Sign says open at 4:30, came today this morning around 4:50 ish and waited so long for someone to take my order. So I drove up to the window and saw only one girl in there doing something and she glanced out the drive thru window and didn't even acknowledge us , so i waited a little longer. There was also a car behind me so i didn't want to keep them stuck just incase their order wasn't taken as well and they if they needed to exit the drive thru I'd be in their way. So i left and circled back into the drive thru. The barista gives the front car (the car that was behind me before) a free drink and food (I know this because the driver was trying to pay her but she said it's okay and the driver says are you sure and the barista says yes) That's not fair, I waited so long and had to pay. She didn't even apologize for keeping me waiting and for driving back around. read more

The people who work night shifts make the store reputation complete trash. Waited over 30 min in the line, and I requested for a decaf pike pour over and they told me they don't do decaf pour-overs. I'm surprised because every other place I've gone to gladly makes me one. To the store manager you really need to address customer service with your team unless you don't care about your store. "It's just a drink" to me it is, but if my grandpa likes your coffee then so be it I'll suck it up and go wait a long time for him to be happy with his coffee but this store needs to address what customer service is to their team. read more

This is the worst service location !! The wait times are ridiculous. This is the slowest Starbucks I been too. I mobile ordered a drink 35 mins before closing. And when I get there the doors are locked and even though on the door says open till 10:30 and I got there at 9:35pm. I waved to the barista pointing at my phone showing for Mobile order and she pointed to wait in drive thru line that was already a long line I waited in line for 45 mins !! And it was already 10 pm when I got to the order screen and no response I sat there waiting for 10 mins and nothing kept saying hello ?? Drove to the window and nobody around I honked my horn. All of a sudden 3 girls show up and don't even acknowledge. us and so we drove off.. went the next morning to dispute it all to be told well when we close we are closed ?? I am a daily customer and for the first time felt very disrespected. I get my usual iced coffee for the same price for the past 3 years and today a very rude employee tried to tell me I had to pay extra. According to her "I've been getting charged wrong" which doesn't make sense because I have stopped at various other locations through out inland empire and Orange County and guess what.... it's always been the same damn price! I waited in line for 45 minutes this morning in the drive thru, placed my order and got to the window to pay only to be told they are out of my drink. There was no offer to comp me for another drink or give me a credit for a return visit for wasting my morning. This Starbucks is always extremely busy. This is the 4th time that they are out of chai. Whoever does their ordering needs training on how to place supply orders properly anticipating increase in demand. I have never gone to any other Starbucks where this has happened. When this Starbucks first opened, everything was on point. Now they just close whenever they the workers want too. They usually close at 11 pm, now they close at 8. You have to get lucky if you go in the afternoon. All depends on how they are feeling I guess. read more

I went in for a Carmel frapacinno. Ironically there was not a line and the place was being used for the free wifi. It was obvious the people had been there for a while. Usually Starbucks is packed. This is always a sign for me. I asked for extra Carmel and they filled the whole bottom block with it. They are a new store so I am assuming the baristas are new and still learning. I'll have to be more specific next time. I wanted Carmel with my coffee, not coffee with my carmel. Lol read more

Wow! The customer service here is beyond amazing. I was helped by a young lady named Kayla and she was so sweet. She was able to put a smile on my face, cracking jokes at the speaker box. She was very understanding when I added two Frappuccino's at the window. If I could give her 10 stars I would. What a bright soul she is. read more

We usually prefer coming to this location because it's a bit less crowded than the one located at Perris Plaza. Yesterday, 4/24/18, my girlfriend and I decided to show up at this location only to be greeted by a worker by the name of Anthony. When we arrived, he seemed pretty annoyed and made us feel uneasy as if we had done something wrong for choosing to buy a couple of coffees/tea. I normally am the only one to notice people's foul behavior but this time, my girlfriend mentioned it as well so I knew it wasn't just me. Sad to say but this location is slacking. I have been going almost daily at the same time. In the last month my drinks have been totally off. I get 7 pumps of white chocolate so I should taste only sugar. Unfortunately, all I taste is coffee. Unsweetened coffee. I don't drink it until I get to work 15 minutes after picking up so I can't even get it remade. I may have to go back to the Nuevo location since they get it right every time. Came in yesterday to get my extra bonus stars but was confused if I just scan my card and pay in cash will I still get the points. I asked the cashier the exact question and she told me " i dunno people scan it and it seemed to work for them " like how the hell do you not know? I'm not one to go out of my way to review but I have to warn future customers I go to Starbucks a lot about 2-3 times a week but this particular Starbucks I will never be returning to . I came in to drive through at 6:08 pm and did not get out of there until 6:29 I work drive through myself and I understand it's a difficult job but 21 minutes is outrageous and when I got my drink it tasted disgusting I had to drive back to get my correct drink and watched her actually make it right when I got it in drive through it wasn't blended and looked like water it took her 2 minutes to make it right might as well stay another 2 minutes if they already wasted 21 minutes of my day for a good not to mention expensive drink also incredibly rude staff . Seriously the worst Starbucks I've gone to . I'm a daily Starbucks drinker. I usually go to the one closest to my job. However when I'm home I go to this one which is the closest drive thru to me. I have encountered countless problems. Mainly with the drive thru. They are so slow . And I get it sometimes they're slammed. However . This one ALWAYS runs slow . And when you pull up to the window I always see the staff moving in no rush at all. Also they tend to get my order wrong quite often . Worst Starbucks ever. Not only can they never get my drink correct. They are rude to the walk in customers. I work in the same parking lot and would love to be able to get Starbucks before work a few times a week but they make it impossible.... I walked in this time and was completely ignored not even a good morning ..., while the two girls made bagels and drinks for the drive thru. Only take a second to turn around and acknowledge a customer. It's called customer service. Last time I was there they left my friends order over by the drive-through and it melted and we stood there for 20 minutes and they said nothing until we finally asked where her drink wise. The time before that I am posting a picture of the crappy drink they made me with big chunks of green tea in it not even blended at all. It really sucks because the store is really close to my house and work and now I refuse to go there ever again read more

So I came in around noon today (12/8/17) so order a very berry hibiscus drink and the cashier was so rude. He didn't even greet us just stared at us like we were dumb after my boyfriend greeted him and asked how he was. THEN the lady that called us to let us know our drink was ready put the drink down and THREW the straw at us (as if i couldn't get my own straw, weird) and to top it off, she ROLLED her eyes at us. I've never experienced such horrible customer service at any other Starbucks location.
