Walk into Starbucks, there are about 5 people sitting studying. The two people behind the counter look at me and continue working the drive thru, they don't greet or acknowledge me standing there. About 4 awkward minutes pass because now the sitting patrons look like they are wondering why I am not being acknowledged and then a nice young lady comes from the back and asks if I have been helped when I tell her no she looks annoyingly at her coworkers. Perhaps if I looked differently I would have gotten a different response idk. Aside from the lackluster service the coffee tasted like water. read more

This starbucks location used to be great but now they get my drink wrong 50% of the time. I order it the exact same way every time so it doesn't make sense. The workers need to learn the difference between the dragon drink (with coconut milk) and the mango dragon fruit refresher (with water). Half of the time I always have to correct it at the window but today they just added coconut milk to the drink with water. They didn't remake it. This was my last straw. read more

This Starbucks parking lot is terrible. When the drive thru is wrapped it's impossible to get in and out and park and all of it. I am a HUGE believer in ordering online ahead of time. Go into Target for your Starbucks! This location is, for lack of a better word, disappointing. The customer service is consistently inadequate (especially for a chain like this) and the wait times are ridiculous. Whether you are in the cafe or in the drive-tru, except to wait a while and have your drink taste burnt or as if it as made incorrectly. This location seems less than interested in making apologies for their mistakes and would rather make excuses on why their service is the way it is. sorry to say but the super-caffeinated coffee I came here for (Starbucks generally has twice the caffeine of other outlets) tasted extremely harsh. I get milk and sugar with it to take the edge off but still I had a taste in my mouth that seemed like pipe scrapings mixed with bug spray. I know that's not nice to say but this was my second attempt at getting something tasty. Consumer Reports said it rated at the bottom of their test because of the harsh taste but I did not believe CR. Now I think they may be right. Don't normally go to this Starbucks because it takes forever...but recently decided to give it another try. What a waste of money. The last 3 times I've gone the drinks were so disgusting. I am so upset. 0-5 would not recommend. Girl that was closing didn't want to do her job and obviously wanted to leave early. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and wouldn't talk on the drive through so i drove up to the front and had the doors locked! That is so rude and annoying. Stopped here for a coffee. Same great drinks like all the other locations but the problem I had here was the service. The employees were kinda rude to us and one of the drinks we ordered took longer than what we thought for them to prepare. This is because one of the ladies behind the counter wasn't told to prepare the drink and just stared at me and the group drinking the waters they provided to us while making the other orders for the drive thru. Then she asked if we wanted more water and then one of us reminded her that we had another beverage and she completely forgot we had another beverage that we were waiting for. Took a total of 15 minutes to get the last beverage. Overall, the service here should of been more efficient. read more

I really enjoy this Starbucks location. Every time I visit the staff is super friendly and acts with a sense of urgency when making my items. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I walk into an establishment and they immediately ask me " what can I get for you?", without giving me an opportunity to view the menu for a minute. This is one of the few food/beverage places I've been too where they don't immediately ask me that and simply say " welcome! How are you? Let me know when you're ready." This doesn't make me feel rushed and I don't have to stress about trying to skim read the menu or default to the same items I usually order. Thank you Starbucks!! read more

It's a great location and filled with nothing but friendly faces, except for one girl who is there almost every morning. Stone cold face and personality, extremely rude. Doesn't acknowledge you and if she does it's as if she's annoyed. Drive the extra 15 minutes to go to literally ANY other Starbucks. It does not matter how many people are in the drive-thru line, it takes 5 times the normal Starbucks time to get through it. I was the 9th car in line and it took 35 minutes. You can get in and out of the target Starbucks, the Walmart Starbucks, you can even get back home from the Happy Valley and 67th Starbucks, sooner than you can this location. I give it another shot every couple months hoping maybe the management has changed. 2 years, no luck. Maybe it's the layout inside that makes it hard for staff to operate? read more

Stopped in the drive thru this morning on my way to walk some rescue dogs. I went through the drive thru and had the most pleasant encounter with a girl who had short hair and the spunkiest personality. I pulled up and the first thing she says is "Hey, Nice Car!! I have one in black!" to which we started talking about hyundais and how sad I was that I had just gotten damage on my car. In the past couple years I've given this Starbucks several tries hoping it will be better but it always seems to disappoint! 10/10 the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever encountered. I've tried the drive thru a handful of times and have waited over 20 minutes every time. Once you're in the line you're trapped and can't even get out. Once I realized the drive thru was terrible regardless of the time of day I tried going inside and it's still terrible. Extremely slow service, employees aren't friendly, and the coffee sucks. It's in close proximity to my house but it's sooo bad that I still choose to drive an additional 15 minute round trip to get to another location. This place needs some new management ASAP! read more

I've been to this store afew times while shopping in this area. No problems until now. Went in to get my usual half pound of coffee. Other stores sometimes get confused about this order but this store would flat out not do it. The employee said they would have a half pound of coffee left to do nothing with. I go to Starbucks everyday and I will never go back to the location. I live in very close proximity to this starbucks and have found myself going there solely because its near by. However, I find the fact that my drink has been either made incorrectly or tastes like the I'm drinking liquid coffee ashes for the past 10 times I have gone there unacceptable. Not to mention, this starbucks is extremely over staffed. I have never seen a starbucks anywhere with so many workers and such inability to handle making a black iced coffee.
