Horrible service! Especially on Saturday morning at 9am on the 25th of March. All because I asked for pistachio sweetener & pistachio cream. LOL when I ordered, I ended it with, "It's ok if you don't have it, I know it's only seasonal." The guy taking me order said, "It's ok we actually have a bunch." His coworker turned around and said, "NO, NO we don't! We only have one jar left!" I laughed and said, "it's cool you don't want anyone knowing you have it and don't want me coming in." Last time going to this Starbucks! I have been a gold member for years and I buy coffee 7 days a week. The curt unprofessional staff at this location is not ok... First off the online order was not supposed to be able to go through, thats what the barista said as he blamed it on the new district manager for not correctly posting new hours on the web page. Anyway, I got my coffee but my morning bun was unable to be warmed because the ovens were not warmed up. So I received it cold. Just not the same as being warmed up.... I asked if I was still being charged for my order. He said you put it through mobile app so yes. That is bad customer service! Is all it would have taken to keep my business at this location, would be to offer the next one on us... This is actually the third time that this location/employees have been rude/curt to me. Twice to me and once to me and my girl... Short fact, as I appreciate Starbucks being open, you are only open because of people like me who spend money at your stores to keep you open which in return pays all employees their payroll... This morning I thought I would give this location another try, boy was that a mistake? Apparently so... Nothing wrong with the coffee, it's the same quality that you find at any other Starbucks. That being said, every time I come to this Starbucks Drive-Thru, it takes at least 15-20 mins to get through and it's not a very big line either. As a former barista at a popular coffee shop, the speed of service is something that is important and needs to be worked on here. Furthermore, the barista's that work there always act as if you are the one in the wrong for coming to get coffee and making them do their job. Just some food for thought, this Starbucks could definitely use a bit more training on customer service. Oh! And I understand what a rush feels like, but maybe go find answers to questions that customers have about their orders instead of saying "I'm going to be straight up, I have no clue about anything right now." I feel like this place is slowly going down hill. When I first started working in this area, it was exceptional service. Messed up the order... no questions asked and they remade it or gave a coupon card. NOW it's very different. Some of the staff stand around and chat while customs stand at the register. I've encountered a few very rude and passive aggressive comments for the employees. Boiling point was when I got back to the office, 1 mile away, I notice both drinks were about a 3rd low! I've started coming to this Starbucks once a week as my son attends an after school program. I've had good experiences at the Sebastopol Starbucks, a Starbucks by Piner High School, and a Starbucks on Yalupa Ave.. Each location's service is good and the place is quiet enough to get some work done while I wait for my son. But, after coming to the Airport Blvd Starbucks for a month, I kept having problems. Its employees were cordial enough as they assisted customers; but they spent most of their time obnoxiously gossiping, looking at their cell phones, and generally being loud. One employee seemed to be the most common catalyst; but the others got sucked in, laughing loudly as they do things like look at dating sites. It was nice that they got along. But it was too much like a high school cafeteria without adult supervision. That said, after I originally wrote this review, I decided to give it another try. I found out the manager is a former student of mine. He reassured me that he spoke with his employees, and that he was addressing my concerns. And, during this most recent visit, I noticed a significant difference. So, I changed my score from two stars to three, and am hopeful that the weekly visits here will improve from now on. read more

Came in for my coffee this morning, the girl taking my order clearly wasn't paying attention. I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato with soy milk and extra caramel. I repeatedly said extra caramel. Even after she read it back and did not say extra caramel, I said it again. I also asked for a cookie dough cake pop and was given the wrong one. My coffee cake was warmed when I clearly asked for it not to be. It may seem like I am making a big deal out of something really small but I am 7 months pregnant and I woke up with a major craving for an iced caramel macchiato with EXTRA caramel and I was let down. AJ and the crew are the finest young people I've ever encountered. They all get along with each other really really well help each other when like the new person doesn't know where things are they help each other they don't treat them with disrespect or each other with disrespect. They are really good with customers they go out of the way to make the customer happy I've seen them deal with some real dizzy customers that we're doing everything to piss me off and I'm a customer I want to go over there and smack that the customer because they were just being unreasonable AJ and his crew they handled it much better than I could've and I'm 30 years her senior. You clearly recognize that this area is expanding with lots of new businesses and not every company's internal coffee cart makes decent coffee. Yes you're over-priced but sometimes that $3 chai latte is just want I needed. The staff has always been very polite and patient when I'm ordering (cuz I don't speak that Starbucks lingo) and I have been known to go on meeting runs that require me to juggle 12 coffees.
