The staff here was OBNOXIOUS! They had the music cranked and were screaming and yelling back and forth behind the counter. One of the more effeminate male members of the staff had the most annoying cackling laugh I've ever heard. It was so shrill and loud the echo of it carried outside to the patio. I dropped a hint that it was "too loud" in the store and I was "trying to concentrate" and asked them to turn the music down. Update - during Christmas of 2015, I thought I should give them another try. I purchased a gift card and snack in the drive-thru. The lemon cake was yummy, however, in the commotion, my gift card was handed to me, but NOT MY CREDIT CARD. Mr. Lots-a-Tattoos didn't hand it back after I signed. An hour later when I realized what had happened, I called and they said they didn't even have my card. WHAT!? I had to cancel my credit card on the spot. CRAZY TOWN. This place is sad times. From before: This Starbucks has been my daily coffee provider for the last two years. I noticed a decline in quality beginning December of 2009. I have since stopped visiting this location, and I often go to Pete's instead. This is sad, because as a former employee of Starbucks, I prided myself on serving amazing drinks with a smile. Every time we come here I'm disappointed. Went thru the drive-thru at a non-busy time and got both our drinks wrong. Ordered a Venti tea and received a grande with way too much sweetener AND after they confirmed the size. Husband ordered iced coffee with cream and it barely had any in it. Had to park and go inside to fix it where he was told that the cream was frozen. Why didn't you say something at the window?!?! Customer service and communication is lacking and has been. This location needs to give their employees a lesson in both. read more

I recently moved from the area and will forever miss this place! The service is always excellent and I am never left disappointed. On July 25th I was in the area and paid a visit near closing time. With a two hour drive ahead of me I was feeling down. Kyle was especially kind. We each chatted about our day as I waited for my order. This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! A lady and I had both placed our orders and watched as drive thru orders were being filled as well as customers that came in after us. The man asked the lady what she was waiting for which she told him, but never asked what I was waiting for and the lady that rang me up also had to tell him I was still waiting for my drink. They made it a priority to make the drink for the lady in front of me as well as a $4 card to use on her next visit, but totally ignored that I was still waiting for a drink. Then asked another lady who came in for a mobile order and made hers right away. I hate to say this, but is it because I'm not white?! The lady before me was white and the 3 after and were all taken care of while me and my son waited. I finally asked if they had the grande black and white mocha and they simply responded oh yes. If you see below someone left a review about the Starbucks iced coffee. Little do they know that the iced coffee at Starbucks comes sweetened and the baristas are supposed to put sweetener in it as standard. The iced teas also all come with sweetener added and unless you specifically ask otherwise all baristas are supposed to keep the sweetener. You can't get mad at a barista for doing their job. This store is amazing and all of the people who work there are nice and look like they are working really hard! Terrible experience with uppity pain in the a$$ cashier. My husband made the extra stop to walk into a Starbucks to purchase a bag of coffee for work. We could have easily bought it for less at Costco but went into Starbucks for the atmosphere. Apparently he made the mistake of asking for the beans to be ground because the cashier asked, "what's your filter made out of" he didn't know. "What shape is it" he said I think flat, she was showing signs of being annoyed that my husband was unsure of shape and construction materials of the coffee filter (WTF) and began making shapes with her hands and said like this (cone)??? He said yeah I guess and then she said "you clearly don't drink coffee every day". Who the F talks to people like that? We will never go there again and If you want friendly service I'd suggest people go elsewhere until there is a change of staff. read more

