The service was incredibly slow. After standing in line for what seemed like ages(only one person was ahead of me) Cathy Joe decided now was a good time to walk away from the register for 9 minutes to help another employee with something. After finally returning to take my order Cathy Joe decided to speak with another customer, in the MIDDLE of my order completly inturupting me, to help them with a USB stick someone left behind and reached across me to grab it from her. After that it took her forever to enter the order, one slow button push at a time, perhaps the buttons confused her. Oh let's not forget her inability to even HEAR my order. Coffee wasn't bad though. This location is in a excellent location , right before the 15 freeway on ramp. When you initially drive up the drive thru , you might think holy Crap!! Did I make a wrong turn and drive up onto a airline landing strip!? The drive thru is at least 70 yards long! There were a few cars ahead of us but the line flowed pretty quick. We ordered 2 gingerbread latte. 1 regular & 1 decaf. They did mess up on my beverage. They gave me caffeine instead of decaf , and since I only drink decaffeinated beverages my heart had a reaction pretty quickly. I called spoke to the manager RYAN , and he apologized emeditly and didn't question the authenticity of my complaint credited back my gift card for their mistake. You're probably wondering why the 4 star if they messed up my order?......... Well because of the way the manager RYAN , emedit reactions to correct their mistake and his professionalism. Orders are hit and miss and not always accurate, drive through is horrendously slow, I've gone through multiple times and seen only 2 employees running the store when the line of cars was 10 long. Also the mobile app states u can walk in to pick up your order, but this is not the case. I've had one really good interaction with an employee but two negative interactions when I wanted my drink re made because it was made wrong. Wish there was a closer 24 hour Starbucks near me because this one is a mess. read more

Let me start with this one thing. One star, doesn't even do my review justice. And this is targeted too. Everyone else at this location was nothing but helpful and nice anytime I've ever visited this location but this one particular individual has given me more problems than I can count to the point where I have now felt the need to leave this review. Selena, who I assume is some sort of shift lead or some position of "power" needs to be fired. She is nothing but rude and mean. When I got to the counter to have my order taken the first thing I got was a look of disdain from her as if she was better than me. Now keep in mind I went in wearing some of my more casual attire, it was an off day from work for me so I didn't feel the need for nicer clothing. We will revisit this in a second. The next thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the whole time she was taking my order (which was not big at all just one coffee) it was as if she was annoyed that she had to serve me. She was short with me, rude, and blew me off multiple times when I asked for a receipt. Next thing is that after my order was taken and she returned to the drink area, I overheard her say to some of the other workers about how she hates having to serve the homeless community at this location. This might not even have been about me but for her to say that immediately after serving me? Cmon. I AM NOT HOMELESS. I OWN MY HOME. I am simply tired from working my 60+ hour weeks and wore something a little more on the "casual" side (grey sweats and a hoodie). None of the other workers were amused by her trying to sh*t talk a customer in fact one of them even stated that someone could easily hear her and to not make comments like that. Now my final complaint, is her neglect and abuse towards the workers, particularly this one worker. I wont describe said worker, theres no need for them to be outed, but as far as I could tell said worker was doing their job at an exceptional level, making my drink. Then Selena scolded at this employee and told them to go elsewhere to attend to some other issue in the store and to stop working on my drink RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. Then my drink sat for a total of 7 minutes and 13 seconds (yes I timed it call me crazy I don't care), only to be made once I brought it to Selenas attention. She then scoffed at me as if me asking for the drink I PAYED FOR to be made was some sort of big deal. I asked her for a refund because of the utter disregard for customer service I received from Selena and she blew me off again saying shed need to talk to a manager, so instead I took a deep breath told her to have a nice day and left. Selena needs to be fired. I understand the customer service industry is hard, and taxing, but if this is how you handle that struggle then you should probably find a different profession. read more

