Been here several times via drive through and my bike. For the most part it's been good and friendly service. But what's up with today? Walked up and had to wait for someone to take my order. 3 guys hustling inside with two cars in the drive up . Two made eye contact, but nothing. Finally a young lady walked up. Quickly Takes my order . I pay with cash and have half a dollar due in change. She takes my order and closes the register. I wait for my change then she realizes I'm waiting and opens her register with a key and gives me short change. Not even my correct change. I always leave a tip, so it's not the money, but the fact that this person who coldly rushed my order thought it was ok to keep my change without my consent. ... after I had been waiting longer that usual. I came in the other day and had a unfortunate interaction with Erika. She was dismissive and had a very obvious condescending tone with me that my husband also picked up on. I needed a drink remade and she was trying to rush and wasn't the most cooperative. I don't believe I was holding a lot of her time up so I was confused when I was met with an aggressive pushback for an obvious error on their part. They were major errors on their part so I didn't know what else except ask for the correct drink. read more

UPDATE: My mom came to this location and also had a bad experience with yes, the same employee. Alicia is very rude. Very disrespectful service, should be fired. She got upset because I asked to use my points, don't be mad and lazy because I asked. Also my mom's drink tasted watery. I made a review a while ago from this SAME GIRL, always being rude, my mom came today and I was in the passenger seat I told her not to come cause the service is bad and look what happened. Report Alicia. Note to Alicia: if you hate your job so much leave. Starbucks hasn't been the same because of employees like you. Probably changing to a new chain tbh. read more

I arrived at this Starbucks on a Saturday morning at the drive thru with warm greetings from Lindsay who took my order. I felt like shaking up my order and she recommended the iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso with chocolate cold foam and it was giving ferrero rocher. Emily took my payment and she was very nice. I could see how they care about customer relations as they showed kindness while I yapped away about my day as they prepared my order. I'll be coming back to this location for their promptness and customer connection. read more

I was on my way to work at the Brackett Airport and stopped to grab a drink for my pilot and I. Jackie and Xochitl are the two team members I interacted with during this visit. My wife and I are very frequent Starbucks customers, and we wish every Starbucks had a Jackie and a Xochitl! They were super kind and friendly! It's a quick convenient spot, it's right off the 10fwy (Fairplex Ave.) that's why I like coming here. I've never had a drink that was messed up or tasted horribly, ever. I can get anything from an iced water to a Pink drink (in between, a caramel macchiato, or iced coffee , etc.) I rarely get off the car to order a drink in person because parking spots are very limited here. Drive through was definitely this spots purpose. The most I've ever waited on drive through was 8 minutes. If the line is on the street, then I don't go because I'm guaranteed to be there for 15-20 minutes and I just don't have that kind of time, you know? I like going when there is no more than 5 cars waiting to order. Anyways, that's just me. I gave it 4/5 because the wait time in drive through could be better, in my opinion, but I know that depends on the cars. Just know that the reason there is so much business in this location is because of how great and efficient they make their drinks! read more

Normally, this location has good service but today they get an F. I went through the drive-through around 12:20 PM today October 5th, and the barista in the drive through window was rude. It was taking a second for the app to load so she could scan it, but it wasn't taking that long, and she made a noise and slammed the window in my face. She left me sitting there so long that I consider just driving away and going somewhere else. When she opened the again, she didn't even acknowledge me. She just scanned my payment and slammed the window again. When she opened the window to hand me one of my drinks, it was the wrong drink. I very nice, and I said oh I actually ordered a green tea, not a black tea, but the barista looked at me like I was saying that just to be rude. She takes a drink, slams the window and leaves me sitting there quite some time again. When she came back, she hands me a green tea, and my other two drinks without saying a word, and just slams the window in my face. So I drove off.... This barista definitely needs an attitude adjustment. She had long brown, curly hair in a ponytail, I think she was wearing glasses, and she had a few tattoos. read more

Incredibly disappointed, I go to Starbucks once or twice a day. And I have never been to a Starbucks. That was so rude and disrespectful. The one thing I love about Starbucks is the customer service. I walked up to their window. Every person ignored me. There were I know for sure at least three people in there. I finally had to knock on the window and they all looked over and disgusted at me. And I could go on but unnecessary just go to a different location. read more