Keep driving to the next local Starbucks. I drank the Starbucks kool-aid (their coffee) and frequent Starbucks religiously. So, I went through the drive-thru and ordered my norm- grande iced Starbucks iced double shot w/ 3 pumps Classic 3 pumps cinnamon dolce syrup w/ cream in venti cup extra ice... The guy on the headset repeats it verbatim the way I ordered it. Great! My order was put in correctly, well... I got my drink took a sip and it was def. not my drink- which I drink everyday. Ok, it's a mistake NO big deal. I park my car (P.S. I have a sprained ankle) and I go into the store. I stood by the barista station and wait about a minute with my drink and finally, Michelle (the barista) says, "is that Starbucks iced double shot?" Me: yes, it was made correctly Michelle: I made that correctly Me: no, I don't taste any syrup Michelle: I put it in there, I made it correctly Me: well, it's not in there... Michelle: I made it right, 2 shots and 1 1/2 pumps classic and 1 1/2 pumps cinnamon dolce Me: I asked for 3 of each Michelle: well, it wasn't specified Me: well, it was what I ordered and it was repeated back to me Michelle: I made it the way it was rang up but it's not like I don't believe you. So you want me to add syrup? Me: uhm... Yes? **puzzled, frustrated look due to the fact that the pumps she needed to add were what I did in fact order Michelle: is that better? I learned two thighs today from this Starbucks. 1. The barista promise that Starbucks raves about and has posted every where about if the drink is not made correctly, just let them know and they will correct it was NOT in fact a value at this location-not just with Michelle but all her co-workers around her didn't seem to care- including the manager who didn't ever bother to come and apologize. 2. However, my drink was made wrong and when I told the lady she turned around to talk to the brown haired barista who then proceeded to talk very poorly of me on how I am an idiot and such. We recently started going to the Starbucks on lone star due to the people that moved from the other Starbucks (fairways) to this one. To be honest so much about the Starbucks experience are the briskets and the lone star Starbucks has such an amazing group of Bristol is that the left turn versus right turn was a simple choice to make. Previous review: We have three Starbucks between our house and this Starbucks, but the service at this Starbucks can't be beat. Shelby, Tanya, Michael, Rhen and Janet are the best baristas on the planet! Recommend a nonfat venti latte with 2 sweet and lows or a venti mocha extra whip. read more

I went to this Starbucks for a long while because it started having really good quick service and they were making me happy with their happy workers and basically quick good service. But then for about a week or two I started getting my drinks made wrong and it was starting to irritate me which is why I'm posting here now. I kept asking for a Tall iced Vanilla Latte and every time I got it, it was made very wrong tasting. Tasted like literally cream milk. No vanilla, no espresso, barely any ice which was odd. And I know when an iced latte is made to perfection/normalcy because it tastes like crack it's so yummy but for some reason their iced latte started to turn into cream milk. I got so upset one time because it got made wrong on my lunch break and I didn't have time to get it remade. I called the store and Sammy the manager or assistant was helpful and nice about helping me come back in later to get a free drink remade. But when I went in the next day to get the new drink it was made basically the same again and I think it's just who they had making coffee that day on bar but ew gross not a good taste for just an easy latte. So I unfortunately have to stop coming to this location for a bit until they can make their coffee correctly. This goes for teas/refreshers as well cuz same thing happened that week with the refresher when I tried to order something different for the week. Just meh. Lol. read more

I only ever use the drive-thru at this location because I'm usually shopping/running errands in the area. Haven't had any problems with my orders but then until recently they haven't been that complicated. Today I explained that I was ordering something that was introduced to me at a different location & would explain at window. I was warmly told to come up & after showing the employee a screenshot of the order she promptly got to work on it. Then she asked me to try it & make sure it was done right. Yumm! As to the long waits, I've experienced that at just about every drive-thru at one time or another. I've been coming to this location for over a year now & they consistently get my orders done accurately, quickly & with a smile to top it off. So what's this complicated drink? It's called The Jesse. And really doesn't sound complicated to make, I'm just too lazy to remember what all goes into it. I'll yelp about it later when I review the location it was created at. I have been pleasantly surprised every time I come to the drive thru. They have great customer service and...are so fast!!! I usually leave an extra 30 minutes early if I want to stop for coffee on my way to work...that is just the "safe amount" of time that I've come to find works for any sort of long line, mishap, whatever it may be. But every darn time I pull up, even with a long line, I am out of there so quick. I get to work with more than enough time. read more

