Lacey was wonderful yesterday--warm, efficient, and kind! No wonder she's partner of the quarter! Michelle was also great, making my visit smooth and pleasant. Bev is always a darling! One thing I appreciate about this location is how well the team addresses issues that occasionally arise or remakes drinks when made by mistake. They seem to problem-solve well, when needed. They keep things running smoothly and keeps people coming back, I'm sure. As a regular, I find at times the atmosphere can feel a bit corporate and strict-policy-driven. This gives a bit of a colder feel. I'd love for it to feel a little more personal and welcoming. Small gestures--like passing around samples of new drinks, especially when there are lots of regulars in the seating area--would be a great touch. One small request--more cozy seating! I still miss the community tables and loungy couches that were removed years ago. It used to be so cozy and now it just feels set up to move people through which takes away from a welcoming element of warmth. This is a relatively new starbucks and I have to say they finally got the drive thru correct! It is nice and long, so you don't have to worry about blocking parking spaces, streets, pedestrian walkways, etc. LOL! Seriously, it is nicely done and while I only used the drive thru the inside looks great as well. I tried a new drink (for me) the smores and wow! It was delicious on so many levels, but not something I could drink on a regular basis. Tons of sugar and fat, but hey a once in awhile splurge is worth it! The drive thru employee had a mask on and followed Covid protocols to the T. While I still prefer to support local coffee houses, you always know what you are getting with Starbucks! read more

Something about the way this location is pulling espresso shots is incorrect. I work in this plaza and typically order a tall iced latte with oat milk every day. I have yet to get one that actually tastes like coffee and based on the color it is mostly milk every time. These photos are a day apart. Other locations I order the same thing and this does not happen. When I brought this up to girl at the drive thru and asked them to remake, they did but then literally handed me a cup that was half full and mostly ice. I shouldn't have to get less beverage or order an extra shot for it to actually taste like coffee. read more

In the mornings I usually get one of the sweet gals at the drive thru. On my second trip to Starbucks I usually get some really helpful employee. This is now the THIRD time Yountoun has taken my order and been a complete jerk. He's rude, he's condescending, he looks at you as if you're stupid for asking a question, he turns to talk trash to all of the fellow employees near him. He's a miserable man, that clearly hates life and it shows to customers. Bud, if you don't like customers, don't be in the customer service industry. I skip past 4, not 1, but 4 Starbucks twice a day, just to Drive to this location because everybody is usually very friendly. Every time this guy takes my order I cringe. Because it's always a bad attitude or snide comment coming from him. Thank you for making it easier for me today by going to a Starbucks closer to home home here on out. Starbucks, I understand, hiring right now is really hard. I know this isn't the first, second or even 3rd comment about this fella. Other employees at your establishment have told me. Out of all the probably 50 Starbucks locations I've ever been to this location is by far the BEST. From the moment you walk in employees kindly greet you and the environment is beautiful and clean. Magnolia was my barista her kindness and helpfulness made my day. She also had the best drink suggestions. The drink was amazing!! I've been back everyday this week. Every time my coffee has been perfect. I will never go to another Starbucks besides this location. Thankful for these employees hard work and kindness! read more

The guy who was trying to serve me was very kind and understanding I have medical reasons of why I can not wear a mask I even presented a card that states that. The lady from the back was screaming at me to get out saying it doesn't matter I need a mask i was taking my drinks to go to work the line outside was just too long so I went inside. I told them I would wait outside for my drinks I just want to place my order lady didn't care kept telling me to get outside made me uncomfortable especially since there were people in the lobby staring at me one guy even came out and said that was rude and sorry. I felt like I was being treated as an animal I have been coming here for quite some time. And I adore a lot of the workers. I just don't appreciate being treated so unfairly. Also everyone who walked in after me got their drinks before me. Like they weren't making them on purpose waited over 15 minutes. Funny how one terrible encounter can make you never come back to a place you were a regular at. read more

Just made my first stop at this location. The barista was very polite & friendly. I dove into my hot americano & it was cold! Not luke warm from sitting there too long, cold. I can not express the level of gratitude for this place, I came in thru the drive threw and placed my order and as I was about to pull up I reached for my wallet only to frantically notice that I had forgot it at home. embarrassed, I told the attendant that I had to cancel my order cause I had to go, a manager popped on, some how reading my thoughts and asked me if I had forgotten my wallet at home I hesitantly said yes and she said, "no worries, pull up this one is on us" as a manager in the customer service business, this is a great example of what it takes to create raving fans they may have taken a $5 loss that day from me but they will absolutely make there money back as I will be returning faithfully to this location, great job and also thanks for not making me feel less than in a moment of weakness.....plus my sandwich was hot so I like the sandwich too. read more

I come to this Starbucks and get the same drink every day. A drink that I've been getting now for two years. All it is is a quad over ice with white chocolate mocha and sweet cream foam. This morning when I came, I was told that they couldn't do this without charging me extra (which I already get charged extra for the sweet cream foam every time). After explaining that I get this drink nearly every day, I was rudely replied to saying "pull up" in which I paid, and they made my drink completely wrong. I don't know what's so hard about being consistent when it comes to making drinks but their Saturday morning staff sucks. read more
