Open in the evening! Clean store and large space. Staff created me when I entered and let me know she was just finishing making an order and would be with me soon, which I appreciated. Ordered my Starbucks brown sugar oat milk hot latte. Done well!

I really like this location at Kierland Commons. I usually get the Matcha Frappuccino but decided to get out of my comfort zone and ordered the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino knowing I was going to regret it as it's pretty calorific. But nope, I thoroughly enjoyed it as it was so delish and satisfying. This location seems like a great place to hang out and even work from home. There's plenty of comfortable chairs (they were all occupied and everyone seemed very relaxed) and tables.

Stopped in for drinks. Today was a Father's Day BOGO. I got my usual of an Expresso Frappuccino. The store is spacious, and enough tables and chairs for people to sit, relax, and enjoy their drinks/food. The service was super friendly and nice! My wife ordered a mocha Latte (hot)...in Scottsdale in the scorching heat of 106 degrees! The barista laughed but said, "her sister does the same thing."

This is usually the Starbucks I go to before work. And will be the last time I step foot in there. I am shocked and baffled by this. Unacceptable and inexcusable. The person behind the counter was very nice per usual but didn't ask for my name for my drink which no big deal didn't think anything of it but now I'm just confused and lost for words. I wear a Star of David around my neck . So I find it all very ironic . Could it have been a mistake maybe however it doesn't make sense to me Speechless is how I felt and still feel . Still trying to process this.

This Starbucks is conveniently close and it's nice to pop into when shopping in Kierland Commons. It's a smaller Starbucks which I prefer to the larger drive through ones. I had the new Dragon Fruit drink and it was surprisingly good. Not too sweet which I thought it would be and I really liked this non caffeinated drink option. Please keep offering more variety like this at options to the coffee drinks which I don't drink.

Upholstery on the benches need to be redone. Cracking and kind of worn &. nasty. Not exactly inviting to me.

Solid location next door to some much busier breakfast places. Sometimes ya gotta go with tried and true as opposed to waiting forever.

It is futuristic without being cold, elegant without trying too hard. Of every LUX I have visited, this one feels the most like a hidden gem. The staff welcome you with a kindness that cannot be designed into a building. It lives in the way they remember your order, answer questions with patience, and make space for everyone at the table. As someone who is gluten and dairy free, that kind of thoughtfulness never goes unnoticed. Different milk options and a willingness to accommodate make this little café feel even more like home. The soundtrack deserves its own applause. Walking in to hear Studio Ghibli melodies drifting through the room made the whole experience feel cinematic, as if a gentle breeze from another world had slipped through the front door. My lavender latte was delicate and comforting, floral without losing the warmth of coffee. The matcha with peach syrup was equally memorable--a drink that somehow tasted like spring finding its way into a cup. My mom enjoyed her Americano and pastry, proof that sometimes the classics are all you need when they are done with care. The art covering the walls, the copper glow of the hanging lights, the soft pink chairs, and the gentle hum of conversation create an atmosphere that asks nothing from you except to slow down. Bring a book. Put on your headphones. Sit with someone you love. Or simply sit with yourself. In a world always asking us to hurry, LUX Max Annex is a quiet rebellion. A cozy escape tucked inside the bustle of Scottsdale, where beautiful drinks, welcoming hearts, and thoughtful details remind you that sweetness still exists in ordinary days. Some places serve coffee. This one serves a little more hope with the foam.

They have a huge assortment of fresh baked items. The quiche was amazing.

This location is quite a large one with quite a bit of seating along with an organized line area to go upon arrival. I recently joined the loyalty program and tried something new this time. I was delighted by my visit. When I first walked in, I saw quite a number of customers deciding what to order while a number of them were already in line. There were also a number of employees working behind the registers helping customers. I walked around and looked at the self-serve section, the options behind the counter, and the menu. I decided to order a sourdough turkey melt. It came out nice and toasted and quite tasty. There was a wait until it was ready, but that was to be expected as it was weekend lunch-time. The employees were so helpful and walked me through how everything worked and how to come back and take advantage of special offers. You can learn more about Paris Baguette and this particular location at https://parisbaguette.com/locations/az/scottsdale/16495-n-scottsdale-road. It is open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM. While I missed out on a free pastry with purchase plus a free lemonade tomorrow with purchase on Lemonade Day), I look forward to future offers and challenges in the near future. There are also Sweet Treat Happy Hours on weekdays from 3-6 PM where you can enjoy a $2 pastry with any purchase. I look forward to trying other items (food and drinks!).

The excellence service and hospitality is the reason I would take time to write this review. It's an "order at the counter and you find a table to sit" place. As this was our first time here, we were kinda confused. Iris, the general manager, with the big smile like sunshine, was very welcoming and explained the menu to us. She came check if we were doing well a few times. The other staff also had his big smile when he gave us our foods and drinks. Iris and her team is the cherry on top of our whole experience. We will definitely go back again.

The food was honestly terrible--bland, poorly prepared, and tasted like it had been sitting around for far too long. None of our meals were enjoyable, and we ended up leaving most of the food untouched. What made the experience even worse was the manager whose name was Iris. Instead of listening to our concerns or trying to make things right, she was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Her attitude turned an already disappointing meal into a completely frustrating experience. A good manager knows how to handle customer complaints with respect, but that certainly wasn't the case here. Between the awful food and the poor customer service, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience

Especially in mid February when the weather is very cool and mild. Made the ambience feel a bit melancholy. Staff is friendly and efficient. I especially like that you can check in online before you arrive so wait was minimal, a few minutes. The menu has lots of great options. I ordered the salmon Benedict. I give it 3.5/5 stars because the bread was cold and not toasted at all. I expect the bread to be toasted in a dish like that, it made the experience less tasty, plus it was bland and needed salt and pepper. An easy fix. My husband enjoyed his chimichurri steak and eggs dish. The only complaint is the actual dishes, the inside of our mugs looked questionable and he had to get a new one it was dirty inside. Then my plate looked like it had small dried on food. It looked washed but needed a better wash. I don't think I would go back here. Because there are other breakfast spots with better ambiance and food was mid. Plus the questionable cleanliness of dishes. Staff was great though.
