We were not happy when they're very expensive! There's never straws available nor offered so we have to always ask even when they're busy so we just wait! Listen, I'll be the FIRST to say I used to be a crazy Starbucks girl but left them for a local coffee shop. I had placed an order for pickup on the app, and was on the way to Costco. My daughter is getting over the flu and has a BAD hacking cough so I wanted a hot drink that could help her feel better. I ordered a short Chestnut Praline Latte with oatmilk, no whip and decaf. And a short decaf Sugar cookie Almond Milk latte. I sent my son in to collect it at the pickup time and he came back and said they don't have an order. I was pissed. Not gonna lie. I was ready to say dude, here's my order what is the issue? So off I stomped, and I said to the barista, a young guy in glasses, my name and order. He asked if it was store # such and such and I said I'm not sure, here's my order & showed him the app. He said "okay, you ordered at the Starbucks on 99 near Gaarde." Which is probably what the nearest store was when I placed my order. Ugh. He IMMEDIATELY said "if you'd like I'm happy to make your order for you, this happens a lot." Listen. I'm a mom. I have one kid recovering from the flu, one well kid and both of my TWO kids who don't always get along and hated being forced to run errands. Starbucks you guys saved the day. Cons: 5 people were behind the counter working, I was the only person waiting for an order inside, and only 1-2 cars in the drive thru the entire time. This location always does it right... The customer service was super top notch today. We had three separate order, since we each wanted to get our points. (Haha) No issue or fuss was made.. The drive thru employee was the sweetest. Our drinks came out wonderfully and our treats came out warm and perfectly done. It was not busy especially for the location but it was a perfect pick me up for our drive to Clackamas then Vancouver. Much needed and appreciated! read more

I know what you're thinking when you've found yourself visiting Tigard, Oregon: how can I get the most in with the least driving? Well, this particular Starbucks allows you to experience the PNW's most iconic coffee slinger and, literally across the street, you'll find the PNW's most iconic warehouse store! Certainly, you could just go to Costco for their coffee vending machine, but why not do both? After all, will you score major stars on the vending machine's rewards program? I didn't think so. But, really, this is the location I go to when do my Tigard Costco outing with my brother. That means that this particular location has been absolutely critical to my coffee consumption. And, even though it's mostly the same as any other strip mall Starbucks (friendly and clean but echoy and open) for its locaiton alone, I couldn't recommend it more highly! read more

This Starbucks is brand new and is pretty nice. . .spacious with plenty of natural light coming in from floor to ceiling windows surrounding three sides of the seating area. It has been open for only a few months, and the barista confirmed to me that the location was formerly an Arby's (that's what I thought but wasn't quite sure). They have a drive-thru, which should come in very handy on busy SW Pacific Hwy. Everyone working here was very nice. I enjoyed their seating area being surrounded by all those huge windows. . .it seemed almost like sitting outside. read more

I have a feeling this location is about to close down. It's not managed at all. They stopped using the drive through a few weeks back which was a red flag, it's possible something is down with a drive through mic but I doubt it at this point. You know when you go somewhere and it's obvious that everything is out of sorts like a few people called out and you caught a business on a really bad day? That's this place everyday now. It's a mad house, even with 6 people working and with the drive through closed. And the ones at the register are ultra unprofessional, like you would find at a McDonalds, not like you'd normally find at a Starbucks. Placed an order, said ready in 5 mins. Waited 20 mins, watched other people who ordered after leave time and time again. Was asked about my ordered and was told "it's in the warmer" a few mins later another employee hands me a bag that was on the counter the last 20 mins....so the other employee lied as well. read more

Location is a plus and that it's a drivethru but man this location constantly has turn over therefor by 11am all the pros have stepped out of the light and things go a lot slower and I just don't have time for this. All Starbucks vibe a little different. The staff here is extremely kind, patient, and you can tell they care. I come in several days a week to work and I'm always greeted with a smile. They probably don't realize it but it makes coming back so easy. While everyone has been awesome there are a couple great people who always remember my name and chat me up a bit. Kira and Gigi are both so upbeat, courteous, and friendly. Ill definitely be back many more times. read more

I stopped by to get coffee. Needed some whole bean and some ground. If you do everything in 1 lb increments you will be successful. Want a 1/2 lb??? Sound the alarms! The world is coming to an end! I grabbed 3 pound bags. Wanted one whole bean... check. Wanted one ground for flat bottom... check. The third I wanted 1/2 lb whole bean and 1/2 lb ground. They told me they couldn't do it. After some rather incredulous conversation, they had no way to split a pound of coffee. They have none of those little brown bags that you grind coffee into. Whatever you do it has to go back into the original bag. Also evidently they don't own a scale either! I negotiated... she estimated half and put those whole beans into a small carry bag, then ground my other "approximately half pound" into the original bag. I have more options for bagging at a grocery store. Guess they are no longer a coffee company, just a brewed coffee and espresso store. How sad... read more
