To make matters worse, I ordered Grande drinks but was given Venti drinks, which used even more of my rewards than intended. I spend a lot of money earning Starbucks Stars and save them for when I choose to use them. They should never be redeemed because an employee doesn't know how to process a transaction. I also missed out on the Delta promotion because the purchase was never completed as cash as I intended. This experience showed a lack of training and attention to detail. Customers should be able to trust that their rewards and payment preferences will be handled correctly.

The coffees were great and the nut loaf was full of flavor! Had I not known it was lacking eggs or butter, I wouldn't have been able to call it out!
