Ube Iced Coconut Macchiato for the win! This drink is bursting with so much flavor combined. I asked for extra ube foam for that extra ube kick. This location is great! They have a very friendly and genuine staff. The drinks are well made. The matcha lattes actually taste like matcha (unlike some other locations/cafes that use too much milk). They do use a lot of ice in their lattes. This location unfortunately doesn't get many of the limited editions cups/merch/tumblers. Bathrooms are locked, requiring a code to open, which changes often. This cafe has a drive through. They have a big parking lot, sharing it with many other stores. read more

Ordered a venti , was given a grande . Informed staff it was wrong they gave me a venti and asked I pay the difference. That's fine and fair , I asked for a venti , expected a venti and obviously I'm going to pay the 30 cent difference. My problem tho lands on the manner in which the staff handled things . Incredibly rude treating me as if I was asking for freebies. I wasn't . again, I was more than ok paying the difference . I didn't enjoy getting treated like crap. Memorable experience at the Timberlake location. As soon as I walked inside, the tables to the left and right were fully occupied by what appeared to be retired men who frequented the coffee shop. I was greeted by Cayla (manager), who happily took my order. I commented on the gentlemen to which Cayla replied, the gentlemen meet for coffee once a week, same day, same time...how sweet! I was preparing to leave and Cayla apparently noticed my birthday drink on my account (how nice of her!). The barista quickly whipped up a Medicine Ball and I was on my way. Erase everything negative you have read in Yelp, I am a proud frequent flyer here and to be honest this location not only has the absolute best staff, they are obviously the most well trained. I can say that as a former employee of this enterprise, most locations recently are not consistent, rush and compromise quality and hire based on what seems like diversity (in no way meaning to be offensive but it's true) versus a prospective partner that can and will learn the role and have pride in the position. Young and fun means nothing when you can't make a drink someone is paying $7-9 for. Starbucks, please learn from this location or continue to lose business to Dutch. Just saying. read more

They always get my orders wrong here and they aren't even complicated orders. I hate coming here but it's the closest to my house. This is probably the fastest Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to! Usually these drive thrus take so long so I prefer to mobile order, but we decided to get coffee last minute after being in the shopping center already so we got in the drive thru line. The slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced! Not sure why the app says your order will be ready within 3-6 minutes but you end up in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. At this point, my food is cold and the ice has melted quite a bit. If I could have left the drive thru line, taken my sleeping daughter out of the car, went inside the store to get my order, wrestled to put my daughter back into her car seat & driven home, I still would have been able to do ALL of that in less than the time I had to sit in the drive thru line. Also, it seems as if whenever I order drinks here, they do not taste the same as other locations. So having to wait all of that time just to not have your drink turn out right, it is very disappointed. Ridiculous! read more

I was shopping at Target and decided to drop by this Starbucks to get a drink. I was craving an iced Carmel Macchiato so I ordered this drink. Whoever made my drink did an amazing job. The drink wasn't watery and wasn't too sweet. I will be back to try this drink another try, and if it taste the same than this would be my new to go spot for Starbucks. I want a store that remain consistent of their drinks. I ran into a few safety issues about this location though, not really the safest area. A hidden destination.....in a way..... This is not a busy Starbucks, but still would get it's fair share of traffic. There is a drive thru, and it has a pretty big space on the inside, this Starbucks is surrounded by semi-popular, but heard of spots. I'm not trying to play down this particular spot or its neighbors, but just the area that surrounds it and the location has not too much traffic rolling through. I've done the drive thru a few times, and I can't compare my experience to those that left negative comments. It has always been "alright". I don't come to this Starbucks too often, but it is close to my work. The few times I've been here, it's been positive & decent. The line on the inside moves along quickly & the staff are friendly. I've heard many things about the drive thru taking really long, so I just avoid it all together. There isn't anything special about this location, but this Starbucks has never messed up on my order. This location wouldn't be my first choice as a place to study due to the busyness inside & the layout. However they do have a good amount of chairs & tables outside.
