I don't know what has changed but the last 2 times I've gone to this Drive-Thru my drink was wrong. I went this morning and no only did they screw up my drink order but I witnessed the two cars in front of me hand they're drinks back and have to wait for corrected drinks which backed up the line. The young girl (no name tags) was working "order taking" very friendly and talkative, with brown hair, overweight (sorry) and the "drink maker" small Indian looking girl with her hair in low bun (again sorry but no name tags), working 2/26/20 at 9:45am. The girl at window was also the same one working both times my order was made wrong. Perhaps less chatting and more concentrating on what your doing will help, I'm sure everyone is very nice but we come for the coffee first and foremost. *I have heart condition and getting regular instead of the decaf I ordered can really cause issues. read more

I always order my coffee from this Starbucks location. They have the best customer service and everyone is super nice!!! I LOVE the night shift staff especially Sher, Joseph, and Jaz!!! They always know my order and how I like my two drinks in a starbucks bag. My order is always ready when I arrive when I place it through the mobile app. Even going through the drive thru Joseph know it's me when I place my order. Sher always leaves these sweet notes (for example: hope you have a great day theresa :)) on my cup or starbucks bag. Everyone that works during the night shift is amazing!!! read more

First off I love drive thru Starbucks (even though you can still walk up and order) it's definitely my preference. I've been here quite a bit and the lines are generally not very long. I've even had it where there were no cars, which is the best! Unfortunately I couldn't say a time for no cars as it varies day to day but there service is pretty quick. I think the longest I've ever waited there was about 5mins or so which is not bad at all. When it comes to ordering they make sure to repeat everything back and have always gotten my order right. There was one time they messed up but they caught it before I came to the window and gave me two free drinks! (It was a great day) Then when it comes to service everyone I have dealt with has always been super nice and upbeat, even at 5am which is crazy to me cause I'm definitely not super upbeat at that time. Anyway they're great about making sure you get the right order, quick service, and have great attitudes throughout the day. I highly recommend this place to get your Starbucks drink. read more

If I could less stars I would. Asked for 1 soy green tea latte and 1 ventilate soy vanilla latte hot. What I got was a none soy green tea and a tall soy iced vanilla latte. They repeated the order to me correct but didn't deliver. I didn't realize the green tea wasn't soy till I was miles away and my bad for not catching the rest when I was there. Most of which would of been ok except the none soy green tea being that I'm lactose intolerant. Thanks for ruining my afternoon coffee. Will not go back to this location. Really enjoy coming through this drive-thru Starbucks. Service is fast and friendly and it's an easy stop on the way to the hockey rink. They also have a walk-up window with an outdoor seating area that's quite pleasant on warm days. Try the new Blonde espresso - it's the first time Starbucks has offered choice of espresso. Whoever was working the front window today, not the drive thru window, was very very slow. She made everyone else confused and mad. Not only was my drink super watered down, but I had to wait for my drink for 30 MINS!!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT! This is one of the smaller Starbucks I've been to. There is no indoor area and you order from a walk up window. Or if you prefer you can opt to use the drive through. Coffee is just as good as you would expect from a much larger store which is important. read more

This starbucks is one of the worst I've ever visited. I came here because it had a drive through. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I have no idea what they're doing. I mobile ordered my order while waiting in line it took that long. It was ready for quite a while before I could get to the window. You can tell because the foam was separating. I also saw 2 baristas taking out the trash and stand around waiting for the walkway to be clear. Which you don't need 2 people to do that. The only redeeming thing is the drinks were good and the staff was friendly. read more

Stop by this very tiny drive thru Starbucks on the way home after playing basketball out that way. There is no indoor seating there is a patio with some tables as far as i saw, i went through the drive through cause there was a line at the little window where you order. The drive through was pretty efficient there were about 5 cars ahead and it moved pretty fast got to the window drink was already made i liked that. I was sad to see the former drive-through coffee shop torn down this spring (it had been an institution in this area for oh, 20 years), but this new Starbucks was built so quickly that I barely had time to mourn. C'est la vie -- out with the old mom 'n' pop, in with the corporate clone. At least it's an attractive, slate-clad clone with a clean restroom :D. This is a very cute, clean little drive-through Starbucks with a walk-up window. There is a limited menu posted, maybe two dozen beverage items with pictures; but apparently they also serve other food items, because the customer in the walk-up line was eating what appeared to be a breakfast sandwich that wasn't listed. So, if you don't have a good working knowledge of Starbucks' menu from another location, you may miss out on much of what this place has to offer. Although the drive-through only had two vehicles when I ordered, my beverage took a tad longer than I am used to..perhaps they will work out the bugs in their system and gain a little speed with more experience. I also noticed that the walk-up area has no condiments station, which would be a detraction if you like "doctoring" your own beverages. Other than that, no complaints. The small outdoor seating area is clean and pleasant: one unisex restroom is available for customers. I really like the way this area was designed, with concrete seating and plenty of umbrella shade. I would be surprised to see many people taking advantage of this, given the location in the Jons shopping center...this same building would have been perfect located right next to Goldenwest college. read more

just came through and ordered a venti matcha and they filled my cup up with ice with hardly any drink. it was like a grande matcha with extra ice and that's not what i ordered. they just didn't take the time to make it properly. it also wasn't shaken enough. this isn't the first time i have had a bad experience here either. last time there was a pink halt in my drink under the lid. i think overall this store needs more improvement. nothing is appealing about it. even the staff is rude and quick. read more

After my morning beach run, I come here for my morning iced caramel macchiato fix and without fail the entire team here is always wonderful. There's a bunch of Starbucks that I live by, and this Starbucks is my favorite store. Staff is always friendly and this is the only store that can make my drink right. I've ordered Irish cream cold brew for a long time now and I always look forward to the season when they bring back Irish cream cold brew. For some reason when I go to OTHER STORES, the Irish cream cold brew taste off or it taste water down, but when I'm at this location they make the Irish cream so good. I always regret going to other stores and ordering my Irish cream cold brew bc how they make it doesn't compare to this store. I don't know what it is and how this store makes it so good. I kid you not I have gotten a venti drink at other stores and barely drink it to the first line. read more

I don't feel one could get the same feeling here. SEATING: There is only outdoor seating. Its beautiful outside, but some people prefer to sit inside. SERVICE Well, I ordered a coffee drink and the barista somehow assumed I wanted a Grande. He did not ask to confirm the size. I always order a Tall. So I was a bit disappointed from that point. We came for Happy Hour. It's every Thursday this Month December. We were not given happy hour prices because Sofia claimed it was for the App only. However I have been to several different Starbucks every Thursday this month and didn't need an app. She was very rude taking drive thru orders while we were trying to talk to her. We waited several extra minutes trying to pay while she was taking others order and then she gave us the wrong drink. Never apologize and didn't honor any Starbucks customer service. I won't be back her AGIAN. I want to call the Manager but since the service was so bad I feel it's pointless.
