. I guess I am a little biased because this particular location is close to my house but seriously though the service is much better than others. Another plus is that they have a clover machine that makes the coffee super good and strong! To sum it up, I don't really think that SB needs reviews on this site to get people to go to it but I just wanted to let everyone know that the staff here is much, much better than most other SB in the area. There was a time I couldn't log into my Starbucks app but the barista was kind enough to get my order & made me let them know when I was able to pull up my app from my phone. I've also ordered a couple secret menu drinks & they do it on the spot without questioning you, so you know their baristas know their drinks. Always eager to serve you. Unfortunately, this isn't the biggest Starbucks in the city, but good enough to grab something while you're out & about shopping. This store location is gorgeous. I swung by here with my friend for a caffeine fix. We were able to park at a meter right out front which was very convenient. It's fairly easy to get onto and off of the freeway to this location. This place was bustling, probably because we got there during the frappuccino happy hour. I ordered a light java chip frappuccino. The service was fast and I got what I ordered. There are large tables which were filled by middle schoolers on their laptops. I probably wouldn't come here hoping to find seating but overall I am impressed with this location and with what Oxnard is doing at the Collection. read more

This is a quiet Starbucks. Not because there is a lack of people but because there is a Clover system at this special location. Not every Starbucks has Clover (which is a special way of making a simple yet low acid cup of coffee) and when people order Clover coffee, there is much less noise compared to making a cappuccino or macchiato. What is Clover, you say? Clover combines a French Press AND a Vacuum-style system into one unit. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz purchased the company after trying a cup brewed by a Clover machine and declaring it to be "the best cup of brewed coffee I have ever tasted". However, Shannon and her team at the Starbucks at the Collection in Riverpark, you find a community advocate who goes out of their way to help non-profits and local organizations find a home at one of the most forward thinking malls in Ventura County. This Starbucks is the cleanest one I've been to in weeks constantly being monitored by the staff the table are well kept inside and out and the case of always full of product and immaculate up to date drinks, everything is always on point even during very busy hours you can count on your drink to be made correctly and the shelves to be stocked with product I bought a new ember cup while I was here to keep my drink warm definitely buy one of these it's worth the investment as well as a new swell thank you again for the great experience read more

I've lived at riverpark for 4 years and this starbucks gets progressively worse. I have a heart condition and have to order decaf. Most employees there are very nice and will take my order over the phone for a decaf pour over and let me pay for it when I get there because a pour over takes some time. If I order an Americano, it is never as strong as I'd like it and I end up paying over $5 for just a simple cup of coffee. This morning, Julie (apparently a manager) would not take my order and told me I have to come in and wait. Terrible customer service. I order this multiple times every week and no one else has a problem with it. I called the other starbucks down the road and they had no problem with it either. Guess I caught he on a power trip morning. Maybe add some other decaf options for the mobile site for people that can't have caffeine for medical reasons. I'm surprised someone in customer service would discriminate and go through such great lengths to ensure a customer with special dietary needs doesn't get what they want. Mixed reviews with this location. The partners are very kind and friendly and it's a nice location stop. The store is never stocked up with POS items and always seem to be out of things, but that's pretty much everywhere. What I notice the most about this location is whenever I order mobile order, that's the only time my drink is made correctly. When I go into the store, either the person on POS doesn't hear me or the partner on bar doesn't make the drink correctly. So nice partners, low quality drinks. read more
