I'm personally more of a vegan-but-not-gluten-free girl, so texture-wise it's not something I'd specifically crave again -- but I absolutely appreciate that they create inclusive options. My friend had the cinnamon roll and was happy. They also have a small retail section with mugs, shirts, local honey, and little gift items, which adds to the community feel.
