Literally THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. With only 7 cars in line, it took 25 minutes to get my drink. Go to ANY other Starbucks. These employees are always messing around, moving slow and chatting. It will take you less time to drive down to happy valley and 67th, where they actually attempt to get people through the drive thru in a timely manner. I have been to this location several times. If you are going to this location plan to spend at least 15-20 min waiting for your order even if you in the drive through. I ordered a black ice coffee, nothing special and it still takes forever. I also tried the mobile ordering so I wouldn't have to wait so long for my drink. Still took me about five minutes to flag somebody down to grab my drink sitting on the back counter. read more

This Starbucks is THE WORST I have ever been to. Here are the reasons why: - It took FORTY minutes to get through the drive thru. Why did I wait that long? Because by the time I realized how bad it was I was locked in & had no choice. - With this drive thru I did NOT move at all for 5 min stretches - When I did order, halfway through, the barista stopped talking. JUST STOPPED. For 3-4 minutes there was radio silence. When he did return, he just said "oh sorry.. I got pulled away, what was that last drink order again?" Mind you prior to him "leaving," he had already asked three times. - Periodically, as you watched the window, all the baristas would disappear for minutes at a time.. just gone.. - When I finally got to the window I counted at least 7 baristas.. but apparently that is not enough to prevent such a long wait. The only reason they get one star is the barista who finally gave me my order apologized, said this "isn't normal," and didn't charge me for drinks. read more

One star because NO stars is simply not an option. As a prior-partner, I have had the opportunity to work at 8 different locations in 5 different states. As a customer, I've enjoyed Starbucks all over the world. Never have I ever experienced such a disorganized mess of a cafe or drive-thru. Expect to spend at least 15 minutes waiting for your coffee, whether you're in the drive-thru or not. While waiting for your coffee at the drive-thru window, try not to be appalled by the number of partners standing around doing absolutely nothing. And if you're waiting for your coffee in the cafe, just get used to the trash on the floors and the crumbs all over the tables. Management is failing this location. read more

I went in this morning and it was clearly very busy, all the employees seemed to be hauling it around! I did have to wait a bit, but everyone was very nice. I've come in a few times already and can honestly say every experience I've had in this Starbucks has been nothing but positive. (Even when they accidentally messed up one of my orders). Anyways I went threw the drive threw and asked for a chocolate frapachino the pretentious drink maker then said very rudely "you mean mocha frapachino?" And I said sure whatever. Then she asked what size and I said small she again said very rudely "you mean tall." After waiting 23 minutes in the drive thru and a long wait for the second time I thought it was time I write a review. The only reason this location is even receiving one star is because it doesnt go any lower. Upon arriving at the window to pay there was no apology for the wait as the employee did not even seem bothered by the horrible wait time. I had only ordered one drink for my wife to bring home. The sad part is this is not the first time this is happened but will be the last time for me because I refuse to pay for horrible service!!! I will now be going to either the frys in store location or 75th ave and 101. Awesome drive thru and always promt with orders and customer service is top notch. When one person left a review for a 40 minute wait I could only back them up because this location should not have a drive thru because they cannot keep up with orders due to low staffing. Get it fixed Starbucks and you might see a lot of negative reviews!!! Also, when I ordered a latte another time the employee laughed at me when I ordered an ice latte and said they only come hot. Exuse me Starbucks employee but a latte can come either way and maybe be a little more customer service friendly as this was down right rude. I am an avid coffee drinker, once if not twice a day. I genuinely enjoy Starbucks, as that is usually where I go. HOWEVER, this specific location is awful. My drink is never made correctly (and I don't order complex drinks), I ask the baristas to remake it and they are rude about doing so. I only go there if I want a breakfast sandwich, because at least they can't mess that up. I do not recommend this location, at all. read more

