I am a sucker for new flavored drinks. Iced Cherry Chai Latte: A iced chai latte topped with a creamy cold foam with notes of cherry and a crunchy topping for a springtime twist on a favorite. I like the colorful layers. The taste was good. I'd get this again. The baristas and cashier are so friendly. She wrote a note on all the drinks. I did have a nice day! Thank you!

Came here with a few coworker/friends from work. One of my co workers invited us and i was happy to grab a drink before work. After seeing several tik toks lf drinks i can order at starbucks i decided to order this beauty. As i order it another of my friends decided to copy what i order. Lol Overall, pretty great drink. Customer service was wonderful.

Came by here after having lunch in the plaza to grab coffee, my friend ordered the pink drink and I got the iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte. So delicious. Well made & came out quickly. What more can you ask for?

It's 5:30 am and it's still closed . I've been waiting outside for 30 minuets . There is employees but everything is locked to restock produce . That doesn't mean you shut down operating hours . The manager ignored me trying to ask a question about having the doors shut. I review is necessary

A very well lit, clean place. There wasn't much of a line, perhaps because I dodge the peak time traffic. I ordered my usual Pike place drip coffee and an Everything Bagel with butter. Barista at the cashier was very friendly. I find this location more relaxed and chill than any other Starbucks location.

WTF is wrong with this John dude ? Came twice for the 50% off on Thursday this week and last week, i had pretty bad experience. 1st time last Thursday i asked him for the bag/tray/carrier because it was hella cold outside and i had to walk home, told me no they don't have any bags, then how you gonna hand customer their multiple food/drinks. Second time, i asked him again today for the bag, coz i got 2 drinks, he didn't say any words and put the bag on the counter then walked away, i was like yo dude drink is on your hands and you can't even help to put it inside, no "thank you" to customer ? How is this guy still working here tho to be honest. He needs to be trained properly.

Nothing much to complain about here.... I made my purchase on the Starbucks app and was notified that my drink would be ready within MINUTES. Parking can be a little tight due to the H Mart located just a few steps away. I'd highly recommend you being alert and paying very close attention to your surroundings because I've witnessed quite a few close calls in this parking lot due to people simply being in a hurry. I arrived and headed right over to the pick up area, greeted by a friendly barista, and was headed out the door in a jiffy. Thank you North Park, you guys always hit the spot!

We came for Starbucks because of happy hour promotion on last Sunday. There's no line and we're able to order drink immediately. I also took a chance visit their bathroom while waiting for drink to ready. The bathroom no lock which is kind easy for people to go. The drink they made taste up to standard. Not tasteless and not too sweet (as i requested.) Overall, we left very soon after we got our drink as there's no seats available. The shop is kind small, don't usually easy to get seats unless you're lucky enough. It's easier to go the drink.

Stopped by mid afternoon and there was no line. I ordered a peppermint mocha and was in and out in no time. Great place!

With some coffees a second cup will give me a stomach ache (especially since I drink my cold brews black and bitter like my soul), but I had no problems with their cold brews! I also got the vegan stonefruit scone (baked by Sweet Dragon) and while a little on the dry side (common with scones), paired extremely well with the coffee and had good flavor. Husband got a cappuccino and a strawberry mini pie and was extremely pleased with his order. The service is friendly, but some things may have been new on the day we went. They almost forgot my cold brew until we asked at the counter, as well as stating that they didn't have anything to heat up my husband's strawberry pie (which seems odd, since a little toaster oven seems like a simple fix for that), but apparently it was fantastic at room temperature anyway. Seating was absolutely full when we got there and we were lucky to snag a table as another couple left, so it seems like a popular Saturday morning spot. Several folks were working on laptops, and it seems like a kid-friendly place. The decor is a clean and modern/trendy industrial style, which works well for the space, and the windows provide nice daylight. Overall, a good coffee shop and I am really happy to see vegan pastry options! My husband is getting into pinball, which was part of the motivation to come out and try Chromatic, so I am sure we'll be back again next time he wants to hit up Slingshot (in the same building), and I look forward to the coffee and treats!

The seating area is quite limited for the large crowd it attracts, making the atmosphere inside feel a bit chaotic at peak times. Fortunately, the baristas are super polite and work fast, keeping the long lines moving efficiently. The coffee menu and the retail bean selection are both impressive. I decided to try a dulce de leche coffee. While I was expecting a strong caramel profile of dulce de leche, the flavor turned out to be fairly subtle rather than prominent. It added a significant sweetness, but without knowing the order beforehand, identifying the exact flavor would have been tough. That said, the coffee itself was still refreshing The high quality of the coffee bean really shone through, delivering a rich aroma and the ideal caffeine kick for a breezy morning. Great coffee beans and fast service make it worth dropping in, even if the indoor seating situation is a bit tight.

Although it is not closer to my neck of the woods, it tends to be a fan favorite of ours to make the drive out and enjoy our small cup of coffee. The vendor booth was a tent made to look like a tea house, there was artwork and flyers from the series (if you know, you know) on the tent, and the menu was themed after the series too. This is how you can tell the owners are actually fans and not LARP, which is AMAZING. Service was efficient and super friendly, even when the lines were busy (it's a con, what do you expect) and even though the food was prepared elsewhere and taken there, it was pretty good and helped tide me over during the long convention. For my order (over a span of 2 days), I got the: 1) Hojicha Milk Tea (Red Blooded Nephew): -I got this iced. -Not bad, not too sweet and not watered down either. Great pick me up. Nice smoky and roasted flavor to it. Pretty good. 2) Fire Nation's Butter Mochi: -Certain days they would run out of one flavor, other days they would swap it up from what I believe. -I got a black sesame and kinako banana. -I think I got a third one, but a friend ate that. It was more of a savory flavor, but unfortunately forgot what it was. -My favorite was the kinako banana since it was a neat twist on what a banana bread would be like in a different form. -Very filling, decently large piece of butter (shaped like a rectangle of butter) mochi and easily shareable too. -You have to eat it the day of since it does get dry and hard if you try saving it for the next day, sadly. 3) Spam Musubi (Sizzle Crisp Rice Snack): -Decent spam musubi. -Rice had the perfect texture, it didn't fall apart and despite it being, I'm sure prepared before hitting the con floor, it wasn't soggy in the slightest. Not bad. Hopefully one day I can stop by their actual location!

Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha.
