I went inside because the drive through line was long. I placed my order at 1:27 and at 1:40 I still did not have my drinks. There were people getting their drinks before me. I under people place their order online for pick up but these people were behind me. There was a man who just placed his order and got his drink. I asked the lady was my order given away or is it being made? She said "Uhm hold on" asked her coworker who then rolled her eyes and said it's being made! Ol the only reason it was being made it because I asked for my drinks that they forgot about it! Then when they gave my drink they tossed/slid them across the counter with an attitude! Place is super crowded with people using the free wifi. I'm surprised that's still a thing. On this particular day they were out of the pumpkin spice seasoning, even though that's their flagship drink during this time of year and it's super early in the season. They were also out of soy milk; i didn't want soy, but heard someone else get denied it. 4 hours till closing and running out of menu items. Serve is slower than most other Starbucks. This Starbucks always has a super long line because of the staff. When you drive up to the window they are normally standing there talking. At our regular Starbucks (Round Rock 79) they greet you immediately when you drive up to the window. It takes between 3-5 minutes before they even open the window and acknowledge you. It doesn't appear that they have enough people working. It takes 30 minutes to get through the line. On top of the SLOW service they are out of something EVERY time we go. They have been out of Splenda twice and today they were out of Venti cold drink cups - meaning we couldn't even get the drinks we wanted. We gave this location several changes but doesn't meet the standards that we are used to at our Round Rock locations. read more

I LOVE coming here!!! I like to bring my baby because they give him a banana every time we do! He loves the baristas just as much as me, they can always make him smile and he always makes them laugh. I really do have such an incredible time coming to this location! My drinks are always made great and if they aren't they don't have any issues remaking them and are always happy to do so! I love it here, I come by at least once a day. I'm obsessed with their black tea right now! Thanks for always making my day!! Slowest drive thru Starbucks..ever. 20 minute wait with a line that wraps around the store

Horrible experience. Not only did they take about 20+mins for my order to be ready at the window but they didn't even get my order correct. I asked for 2 grande java chip, and 1 venti mocha cookie frap. All 3 drinks tasted like java chip and they ended up giving me a venti java chip, a venti mocha cookie frap, and 1 grande java chip. I also ordered the double bacon cheddar, and it was literally stuck to the paper. The top bun had slid off and cheese stuck to the paper. I go to Starbucks often, usually a morning routine because i buy for my employees at my restaurant. I paid over $21 for all this and I didn't even get a receipt to top it off. The lady at the window told me sorry about the wait we just had a little miscommunication. Like seriously? If there was an option to give this a 0 stars I would. Get it together. First off, whoever's idea it was to move the ordering menu and speaker to the end of the drive way is slower than the service here. If you know it takes you 10 minutes/car, why make it to where only 1 car can fit in the drive thru at a time and because you can access the drive thru from two different directions you're causing a traffic jam potentially both ways and in the event that two cars try to enter the drive thru you're blocking traffic from at least two if not all three flows of traffic. Drink was made correctly so I'll give you a star for that but as long as it took, I was expecting fresh strawberries from California in my drink, instead of just flavoring. read more

There was one person in line ahead of me yesterday and four drinks that were delivered ahead of me when I got to the pick up station. Two of the drinks were never picked up by anyone. When I made a comment about that to the guy who finally delivered my very simple gingerbread latte to me 7 1/2 minutes after I ordered it (based on the time on my watch and the time on my receipt), his comment to me was "but you have your drink, right?" Voice was completely polite but if I were him I think I might've kept my mouth shut. On the plus side my oatmeal was hot and delivered to me before I left the cashier. There were at least two people roaming about doing God knows what but not delivering drinks or food to any patrons. Only one espresso machine was being worked and most of the intention of the baristas seemed to be on the drive thru. I stop here almost every time I go into San Antonio and the service has never been quite this bad. There were a couple of new faces but no one seems to be managing the staff actively by giving any direction or even looking to see what might not be being done well. The women's restroom was also locked the entire time I was there but no out of order sign was posted. It made me wonder about where the owners of those two never picked up drinks might be. read more

This location has poor ratings for a reason; they're all true. Extremely slow service. The drive through is always backed up. The lay out of this Starbucks is just so bad! They have tables all around the waiting counter and it gets extremely crowded because they're SO SLOW. No friendly faces. I live closer to the one on the opposite side of Military, but this one is by the Petco, Kirkland's and Best Buy that we do not have on the SW side. I put my order in, she repeats it EXACTLY the way i said, and i pull up. She hands me a cold version of the drink, when i had asked for a hot drink. I politely point out that the drink is cold. She Rudely says that i ordered a COLD drink. She points this out various times. By the 4th time, she rolls her eyes and remakes my drink. Today, I had a hideous encounter with the same woman.