The girl was rude at the drive thru. She gave me the drink but I kept telling her it wasn't that one that it was another one and she kept saying no that it was that one. She kept trying to gaslight me into thinking I did order that drink instead of the actual one I did. She was talking to me as if I was a child. This coffee house being next to the freeway and the Fairgrounds up the hill I can just imagine how crazy busy it gets here. There was a line at the drive thru so it was easier to park in the tight lot and just walk up to order. My venti iced coffee was spot on perfect despite the chaos going on here. read more

I like going here on my 15 min breaks and lunch break. When I pre order it's much easier and faster. Most of the time they get the taste right! I don't like when they Run out of my favorite sandwiches. Once in a great while theirs homeless ppl hanging out or passing by, and that makes me feel uncomfortable. This was a different Starbucks than I am normally used to...but they had Nitro and so for that I am grateful! Hard to tell which locations actually have Nitro...but I got my fix and despite it being a walk up/drive through only, service was great! Consistently the slowest Starbucks drive through ever. I'm writing this after sitting in line for over 15minutes and only moving 3 car lengths. This store is next to a freeway, you would think they tried a bit harder. I blame poor management as the window people are always nice. They usually only have 1 barrista working, just insane. I would pull out, but once in line your trapped due to the horrible parking lot they are in. read more

Based on my visit here Honestly the service in this location has become so slack and lazy, double check your order on your app and when picking up because if you go back to let them know the order was messed up, they will not provide you the service you should be getting (especially when THEY messed up). I made sure to double check before I placed mine and it was not done correctly so when I went back, the first server was literally just going to give me the foam in a cup. When I asked if it could get redone properly, The second sever just took my same cup and poured the majority of my drink in the sink?! Look i don't know how these drinks are done but personally coming from customer service background experience, I would not have done it like that especially in front of a customer. When I asked the sever why he did that he said that's how we do it. Wow... Step up your game guys please because this is an extremely busy location. I had to ask for a refund, personally to me that was not ok. read more

We waited in the drive thru for 20 mins only to find out that they were out of refresher drinks. No signs were posted indicating a shortage as the barista mentioned. We asked as to why there were no signs posted and the other Barista ERIC came into the conversation saying "Hey Man" ....completely disrespectful and out of line. We go to Starbucks at least 1x per week and have never been treated with such disrespect. I would give it no stars for the railing but that app doesn't allow. read more

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would. We ordered a simple tall drip coffee. I found out that it was stone cold AFTER we had driven away! (This is a drive through and walk up window location). The Carmel macchiato was weirdly too sweet, and heavier on the caramel than I've ever had at any other Starbucks. We didn't even bother finishing our coffees. They were honestly that bad. read more

As we approached the smell of the coffee was beautiful! the space was scattered with a variety of seating... booths, tables, couches they had QR code menu + digital menu... daughter and both got the bourbon caramel iced and shared a breakfast sandwich. oh wow ...i was pleasantly surprised at how yummy it all was! they have a counter set up with to go boxes, napkins, water etc... to help yourself...love that! also i guess it switches from a coffee shop to a bar at 5 pm...genius! not sure if alcohol is available before 5 and coffee after 5...i would be curious to find out. def will come back to check out the evening vibes

Why I keep coming back: Their food is genuinely delicious. They have really good sandwiches and so many great options if you're hungry. Also, a little insider tip: if you're feeling under the weather and want something better than a Starbucks Medicine Ball, order the Remedy Tea. It is so soothing and I highly recommend it! My recent experience: On my last visit, things felt a bit off. The staff seemed really rushed--they actually started making our drinks while we were still in the middle of ordering. Because of the rush, they missed my milk modification and the drink ended up being way too sweet, to the point where I couldn't really drink it. What saddened me most was that the cashier was pretty rude and dismissive toward us. We actually felt so uncomfortable that we didn't even want to ask for a remake, so we just headed out. I truly love the menu here and the vibe when it's "on," but I really hope the service gets back to that friendly, welcoming energy I fell in love with.

All the food and drinks were served on/in disposable containers, which from reviews, it seems like they started doing that since covid and have continued to do so. Service is interesting but overall nothing to complain about. One orders at the counter and they call your order for you to pick-up but with the acoustics in the restaurant, one may not hear their order being called. Sometimes an employee would bring a drink or so around to the customer if they did not hear their order being called, which was nice because it could get quite noisy on the inside. This is most definitely a family-oriented restaurant and I love see people of all ages enjoy time together, especially over breakfast. I love breakfast food, it just brings a sense of peace as we begin our day and what better way than to enjoy the food and company!

Warning: The organic coconut mango drink was just straight coconut milk and some mango puree. It was a tough one to drink.
