Overall good expected service from Starbucks, tried the matcha edit with Dubai chocolate, good quality coffee and food though a little much ice Service is on point, though can be a little slower but it's customer traffic also Right off the side for Pacifica, so good if you are in the area and need a place to do work and take some calls, though ambiance is a little noisy with background music, wish they can turn that lower since hard to hear calls and chat Overall a good place to drop by still!

This is my 2nd consecutive morning here at this location and both times, the staff has been very energetic with warm greetings and today with the cashier bringing my cup of coffee while I was getting napkins before sitting down. I happen to take pics of the large pick up orders which I don't normally see. Really like this location and can't understand the low Yelp reviews. Definitely 5 stars for service and quality for what I purchased during these two days!

Starbucks at Oceana & Manor - Venti Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte (hot & cold)
    Stella K.

This Starbucks is located at Oceana & Manor, right next to Oasis Vietnamese Restaurant. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. It's a decent size store with an "open" feel to it because the tables are all against the wall. Tables inside were actually available when I stopped by ; I'm used to seeing all tables occupied at most other Starbucks. I guess not as many people come to this location to camp out and work/study. There is a bit of outdoor seating, but it is not very inviting as Pacifica is usually overcast and all you get to see is the parking lot. I don't know why the Starbucks stores in Pacifica close early; this one and the one at Hickey near Skyline both close early. I came to this location, at Oceana & Manor, because they were accepting mobile orders. For some reason, the Starbucks at Hickey near Skyline did not accept mobile orders, which was a bummer because I was closer to this location. I placed a mobile order here for a hot venti Blonde Vanilla Latte. I didn't see my drink in the pick up area ... because there was an iced venti Blonde Vanilla Latte waiting for me at the mobile pick up area and I didn't even look at the cold drinks when I knew mine would come in a white opaque cup. The Barista asked me my name and found the iced venti latte with my name on it. I told her I ordered a hot latte, she looked at the label, apologized and remade my drink. They were super nice about the mistake.

I was impressed with the efficiency of the ordering and delivery process until I got my order. Unfortunately I didn't open my bag until I got home and found my impossible breakfast sandwich was actually turkey sausage sandwich and the Fox cake pop for my grandson had melted because it was placed next to the hot sandwich! Bummer and I didn't take the receipt!

    Dragon Drink
    Michelle L.

We were on our way back from a nearby hike when I decided I needed a refreshing pick me up to quench my thirst. We stopped at this Starbucks that shares its parking lot with a neighboring plaza. Immediately the duo of dragon fruit drinks caught my eye as they were advertised front and center. I opted for the Dragon Drink since there was coconut milk in it and I'm kind of a sucker for that. There is caffeine in this drink which I think comes from the Refresher component of the drink. I actually had no idea what this was supposed to taste like when I ordered it...it just looked pretty. The drink was very fragrant to sniff and tasted pretty good. Just kinda sweet and tropical all around. The drink was served in a sippy cup with lid for those of you who have sworn off disposable straws. The washrooms actually had two stalls which is pretty rare for a Starbucks these days. It was empty and very clean. Just a note that none of the fixtures (sink, soap dispenser, hand towel dispenser) were automatic.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks experience ever. Very slow service - took me 25 minutes to order and get my drink. Avoid at all cost.

If they're busy, they might forget to call your name and you'll need to go get the food yourself, which is frankly impossible to fathom when you come from San Francisco. But Pacifica is different, y'know?   Anyway.  ------------------------------ First, the turkey sandwich. 5/5 I'm guilty of expecting the meat to be the focus on a sandwich, but in this case the turkey was the filler, which, as a carnivore, is there a better meat filler? Bread, dijon, lettuce, turkey, queso. The dijon did for flavor what the lettuce did for texture, throwing in a twang that kept the sandwich interesting. Its creaminess tag-teamed with the cheese to keep the sandwich in one piece. Great sidekicks. The turkey was... Nothing special. Clean but mundane, for the star of the show was the bread.    Some of you might roll your eyes.  No shiet, Sherlock.  THIS. IS.  A bakery.   Cuz some of you might roll your eyes.  It's just bread.    But this isn't wonder-bread. It's dense. It's got a chew.   The sourdough is minimally sour, hearty, with a thick, hard crust, and made matrimony with the turkey. A lil bit of salt, the slightest tang, tango-ing into a single texture. Those of us who've had an egg sando in Japan understand how the softness of the egg salad made the softness of the bread fundamental. The turkey here wasn't slipping anywhere, though it complimented the meatiness of the bread. This, sandwich, needs, teeth.    I hope you weren't expecting to eat turkey without teeth. Perhaps that's tofurkey you're thinking about.   The crust was hard too. A well supported, almost crunchy hardness, and a far cry from the st-ale pork rind that the free bread in Mont-real would remind you of. I ended up turning the sandwich sideway as if I was enjoying a taco.   The best panera you'll get and a supreme sleeper.   ------------------------------ The second sandwich: 4/5 The sesame studded hoagie, on the other hand, was nothing short of Guns N' Roses. This sub had a KISS of intensity from the seared meats, a KISS of spice from the mayo and capocollo, a KISS of sharpness from the provolone, and a single leaf of romaine to give that little crunch and freshness, so you can tell your mom that you ate your veggies. There's going to be a rock concert in your mouth. With each element in a bit to prove their existence, it ended up being too intense for us. With these all being strong flavors, it's amazing that you could still taste everything. And they work well together. It's just that your taste buds will send an SOS, walking out of a Black Sabbath concert feeling a bit drained, like Spongebob breaking down after working the tables at Squidward's five star restaurant. The crustiness of the roll, the studded texture of the sesame, the meat escarpment slipping out, you will have no more desire for thee. Water. Something to cleanse the mouth.   If you're one of those among us who gets sweet emotions eating curry without naan or rice, this could be your bad medicine.   * Keep it simple, stupid.

Highly y recommending you book beforehand as the place fills up fast. Once you booked, you pre-pay for everything and just come and enjoy your tea on the day of. This place is so cute! It's located near Rockaway beach, a nice area in Pacifica. There are ample parkings in the back of the store. From outside vibes to the indoor decorations with all the tea sets and cute little tables and small mirrors and trinkets on the walls. It reminded me of Bridgeton and Victoria time. I could spend an entire afternoon here looking at all the cute tea set. Because we had our puppy with us, we opted for an outdoor seating which was equally as nice! Large white-and-yellow-striped umbrellas gave us some needed shades as it was a sunny day. Our table was covered with cute table cloth and everything looks neat and clean. We were started with teas first, and each of us got to pick our own tea. My sis picked the Lychee Rose Green as I had my eyes on the Dragon well. Our teas came out fast and were quickly followed by the yummy high tea display. Starting from the bottom, we had Cucumber with Dill Cream Cheese Chicken, Apple, Walnut, Cranberry Salad Cream Cheese with Guava Jam, Pastrami with Cabbage Salad. This was followed by a warm Scone with Clotted Cream & Jam; a toasted Crumpet with butter & Lemon Curd; and a selection from their Sweet Tray! Everything was so delicious and paired so well with our selections of teas! The service was attentive as well as they checked on us frequently and refilled our tea pots when needed.
