The staff here are friendly and the service is fast. The only con about going to this location is the parking situation. Parking is very limited here and parking lot is very small. It is very hectic in the mornings with people driving in to get their coffee. I have seen people almost get into accidents in the parking lot. read more

I ordered a hot coffee and it took nearly 20 minutes! All you have to do is pour coffee on ice this isn't brain surgery. This place was had more people in and out than in n out. You would think coffee was free or Kim K was handing out her porn tape signed. So I continued trying to study, which actually didn't happen. Instead I felt like a psychologist observing everyone including the 2 "awkward" people talking to themselves and eyes redder than Rudolph's nose. So overall if you have time to kill or are a psychologist student this is the place to be! If your in a rush either drive somewhere else or go next door grab a $1 beer if it's happy hour. so its up to you but i am a little disjointed for sure! read more

I come to this Starbuck every weekend and the staff is always very courteous and kind, even when it is full. Except for today. The staff that helped us, I think Jess was her name was so rude and in a hurry. She made us feel like if we wasting her time because we had a couple of questions. She had an attitude and wasn't helpful at all. We wanted a drink from the secret menu and we don't really know how it works but instead of trying to help us out with it, she just said, "if you want a drink from the secret menu, we don't have the ingredients so we can't make it" when we asked her if she knew where we could find the ingredients, she said "I don't know, you have to figure it out". I would of course continue to come because I've always had great experiences here but be prepared to be treated rudely by this staff member. read more

Oh Yelp, I've learned to not trust you at all when it comes to your reviews on starbucks. The good ones have low ratings and the bad ones have 4 stars. What gives? This place is nice with plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. There's a drive through which is always great. Whoever made my drink on 7/18 did an amazing job. The parking lot sucks so be careful and park your ford f350 in spots not marked for "compact" vehicles. read more

Been here a few times since my last review. The customer service has gotten much better here. I see that they updated some of the tables there. Looks so much better and there is so much more room for people to study there and hang out. The parking still sucks, the lot is super small but there is some street parking in the front. read more

Great location. I come here often to study. Great customer service. Employees are always nice to me. Always gets my order right. Gets a bit busy. It's in a plaza and sometimes hard to find parking. They have seating outside. The only thing I noticed with most locations is they don't understand there refill policy which is online and I have to explain it every time I come into any starbucks location. read more

Ok so apparently 9 out of 10 workers can't get a damn sandwich cooked properly... How does a sandwich burn on the outside but have a frozen center? This didn't happen one or twice, but rather 7 or 8 times. It gets a annoying. This Starbucks has provided the best customer service out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to. I went in Saturday morning and the ladies that were there were so friendly and helpful. I had asked a question about their teas and the girl at the register didn't hesitate to find that information for me in a friendly manner. I also wanted to reload my app with cash and she said that was no problem at all and she even explained the process to me. The girl who was preparing the drinks was also very friendly and the drinks were all being made in a timely manner. There was a girl preparing the hot food items and she told me that they were out of blueberries for the blueberry oatmeal, but instead of just saying sorry we don't have that, she offered a different fruit item. They all worked as a team and they all spoke to me by my name even though it was my first time at this location. read more

Love coming here early on Saturday and Sunday mornings with my dogs. There's usually a bit of a line but I'm never in a rush and the baristas move quickly. They do a nice job of taking your drink order early so that by the time you pay you don't spend a huge amount of time waiting for your drink to come up. read more

Honestly the location is busy (super busy at times) but those team members really get their coffee hustle on! Its usually fairly clean and tons of variety in the foodie goodie department...sometimes they even have food that is not on display so don't be afraid to ask. The team members there make a conscience effort to remember you on your second visit and they never seem impatient no mater how chaotic it is. Stopped by last night on our way home about 10:30pm to buy four Decaf Americano coffees. However, the barista said they were out of decaf coffee. What?!!! Hello, this is Starbucks...it's like McDonalds telling a customer they're out of ground beef or buns! They offered to make them with their Blonde regular coffee. But we don't drink regular coffee and we'd never get to sleep drinking caffeine at that hour. But guess what, they had lots of bags of decaf coffee for sale! Yay, we scored! :) So WE offered to BUY a bag, so the barista could make our Decaf Americanos. Not an unreasonable solution, right? Guess what, they said they couldn't do that??? What is going on with Starbucks??? Why couldn't THEY grab a bag of decaf off their shelves to make us our decaf coffees? Maybe they should reevaluate who they are hiring because this is the worst customer service I have ever received from them. Maybe they need to close down THIS store for one day and remind employees on how they are in the business of making and selling coffee for their customers! This place is great... if you're going westbound on Sherman way. If not then it's super difficult to park and stuff. The staff are very nice; I've become somewhat of a regular bc it's on my way to work. They remember my name most of the time, which is nice.
