Had the best service today 6/27! Honestly the best Starbucks experience I've had in my life and I've gone to Starbucks since I was a teen. I get a matcha latte with extra matcha and ask for a ton of whip (that's how I like it) and coconut milk, the amazing workers went above and beyond my matcha was amazing and the cup was filled with whip and some on the side. This Starbucks is in a strip mall on the corner of Reems and Grand. I think it suffers from being in a sad and rundown part of town more than anything. The strip mall itself is about half empty. Given all of that, it's not really a Starbucks you want to hang out in. The baristas were fine, my drinks came out quickly and I left quickly. read more

Always busy, but boy are they working hard. Girls are making x5 drinks at a time and their tickets are non-stop. They were really nice to adjust my order, mid order, despite their busyness. On other review sites they hit 4.4 stars. So not sure why they are rated so poorly here. Can't blame them if their customers are consistently messy. It's a grab'n'go, not a restaurant. I was just at this location . In line prior to 730, behind servers other cars . However as soon as 730 hit they shut off the drive through to myself and another car in front of me and yet I was still stuck behind the other cars waiting in the drive through. Once I got to the window they literally just yelled through the window and made a hand motion saying we're closed . Quite frankly I think this is so rude . I get your closing, but you could have just opened the window and apologized as I had been waiting for quite some time in the drive through and that would have made the situation better . Yesterday I ordered two specialty refreshers through the application, estimated time finish time was given. I arrive drinks where not ready the stag was very reserved and didn't acknowledge customers coming going. I waited for another ten minutes then ask for help and the young female was very rude, addressing me as friend being passive aggressive. I have never been inside because there is a drive thru, even before covid. My husband is the coffee connoisseur. I take a sip here and there. He was in the mood for a cold brew and since we were in the area we decided to swing by. There was a line of cars wrapped around the building. I asked my husband if he wanted to run in really fast and he declined. We do not get out much so I decided for us that we were going on adventure and join the train of cars. We had nothing else better to do and he was doing some research on his phone as I drove so why not? The wait wasn't too bad. He got a Nitro cold brew with 6 pumps of classic and half and half. He has been there in the past many times and they are always good. When we got to the window there was a young sweet brunette girl with her hair pulled back all smiles under her mask of course. My husband's cold brew was ready, but we were waiting on our toddler's 1st Starbucks experience. The both got a strawberry Frappuccino! While we were waiting the gal kepted us and our little ones entertained by coversing at the window. That is something Starbucks never does. This location has always been on point and very kind when ordering and receiving drinks. The drive through can get take a few minutes but I don't mind since the drink is almost always correct. FALSE ADVERTISING AND ARGUMENTATIVE MANAGEMENT. Today I treated my hubby and I for some Starbies solely for their BOGO deal. While ordering, I specified that I was purchasing 2 fall drinks (PSL frapp & an iced chai tea latte) for their advertised offer. As I got up to the window, I was told a total that was way over what I was expecting. I reminded the cashier that I was partaking in their BOGO deal and I was told that my order didn't qualify. Not to be a total Karen, but I requested a manager because they specifically advertised a chai tea latte in their ad. The manager (blonde hair, sleeve tattoo) argued with me that this was a typo on the app and that they would not honor the drink because they don't have a "magic button they can press." I showed her my app and told her this should not be at the fault of the customer and that they should still honor it. After a few minutes of arguing, she basically told me to take it up with corporate. I will NEVER be back to this Starbucks again. read more

I love this Starbucks! I work at the nearby hospital and this is conveniently located across the street. The baristas are friendly and I hardly ever have to wait long in the drive thru line even when the line seems long when I drive in. I often stop here to grab morning coffee or in the afternoon as I'm leaving work. My drink of choice is typically a standard iced coffee with skim milk and no sugar. They consistently make this just how I like it. Also, I highly recommend the raspberry swirl pound cake and the birthday cake pops for a sweet treat. read more

Sitting down about to enjoy a refreshing beverage. This store is clean and the staff seems friendly. It is close to a retirement community so you will see some friendly faces. There were a few people sitting around enjoying the air conditions and techno pop style music. Decor is modern with open floor plan. Lots of natural light and plenty of seating. They have lots of outlets but I didn't see any wireless charging stations. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely disgusting drinks and attitude from staff!! The last few times I've made the mistake of coming to this location it's always one thing or another, the cold brew consistently is gross. They don't shake their matcha and in fact I got yelled at by a manager to ask for the matcha (extra shaken) when I want it smooth??? Like a normal matcha. This morning I go in and get a grande matcha latte with strawberry purée and double smoked breakfast sandwich there's barely any purée in the matcha and the sand-which is burnt completely inedible... I asked them to put more purée since the order total was $17 for two items I want my moneys worth, and the worker rolls her eyes and I can see her and other workers talking badly and complaining. She then hands me the matcha back with my sandwich and says this is the best she can do. Very terrible customer service here to match the disgusting food and drinks. I love Starbucks this has been the only consistently bad locations. Starbucks is in touch with me and I'm hoping to speak to a district manager to get this issue resolved because this location is a plague to the Starbucks brand. They need to get it together. Google maps says they are open until 9:30pm. Go through drive-thru and are waiting along with 3 other cars behind us at 8:25pm. We wait for 10 min. nothing, no recognition, no acknowledgment, Nothing! we drive around to see if we just didn't trip the sensor or whatever and stop at the window before looping around. No one is in sight. We finally see one employee come around and MAKE EYE CONTACT and still nothing! We drive around and wait a bit longer, along with 2 other cars in front of us. NOTHING HAPPENS. As we get fed up waiting for 20-25 min. We call the store. Person that picks up says they were closed since 8:30pm and knows that google maps says 9:30pm but it "confuses" their store with another off Bullard!?? This is one of the few Starbucks in Surprise that I love! The staff is super nice and friendly. They always get my drinks right. AND they have a drive thru! The best thing is that even when the line seems long, it actually goes pretty smoothly so you're never there for what anyone would consider an eternity. They're not always the quickest with mobile orders but they seem to be on top of their game with keeping track of them. I've even had someone place an order to the wrong Starbucks and I showed up at this location and they were nice enough to make the order for me rather than pawning me off to wherever which would've made me even more late for work. Side note: there are a LOT of seniors at this location since it's so close to Sun City West. I've personally never had a problem with any of them but I have heard stories where other people did.
