I absolutely love this Starbucks. If I had to chose to go to a Starbucks this one will be it. They always make your drinks fast. Always taste good. Never had any issues with rude people or long lines. There very fast and try there hardest to get stuff done fast and right. The people there are amazing and so nice. They treat you with upright respect with any question you have. I only had one time I didn't like my drink and they had no questions to ask about it they just re made what I wanted after. read more

I placed mobile order 15 minutes before I arrived.. I got there.. Wiated few minutes until i got help from the staff. Finally its our turn and they only made one of the two drinks I placed.. So we have to wait for another 7 minutes.. I showed up and have to tell you what I ordered. What is the point of the mobile order if I can't pick up and go?! Parking here is hard.. A wild obscure location for a SB's far from your average storefront, kiosk and inside of a retail establishment. You can find this property parallel with a freeway off ramp and up against dry brush that separates a restaurant parking lot with those famous "golden arches" LOL. It's very bizarre and awkward because you get a vibe that you're at one of those rest stops off the 5 freeway when traveling south to San Diego with a ocean view except there is no view. It's very noisy from freeway traffic and this intersection is very crowded. Strictly drive-thru and walk up window service and if you don't need to use restroom, I truly recommend driving through. I opted to park and I managed to get the first parking stall from street I regret taking because it was extremely hard to reverse and turn myself around to forward face street. There is only one way in and out and it can get a bit dangerous as I experienced today. It's a full SB with less interior services, no wifi, no power outlets and no communal table. All outdoor metal patio furniture with umbrellas and outdoor music to sort of cover up a bit of that freeway noise. Ask for a digit code to access restrooms and you're good like I was after a dreaded Friday commute. I did notice tables and chairs are dirty from soot stemming from nearby traffic. Building itself is very natural with rustic brick décor and extra detail to corners and such. You have a order window and separate pick up window a few feet away. With my luck, I stood in line with a bunch of young girls who appeared to be models coming from a outdoor photo shoot traveling in a commercial van with tinted glass :)^ I guess if you really think about it, the stop is worth your time and effort to get gasoline across the street or a meal next door to SB and most important, some caffeine like I needed today. I swear I was yawning and feeling tired from my eyes and desperately needed to stretch my legs and walk for a few plus restroom. Another perk is that your pet(s) can be walked if you're traveling the extra distance. And I got a cold cup of creamer with some coffee flavor. Either your coffee is completely cold or to be honest I don't know if they don't like working there and don't give a rats ass. I work a weekend expo every month at the Pomona Fairplex. I still remember that rough August morning, as I drove to down the 10, desperate for coffee, nearing my exit...and there she was, the same siren as I had seen her so many times before...her legs spread, her long flowing hair, covering her perfect breasts...this is clearly where I am suppose to get off. I approach the exit and see what was once hidden behind the trees, the words "Coming Soon"...Indeed--Seriously though, I was left disgusted, as my choices are now McCafe or McChevron..DAMMIT!!?? Fortunately, today is a new day...this past weekend, I saw a new sign which read NOW OPEN, and immediately exited...The Starbucks has been not only been built, but it's like the sign says, now open. I'm going to grab a coffee and a bite to eat before the expo!!, Yes!! I love today...as I pull into the parking lot, I notice that this is a to go Starbucks, with a walk up window, a few patio tables and a drive thru. Getting out of the car, the impossible ran through my head...I wonder if I could order my drink for here and get my drink in a mug. As the window slides open, I ask and I'm told "yes". I order my drink for here, along with a Strawberry Blueberry Yogurt Parfait. I'm willing to wait in the drive thru for my coffee, but when I order a Grande drink and get charged for a Grande and I am given a Grande cup that is UNDER filled to the point that makes it a Tall I have to complain. This was not oh we left room for whip cream, (which there was none of in my drink even though I asked for it) this was oops we measured wrong but it's cool just put the lid on the drink the customer won't notice. Well you're wrong Barista I did notice because it's my morning coffee and I need all the coffee I ordered and paid for the full and complete cup!! The worst starbucks location i've ever been to. This is the third time I've given them a chance and it was another disappointment. The girls are rude and the barista wearing a beanie didn't even greet me when I pulled up to the window. This is the only location that charges me for oat milk on the side and even with charging me, she gave me a tablespoon worth. I asked her if I could have some more, she grabbed it from me and barley added a drop to it, all without saying a word to me. I came to the Chino and 71 location (which is the location I usually go to) and they perfectly remade it for me AND refunded me my oat milk. read more

