I honestly love this location but for the last 6 months they've take. 20+ minutes on a majority of my orders (something like 2x a week I order) and I order a cold brew and a food item. I am trying my best to be super patient but this is a constant with their mobile order. I will no longer be ordering through the app, if the drive thru is faster. There's no point in promoting a "faster and easier way" of ordering if it's gonna be a pain in my butt and make me late to work. I understand you are doing your best but y'all need to come up with a different plan. Cause I watched my drink sit there with no attention for a good minute, until I had to ask three different worker to work on my drink, while they pumped out ten or more orders while I was there. Every time I come here (most of the time I pass on by too crowded) but I do like a iced coffee from here sometimes. I hate the wait. And lack of urgency. Today I was here and there we boxes all over the place you had to squeeze through to get in line. One older lady turned and almost fell over one and I told one of the workers what happened and she said "ok" and turned back around nonchalantly. Doesn't she know that could be a liability issue if someone did injure themselves falling over boxes all over the floor. Lawsuit! I come here in the morning and the staff is friendly and prompt with my order. I arrive pretty early and sit on the lobby enjoying my food and drink. Other than the malfunctioning speaker which sounds like music and hair clippers the lobby is nice. I've made this my regular spot now. read more

YALL ARE TRASH. This is the worst Starbucks experience I've ever encountered. The woman at the window (name started with a C I think?) was so busy chatting with her coworkers she handed me the wrong drink and turned around and continued her conversation while I said "excuse me" about 5 times before she turned around. After notifying her she gave me the wrong drink she said "did you drink it?" Um no. Then proceeded to chat with her friends. I don't expect the baristas to have full on conversations with me but gosh can you at least pay attention to me when I'm trying to give you back a drink you incorrectly gave me. Our last words were her saying "I said have a good one". Like ok. I don't think I've ever been so irritated with a coffee shop. This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. When it comes to efficiency, I would give this one a 0 star if I could. Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my job so I've been having to come to this specific location for a couple months now. It is by far the slowest store I've been to. Not my favorite Starbucks location but one star for a convenient location and another for well made drinks. Their customer service can use a little fine tuning. Sometimes I feel like I stand there waiting for my drink and no one acknowledges that they've served up 4 drinks that passed me. I get it, my order may be next, but pls don't act like I don't exist. Some of the tables can use a nice wipe down once in a while too. The location is convenient- close to the freeway, gas station, liquor store. I see frequent travelers here whether on the way to tahoe, the city for a game, there for a soccer/baseball/basketball tournament. It can get a bit crowded in this small shop so my suggestion is to mobile order! (This is regarding Starbucks in general, not really regarding this facility Specifically but I chose this facility because this is where the complaint began) I had a very poor customer experience with customer service when I called in regarding the use of my funds instead of my reward stars and it's rather upsetting. Today I explained to Starbucks customer service representatives that, while I was at the store I asked the cashier for my reward stars to be used instead of funds to make the payment for my coffee. The cashier agreed but still charged funds from my account. The first representative I spoke to made me feel like it was my fault that my funds were taken out of my account instead of my rewards stars even though I specifically asked the cashier to use my reward stars instead. She said that she could do nothing for me at this time because it happened before. I told her "Yes, this happens frequently, but it's not my fault that the cashiers charge my funds from my account instead of my reward stars." She said there's still nothing she could do, so I asked to speak to her manager. I explained the same situation to her manager who stated that he would refund my $2.95 that was charge for my account and take 50 stars instead. I agreed saying "that's all I wanted". I still haven't seen that refund. Is this typical of how Starbucks is going to treat their customers from now on? Yes, I've called or chatted with representative several times about the same situation in most cases it occurs but not all of them. Sometimes I just let it go. Obviously, this happens frequently and it's not the customers fault. I'm certainly not the only person this happens to. I emailed this plus a little more detail to Starbucks customer service team but haven't heard anything from them yet. read more

Super convenient Starbucks off I-80. There are gas stations nearby which makes it a good place to stop when needing to refuel. Exiting and getting back onto the freeway is easy. This is the Starbucks I stop at when heading back home to SF from visiting family in Sacramento. There's rarely a long wait in the drive-thru and the baristas are friendly. There are a few fast food places nearby if you want to grab non-Starbucks food to eat. read more

I told the worker it wasn't mine and he made a surprised face, apologized, and got me my drink...or did he?? I got a drink, but it 100% was not an iced caramel macchiato. This Starbucks recently underwent a serious reconstruction & redesign of the store and I must say, it's really nice! I went today since I was craving a nice hot and sweet Starbucks drink and since they have their holiday seasonal flavors, this is definitely the go-to time for Starbucks! I ordered the Chai Egg Nog and it's amazingly delicious! I ordered it extra hot and to my surprise, it was extra hot the way I like it (in my previous review, this location couldn't do extra hot properly). The drink was very tasty and it's definitely one of my new holiday favorites alongside the pumpkin spice latte and caramel brulee latte. The customer service is friendly and pleasant and I'm sure the staff here are more "happier" because of their newly upgraded store. They shorted my white hot chocolate! I go to Starbucks about three times a year because they often mess up my drive through order. Today when my "grande" white hot chocolate was passed to me through the drive through window I thought the cup felt light. It was hot so I didn't want to take a drink until I got home. As I carried it into my house that "grande" still felt unusually light. So I walked into the house, removed the lid from my Starbucks cup and just as I thought, they shorted my drink. Usually Starbucks screws up my white hot chocolate by adding coffee. This time they just chose to give me about 3/5 of a cup. I'm so disappointed. Obviously the Starbucks marketing and franchising teams are fantastic, but why can't the employees make a simple drink? Conveniently located close to the freeway. I visit this Starbucks fairly regularly, and my drinks are always made how I ask, and staff is always friendly. The drive thru does get very busy, which is expected I don't think I've ever been to a Starbucks whose drive thru doesn't get busy. I had waited in the drive thru line for 39 min, yes I was counting. I had my kids in the car screaming, and I couldn't back out of line because there were about 4 cars behind me. Let me be honest I was having a horrible day on top of waiting forever for my drink. This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced at any Starbucks location . I ordered a coffee and horizon boxed chocolate milk. It told me a 14 min wait which was fine, so I got there about 10 minutes later. Upon walking in, no one out of the 5-6 baristas bothered greeting me or anyone else that walked in after me or asked for any names for coffees that were awaiting pick up, or asked the reason for my visit. So as I sat watching multiple drinks come out without any name being called to pick up or what the drink even was? She was just putting them on the counter and walking away. Easy commute location and friendly staff! I go here even though there are several closer to my home. It is sometimes busy due to the easy freeway access and gas station nearby so sometimes you wait a little for your drink but it is a good store, usually very clean and the only bad thing is parking sometimes but they do have a drive thru! read more

I come to this Starbucks at least 2-3 times a week as it is the closest decent coffee to my workplace. Being a Starbucks you know what to expect product-wise so it is up to the staff to make the difference. I am not sure if they simply don't have enough staff and that solely contributes to long wait times or it is an issue of training( as every time I come it seems like there is at least one barista being trained). If you come here during peak hours (read 7 AM-10 AM) there is at least a 15 minute wait, no matter if you go inside or do the drive-thru. Just for this reason I usually go with regular coffee as at least it cuts the wait time a bit but if I feel like something fancier with espresso then I rather go somewhere else. As far as the drive-thru it is really not the best location as it cuts into the gas station lines if there are more than 5 cars waiting and totally confuses the traffic around. read more