Went in to get drinks with my friend and this absolutely rude employee named Trisha or something amongst that name was very unpleasant. I go into a different Starbucks all the time and it's always such a pleasant visit. Completely opposite with this location, very disappointed in the rudeness of this employee and disappointed customer service when she Handed out the drinks with an attitude and practically threw them, we were upset. when we got our drinks they weren't to their full potential. If you love waiting in line for 20 minutes for your drink this is the place for you. Also be aware that if you order a frozen drink you probably won't get any flavor and it will all be in the bottom oh and be mostly melted too which is awesome. We love our coffee, but unfortunately as many times as we go into this location, the baristas don't remember you, are hot and cold with customer service and attitudes, and are never consistent with amount of whipped cream and carmel etc they use in the coffee. The same coffee ordered every time, tastes different every time...with that being said, it's in a great location, always clean, has outside seating, and of course free wifi. We prefer to go to the starbucks inside the Target which is located in the same parking lot. At least when we walk in there, it's like "Cheers"...everyone knows your name. read more

I have been here a number of times and each time they do something wrong. It's ridiculous for the price we pay you would expect excellent service. Just these last three times I ordered pumpkin spice latte grande size and I don't want whip cream and one time they put it anyway, another time they didn't but they filled it 1/2 to 3/4 way only and one time they just pumped it with sweet stuff when I asked less sweetener. I don't go everyday but just a treat, and one of the reasons is you don't get what you pay for at this Starbucks, and they haven't once given my receipt unless I ask for it. I live close to this location and it's on my way to work. I would agree that this location needs some management to get ALL of the staff on the same level. To make this location work, mobile ordering is a very good idea and there are two, obviously veteran, baristas that if you're lucky are working and are completely on point and I am in& out in less than a minute when I mobile order. I can't remember their names, but if it is only the younger, less experienced morning crew I have waited almost 20 minutes for a mobile order before. I have never had a problem with my order being incorrect or anything like that. My only gripe is that the morning crew that has been in lately needs to step up their game a bit. I understand that they are busy and running around like chickens with their heads cut off so I give them the benefit of the doubt, but busy should not hinder service. read more

Trenta Cool Lime with no limes is my everyday favorite. Never gets old. The drive thru is one of the fastest in town, just not today. Lol.

Love the outdoor seating. Very convenient to shops and communities. Dog friendly and very customer based.

I have to agree with some of the reviews in regards to service. A few times each year I will order a couple of travelers for co-workers and pick them up on the way to work. I understand a traveler takes a while to brew and I call in my order the night before. Today marks the third time the coffee travelers were not prepared, even though they were clearly on the 'to-do' list. So, while I appreciate the service of the person who took my order last night and wrote all the details down, I am disappointed in the morning staff dropping the ball. read more

I went to Starbucks @ 6:02:26 pm reg 4 drive thru, I ordered a serious Strawberry and plain croissant. The serious strawberry was the worst! All I got was iced milk with whip cream with not even 1 drop of strawberry. I ordered a tall. I should have turned around and took it back it was that bad. I paid 4.25 for iced milk, could've done that at home. Won't be back there again. I agree with the other critical yelps, this is in a bad place with no room to park. When this location first opened they had an excellent crew who could really make excellent drinks. Recently, they have a lot of new people who don't seemed to be trained very well. Their mocha fraps taste burnt because they are made incorrectly most of the time. When you bring your own cup they don't give you the cup discount 50 percent of the time. Pretty sad for how expensive their drinks are. read more

I'm just actually upset that Starbucks continues to mess up orders. It's been sketchy for a few months now and I have been purposely avoiding this location. It sucks when you order drive thru and the drinks are for someone else because it's not like you're in the store and can correct it. I honestly think they need to disclose that they're training new people, if they even are, so that when drinks are this screwed up at least I can be more understanding. It's just so mind boggling that I ordered a tea today...and it said so on the cup...and it definitely wasn't tea. It was lemonade. When the order on the drive thru screen is what was ordered and the drinks given are definitely not, I am simply not understanding. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, or how busy the lines are, drinks are consistently incorrect. I wish I could give no stars. I've been to this Starbucks numerous times over the last couple years and every time I try and run through the drive thru it takes 15+ minutes. And while at the window the employees are messing around inside or laughing/chatting with each other while the drive thru line is 12 cars deep. They also routinely screw up my order.