This review is for the barista that is there every morning around 8:40 AM when I show up! She has short brown hair and glasses. SHE. IS. AMAZING. I don't even know how to describe it, other than her friendliness doesn't seem to be a farce. It seems incredibly genuine, she's attention, efficient, and friendly. I live closer to two other Starbucks, but I don't go to either one. One of them is run by college students, and it sucks (everything. The service, the drinks themselves...wtf. It's a recipe!). The other is very efficient and professionally friendly, but doesn't have that same warmth. I will follow this barista to any coffee shop. She seriously makes my morning. read more

It's a decent and definitely convenient Starbucks. Right off the freeway, next to McDonalds, across from Chevron gas. I have come here on and off for the past few years. The drive thru line is always medium-long. They are generally pretty quick to get the line moving, I never get stuck in one place for over 5 mins. The staff is usually a hit or miss, but lately they've been more on friendly and effective than not. There is a very small seating area outside. Parking is small and available but you have to really squeeze in and watch out for the drive thru cars. Overall, a decent stop and exit off if you're ever on the 10 fwy. read more

I got neither a tall drink nor vanilla drink. I ordered a tall drink because that is what I can afford. But like any good scam artist they charged me for a grande. And handed me a grande. Took the family to the Fairplex for an event. Decide to go through Starbucks drive thru, we were literally in line for 30 mins. When we finally pulled up to the window, there were 3 employees. One employee took orders the other two were making the drinks. Two making the drinks we walking around like they walking through a park. One was even dancing to the music they were playing. None of the employees looked concern for the long line they had in the drive thru. During the 30 mins we were in line there was one or two people at their walk up window. No apologies for the long wait. Poor customer service. Covid or not absolute no reason for the lack of service. Don't chose this Starbucks if your time if limited. Stopped by for an afternoon drink and chose the drive thru since it was way to hot to get out of the car. There were about 5 cars ahead of me, so I assumed it would be a while. Made it to the order screen and make my order. The person taking the order repeated it back to me and the waiting game began. Made it to the window and paid for my drinks. Came here with hubby and mom, ordered three drinks and butter croissant. The drive thru wasn't even busy, only couple of cars and there weren't people sitting outside patio area. Anthony took the ordered, I've repeated twice to have the croissant not warmed up and guess what happened? He warmed it up. Then while I have received my drink with my hubby, my moms drink didn't come out for ten mins. I came through the window, to ask and what a surprised, the employees were giggling and have their phones out texting and talking. My mom drink was right in front of them.. didn't even apologize! First off, job well done! I go to about 2 different Starbucks a day for the same coffee and it's hard to find the exact taste sometimes. They got the correct brewing method here so thank you! I typically don't go to Drive Thru SB's because of of the long line but I tried this one out since I only saw about 2 cars and it's a Sunday. You should know that this Starbucks location was mainly out here for people driving on the freeway and need their coffee, so don't expect to bring your laptop and chill here like the bigger ones with lobby's. No lobby here. Also if you see a long line, it's long because of people just like you who decided to get coffee on the go and you are late so don't be mad if oh have to wait a bit, after all you'll be happy once that coffee touches your lips and you post a snap of it.. the least you can do is gives these guys a thumbs up! The barista taking my order (Carol) had a sweet voice and was very professional. (I've been to some places where it's "what can I get you?.. ok your total is " rude! When I got to the window, the employees I saw were all wearing their. Some badges so it was nice to know as I love remembering people's names and great customer service.
