Pretty amazing, when you think about this. They have this tiny little hovel in an extremely packed little area, in a very awkward position & placing in a horrible plaza entrance. Then they shove tons of coffee, food, snacks, people, activity, outdoor seating and even parking into this tiny little space and make it work. Typical Starbucks, who else could make a place like this succeed and thrive? They are open late, as long as you want or need them to be and that's also something that sets this place apart. Ok so after a long day of being out in the rain I was SO ready for a cup of my favorite... Salted Caramel, white Chocolate Mocha. YUM !! I was quickly informed that they were out of salt. what? I mean how does Starbucks run out of salt?????? Exactly who is in charge of ordering? It's only a light sprinkle on top of the drink but it really adds something to it. Just wasn't the same. Stopped at this high traffic location for restroom, ordered 2 coffees and a bacon Gouda for legitimacy. Then told the restroom was closed. Now trying not to pee in ones pants while waiting for order, received items and left to go drive around looking for a restroom (whereas at all other Starbucks locations visited recently the restrooms ARE open now), opened the bacon Gouda to find two squares of bread with warm egg in between. No bacon, no Gouda and no patience to go back and ask them to make it right. Quite frustrating and not worth ever stopping at that location again. We were the only two in the place and 7 staff behind the counter neglected our order. Check your order before walking away friends! read more

Always busy, main table has fairly inaccessible outlet space, lots of flies in the summer! I frequent this Starbucks often, and mostly for its convenient location. If you're going to study, make sure that your computer is fully charged! Unless you are able to get a table on the periphery it can be extremely difficult to get to an outlet. Granted, there are some outlet points on the floor, but they are hard to open and often times require a special tool. The drinks are a bit spotty here depending on how busy the drive thru is at the moment. There are better locations out there, but like I said, this one is just in a great location! read more

Asked the cashier if the pistachio latte had dairy in it if I swapped the milk for an alternative. She said no it can be made dairy free. So I ordered it. To drive away and realize something was off. I had to Google the drink ingredients. Found out its a sauce and it has milk in it. Called to let them know and that they need to be more careful because a mistake like this could kill someone. (Thankfully I had only had one sip) The person on the other end said yes its our fault so I said I was returning to get something I could drink and as I was reiterating that they need to be more careful was hung up on. When I get to the store I was told sorry and I tried to explain allergies and such and was told I didn't take the order so it wasn't my fault. I did get a new drink that was hot when I asked for iced but at least it wasn't one that could potentially kill me. Do better people. Allergies are real. read more

Literally just left and not very pleased with this Starbucks location. We chose to avoid the drive through line considering it wrapped around (from the pick up window, there were about 6-7 cars) and headed inside. Line inside wasn't too bad maybe 2 individuals waiting for their drink and 3 ahead of me. Ordered a pumpkin creme cold and a couple pastries. At other locations usually it's the pastries that hold us back but not today. Looking at my receipt I placed my order at 8:23 and walked out of the store at 8:35. Very disappointed with the service and to top it off my drink was not made to the Starbucks standard. I've been to busier Starbucks locations with larger orders and got out quicker than today. I've tried to give this location a chance over and over but finally after today I don't think I will be. I went to this location to grab a coffee and decided to go inside because I had called a week or two before from a visit where the coffee was practically undrinkable. It was the second time in a couple days where after getting my drink through the drive-thru and pulling off I realized the drink was horrible each time and completely different then it is when I order it all the time from other locations. The first one I just kind of ignored it and threw it out and chalked it up to a bad batch or barista but then when a couple nights later the same thing happened I decided to give the place a call and mention to the manager that the cold brew was tasting extremely bitter and even tried the doctored up at home it was still undrinkable, and the manager was nice and told me I could come back in and mention her name and mine that she would be writing it down for a free drink and so that brings me to today's visit where I was going to take advantage of that replacement drink and decided to go inside so I wasn't making it a hassle through their drive-thru in case they had to find a logbook or something with my name in it. so I make my order with the gentleman and tell him that it was a replacement drink that I had called and spoken with a manager and I'm here to claim it but he instantly got annoyed with me and his attitude changed completely and first thing he said was the manager's name I was relaying was wrong and he couldn't find my name in no book so am I sure I'm at the right place and we kind of go back and forth about it for a couple minutes and I explained to him that I don't think I'd be in wasting my time for a $5 coffee just to get it for free when I get a coffee probably 5 to 6 times a week and pay for them no problem. He ends up saying that he will do it for me but maybe I called the wrong location and so I go and wait at the end of the counter for the drink and there was one person in front of me and after I ordered four different orders came through after me and of course I sat there and watched all the people that came after me get their drinks while my cup just keeps getting pushed to the side. As I'm waiting I go through my call list and find the locations number that I'm at with a phone call from 10 days before that lasted 3 minutes, so I was at the right spot. Lol. after waiting for 10 minutes I ask one of the girls making the drinks if they were going to be making mine and she said yeah and so I sat back down a few feet away only to hear them start discussing that yeah that's the cold brew with the dude that wants it for free and the girl goes on to make now a 6th order that came in after mine and at that point I am just so upset and offended that I told her to cancel it and I take my business elsewhere in the future and I definitely plan on it and it makes me not want to go to Starbucks all together anymore. read more

We were on a road trip and our small child needed to use the bathroom. I saw this locations hours were 4am-Midnight (drive thru is 24 hours) so I put in a $32 pickup order (designated for in store not drive thru pick up) so we could use the bathroom as customers. When we arrived the store is clearly marked with the drive thru being 24 hours and the store hours being 4am to Midnight, but all the doors were locked and there was no other signage. When I called the store they offered no explanation except "we can't control what the app says", but they can control their front door. My child couldn't use the bathroom, and I couldn't cancel the order and my money back onto my app unless I went thru the drive thru, with a child about to have an accident on herself. If you're going to have your doors locked during business hours, esp after already taking money, you owe your customers some sort of notice other than locked doors. read more

This used to be my daily visit when I got stuck with a 3:30am shift. They were my life saver! Food and drink are made consistently good; I think it's best around this area. So whenever I'm in town and close by I would prefer to go here instead of other places even if it wasnt that close to where I was at the time. I am not a diehard fan of Starbucks. But I really like this one. It has great freeway access for the northbound I-5 commuter. Most of the time I roll through here at zero dark thirty so I have no problem with parking. Though at certain times of the day the parking is horrible and the back up thru drive thru can extend to the street. The baristas are absolutely great! They remember what I drink and call people by name. If the line is long alot of the times they have my drink waiting for me by the time I get to the counter. Now I believe not all Starbucks stores are the same, but this one is exceptional even with the bad parking. read more

I'm in utter disbelieve writing this review. I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for 15 years and have never been so disappointed with the company. From what seemed to be a lovely Sunday night soon turned into a miserable nightmare that I never want to relive. I just left the gym and was looking forward to a refreshing beverage considering the fact it's nearly midnight and all of my other options are closed. Luckily for me, this Starbucks is open 24 hours right? Sadly not. As I approach the store I see all of the lights are on but there's no one in sight. Strange I think but to make matters even worse, there's a tall orange construction cone blocking the entry to the drive through. Absolutely no signs explaining why they're shut down. I'm flabbergasted and completely distraught to say the least. So due to these circumstances, my fat ass had to go across the street to Dairy Queen to quench my thirst. What comes after that you ask? I have to go back to the gym! This is such an inconvenience Starbucks, pull it together! read more
