This is a good location. When I go here I normally get a hot chocolate or coffee and some egg bites. The drinks on the menu are really good and Some of there breakfast food items are good like the egg bites. I went here with my friend waited in line was not that bad. Went there today at 12 because I was in need of a peppermint mocha. The girl who took my order was very nice and friendly. But it took forever to get my drink, it wasn't busy there was only 1 person waiting in besides me. It kind of annoyed me that the bypassed both of us to make this guy's drink I don't know if he was a friend or something all I know is we were both waiting hella long and this guy walks up orders and his drink is done right away. And to top it all off my coffee was cold and had spilled on the outside of the cup, gosh they could've at least wiped it. Maybe next time it will be better but for now they get 2 stars. This Starbucks location was small. I met my friend here and there was no room inside. We ended up sitting outside in the chilly weather. I ordered a tall Caramel Brulee Latte ($3.75) because it was one of the holiday drinks that I liked. The employees were friendly and made our drinks quickly. We later moved inside because people left and there weren't a lot of other tables/areas to sit inside. It might be small but it was a good place to study or "catch up" with friends as I saw what I assumed to be 2 other groups "catching up" with their friend. I always order a Starbucks doubleshot and this place makes it right - not too much milk. This starbucks is my go to even though I have a starbucks right in front of my apartment. That's just how good this place is! I always get a venti soy latte cause your boy be lactose and intolerant...anyways the service there is always great! It gets pretty packed during their morning coffee rushes but they get the drinks out fairly fast which is great. I have never had an issue with my soy lattes or any issues with service. Got a bunch of eateries and a H Mart all right next to it, so if you need anything its all there! In the end its all about the service that makes me want to come back to this location compared to other locations especially the one 5 mins away from my apartment. This place has got the be the best. The tiny space in my opinion makes it even better as there is less noise, you can also sit outside and enjoy some nice flowers blooming, the cool breeze, and occasional some honks from the cars in the parking lot/roadside. Lunch hour and it's fairly calm, no lines, and open tables. The cashier was very sweet describing drinks and making recommendations, gave me the cup discount, and offered to toast my sandwich for me. When I picked up my drink, the barista noticed and called out a thank you (that's never happened before). I've been coming here since 2012. It was a very friendly and competent staff until this past year, so I've been going to other locations. Bahhh. I've been here twice now. The first time I came here, it was alright--service was ok, my drink was ok, overall--a-ok. This time, I was pretty irritated. I came here during rush hour, which means I KNOW I'm going to have to wait. I'm okay with that. However, its probably NOT a good idea to put a brand new person on cashier during that time! She had to ask the other baristas what each thing meant in my order... and honestly, I was already running late, so I didn't appreciate me having to teach HER about what my drink was (its just a specialized zebra mocha. nothing crazy). By far my favorite Starbucks. They don't look at you weird or ask you, "Sure, I'll make it for you if you know whats in it" when I crave my Capt'n Crunch Frapp. I haven't tried an Iced Green Tea Latte from here yet, but definitely the Green Tea Frapp. This is by far better then the Berryessa one, never ever going back to that one again... The workers are always super friendly and quick to service, love that about this place. It is very clean, a little narrow, but I've heard this place has outlets in every spot that you sit at. Must stop by to study here once in awhile (: I also love that this location closes pretty late, compared to other Starbucks! Only downside is the hectic location due to it being on a main street and located in a populated market/food place. Just don't park in the first row in front of the store, but there is plenty of parking depending on the times you come at. read more

The more I'm downtown, the more i think this is where they send all the good Starbucks employees. While this place isn't as wonderful as the location on Coleman Ave. managed by Al, is still the upper crust of the Starbucks chain. The staff is super fast, very nice and a good location. Parking in this entire complex sucks, but these folks can make some great bar drinks or get you in and out with your Grande drip in no time. read more

Starbucks is awesome because there is free wi-fi, lots of outlets and enough tables. This particular Starbucks also gets a lot of customers, so I feel like the coffee never sits around for too long. Closest Starbucks to my house! It's across the street from my church, and I'm a fan of Main St. Bagel right across from Starbucks. My drinks are always made without mistake and the baristas are usually friendly and patient. I've come here to study a couple of times. The place is a bit small, so finding a table may be difficult at times. It's also a little dim inside, so it may not always be best for studying/reading. Besides that though, I like this Starbucks location. Always clean, good service. read more

We did a mobile order at 1:59pm. We arrived and waited as all the customers in line got thier drinks. Then the staff looked at an regular customer and goes "you don't have your drink?" She walks off and finds that they weren't processing the mobile orders. They finally processed the regular's drink, then ours. We left at 2:11. This is the first time we had such a delay. Always pretty busy. Only reason I ever come here is because it is walking distance from my apartment. The parking around the store is somewhat tight and really full and busy around the middle of the day. Service and speed seems pretty similar to other Starbucks but there isn't much room for the line and the area where they place the made drinks. The store itself is also pretty small. You can't reliably get a table or chair and the decor just doesn't seem as nice as others. There is some outdoor seating though. Also I've always had trouble with the WiFi here. Its either really slow or I keep getting disconnected. Its not just me either - my friends have had similar issues. Panera in the same shopping center is a much better location for hanging out or studying. read more

This great iconic place has become a regular hangout for homeless people especially at night. I often observe that they don't order anything, bring food in, bring their dogs, occupy tables with their chargers and even stare people down and timidate people. Sadly this place has started to stink as well and it's unpleasant. It's a tough one and I wish the owners do something about it. It's one Starbucks that you can still get great service and coffee even at 11:30 which is when they close. Well, Peet's opened up across the street and they don't have this problem. Generally the staff is fine. However, there are some employees I do not feel very comfortable with. One is a young man. When he made my latte for the first time, I was surprised because I was called too fast. But when I opened the lid, I found why it was so fast. It was just espresso diluted with milk. He did not top it with foam. The other one is a young lady. When she made my latte, she spilt some on the counter. Spilling itself is a common issue and it still was acceptable for me. Howere, what she did for the spill shocked me! She laughed, and put my paper cup of latte on the spill to hide it, instead of wiping off the spill with cloth or paper napkin! read more