As a lifelong customer of Starbucks, both in Chicago and San Francisco, I was floored at the way I was treated by the store manager at this location. In the Roseville area (90 miles from SF) for a birthday party, I was the "coffee guy" on a recent Sunday morning, and stopped at this location to order four drinks. Two of them were made with soy rather than milk. Unfortunately, we found this out the hard way - when the two friends took their first sips and spit them out because of the taste. Another friend, who orders her drinks with soy (but didn't order coffee this particular morning) confirmed that soy was used. I called the store and a really nice girl (I didn't get her name) told us to bring them in for replacements. When I did, the store manager, Cathy, was working the coffee bar. She asked if they were my drinks, I said yes, and then she came out to me on the store floor and asked me to taste the first one to make sure it was made correctly. I thought that was an odd request and then informed her that the drink in question was for my buddy who was in my car, but that I would ask him to taste it when I got back there. Cathy then accused me of coming in 2 or 3 times over the last few weeks to complain about my drinks. Ummm...I live in San Francisco and the last time I visited the Roseville area for an overnight stay was in 2007 - that would have been the last time I was in her store, and I didn't return to the store to complain then. But she insisted that it was me. Before I could respond, she then accused me of lying: "Those drinks were not made with soy." I told Cathy that it was one thing to get me mixed up with someone else, but to call me a liar right there in front of her other customers and her staff was stepping over the line. I told her I would like my other drink so I could leave. She went back to finish the second drink, looked at me and said, "I didn't mean to upset you." Yeah...that's why she confronted me so publicly on her store floor! I told her not to worry, that once I had my drinks I would leave and would not be back to her crappy little store. (She never did apologize.) Letters sent to corporate, her district manager, and her. Friends and family have a big weekend plan in Roseville over the holidays, but you can bet I'll be getting coffee from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. read more

Ok so I am or now was a loyal customer to this Starbucks location. Every morning/ everyday I'm literally would go to my to go to Starbucks to grab my chai tea to start my day, which would be $4.45 and plus a cheese danish that would be $2.95. And every after noon I would grab a trentra size green tea $3.25. Sometimes I would add a cheese Danish to my tea too. So story short i don't mind spend that much amount everyday because I like their tea and customer service so much. Not to mention most of the times after work I would order several more drinks from them thru a drive-thru. But today is something completely different. Everymorning i like to enjoy my tea in front of their porch and I literally work next door. I spent so much money in that store but today I only want a one time refill which is only $.50 compare to what I buy everyday. it's not like I'm a homeless and beg for their free drinks everyday. I literally pay them out of my hard earn money for my drinks. This young lady have an attitude and said I have to be in store to get a $.50 refill.. With all the food and drinks That I purchased does sum up to $.50? Their patio doesn't come with their store.?! So sad. I'm sorry but I guess I look at them In a whole different perspective way. I'll be using my coffee money elsewhere. I won't be back even tho I really like their food and drinks. read more

This Starbucks is pretty standard for the smaller size ones. Nice staff, Starbucks standard quality of coffee choices, a line most every time I go. My biggest complaint (besides the common coffee, but the review doesn't involve that) is that this Starbucks does not accommodate for any relaxing sitting. They have an area outside for sitting which is fine during our nicer months but inside seating is limited or uncomfortably close to the previously mentioned continuous line. read more

I don't normally come to this Starbucks, I walk in and there is few people in line, I happened to be wearing a Denver Broncos hat and shirt, one of the cashiers working the register was talking to his girlfriend and giving her free stuff. They both looked at me and started making rude comments about my attire. He then told me because I was wearing Broncos gear that I need to go to the back of the line. Very rude in my opinion.I ended leaving with out coffee or breakfast that I normally order. Came to this franchise today and was very disappointed. I arrived 11minutes prior to closing and went to the drive through. There was a barista at the window and I mouthed and asked him if they were still open and he replied yes. Then the man left. After several minutes of waiting, nobody came to take my order or merely say "i'll be right with you". And I left Starbucks disappointed with my craving for coffee.