Every Starbucks is different and you have to find the one you like. I love going to this one whenever I'm in the Temecula area. My drinks are always right, never any complaints. But my favorite part is when I end up going when Haydn is working. He is always so polite, friendly, and I look forward to the question of the day he has for me and making conversation while I wait for my drinks. Customer service is awesome. Super friendly. We went through the drive thru with no one ahead of us and ordered some breakfast items. I've noticed most reviews commented on the wait, and I would have to agree. We waited quite some time for being the only customer.... we peeked inside and it was pretty dead. We came around 9pm. On a pre V-Day date night with my wife and after dinner it was so cold she asked to stop at Starbucks. Horrible. Not only did the guy get my order wrong after stating it multiple times but I told the girl who made it and she made it wrong a second time. I placed an online order to pick up after class. I got to the door and it was locked. What makes the rating so low is because nowhere on the walls says what time the lobby closes. Of course it says drive thru hours are 24 hours but what time does your lobby close. Is it subject to whatever time the workers want? I don't get it. Now I have to wait in a long line at the drove thru waiting for an order that was placed 15 minutes prior and should be ready to pick up instead of waiting an extra 15 minutes in the drive thru with my drink melting. read more

This location just ignored serving my friend, in military uniform, because he's black. A white man walked in after he did and was immediately served. THIS HAS TO CHANGE! The excuse was that my friend's uniform blended into the background, and they didn't see him. If that's the case, then put in a chime on the door like any convenient store has. There is no excuse to ignore someone who is following the rules of social distancing, when others are served for pushing their way to the counter. Also, race should NEVER be a factor for how someone gets treated or served, anywhere. I am so upset by my friend's story, and that he got treated this way - regardless of the excuse. I hate to leave such a negative review as I go to this Starbucks every morning and adore their am staff they are all so amazing. This afternoon I had the worst experience with the employee by the name of Falon. Completely disrespectful the worst customer service I have ever experienced she was very rude and had the worst attitude. I've worked in customer service for years and understand it's a lot especially being busy however I was at the time the only person in there waiting on two drinks 15 minutes later it's packed and I still don't have my drink she drops it and then makes other people's drinks when I asked can I have my drink please she gave some rude remarks saying she didn't know what my drink was how is that my fault I was right there she could have asked me, she then rolled her eyes at me and began speaking to another employee. All I wanted to do was order my drink and panini but I got asked three times to repeat and I purposely spoke LOUD and SLOW. So annoying. The frap was watery but the panini (after I reminded her I had paid for one) was fresh and hot. Whoever was doing drive-thru needs to work on her appearance, ASAP. Within 2 miles I believe there are 4 starbucks but this one has a drive thru which I love. Took 2 stars away: 1st-- they overtook Carl's Jr which I love and miss. There isn't one that close to my work now. 2nd -- they are EXTREMELY slow here!! Very disappointing for coffee. I was frequently going to this particular store. I had stopped in for a blonde roast. They were out. Then, I was told to try another store. While I was in the drive thru with 12 other cars with no way to reverse. They recommended an Americano. I pulled up for my drink. They charged me $3.35 I asked if the price of coffee increased. They told me no. I asked why the price hike? They told me it was for an Americano. I said, by your recommendation. However, they never told me the price difference and just charged my card. Then, they asked if I would like a pike. Which I said yes. They asked for my card and charged me for a pike and credited me the Americano. However, a couple days had passed and the charge for two items was still showing when I got one. I called and spoke to Amy. She said she was the assistant Manager and that Laura was the manager. Amy, said because of the inconvenience of the charge she would like to give me a coffee on the house. I said thank you. I went the other day to redeem that reward and the gals in the store were mubling under there breathes that no Amy worked at that store and that Laura was the manager. Long story short. They need a course in mannerism. I could of done better with my coffee minus the sass! Not all the store's are like this. With the exception of this store. Decent Starbucks, location is nice and convenient. Staff seems to not do very good under pressure or rushes. Mostly just attitude and customer service attitudes. My drink was messed up and workers attitude was for me to try my drink and see if I like it vs just remaking it, could be an issue with training on putting orders into the computer since the label was not correct for me or others at the time of getting my drink. Was not an issue with the drinks themselves. We asked for a straw or straws so we could refill the bin with barista sighed and slid us a pile on the counter instead of filling it herself. Coffee itself is decent, customer service is poor. General staff moral is very poor, so could be issues with management. read more
