Very welcoming. Service was spectacular and breakfast came out nice , hot and full of flavor.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites in Allentown, and the diner (fortunately open 24/7) was only two blocks away. The menu is a throwback to the 60's and 70's, lol. I was gobsmacked to see "Liver and Onion," which was the bane of my childhood. Yuck! I asked whether people actually ordered it, and apparently it's quite popular. Amazing. There are NO gluten-free bread, pasta, or baked dessert items. So I ordered a Monterey Chicken Sandwich with no bread, and a side of fruit salad, to go. Got back to the hotel, and there was a very thin piece of chicken breast topped with a huge piece of ham and melted cheese, accompanied by naked lettuce, tomato, and a slice of onion. Sigh. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. And there was no fruit salad. I called them and said that I didn't get it, and could I please pick it up in the morning? They very graciously said yes. Looked at my receipt, and no side was listed. That's why I didn't get it--he didn't note the order. I didn't want fries because I had some at lunch. This is a real middle-America diner. Nothing fancy, except the desserts, which looked incredibly delicious and made me sad. The salad bar was kind of scary. Lots of goopy things drenched in white stuff. Not a lot of healthy raw veggies, although there were empty bins that may have held them earlier. It's a nicely-decorated place, and they have GNOMES!! I didn't go in the lounge area, since I just got takeout and went back to the hotel. Service was very nice, polite, and friendly.

Adorable diner! We stopped in around 9 PM while traveling through PA, and everyone we encountered -- from the hostess to the waitress -- was incredibly polite and welcoming. The food was classic diner fare. I ordered the BLT, which was a little smaller than expected but still tasty, and it came with a pickle and a side of Lay's potato chips. My boyfriend had one of their paninis with fries, and the fries were perfectly crispy! We didn't try the salad bar, but it looked clean and well-stocked when we walked by.

I would NOT go here again. How can you mess up breakfast? The service was average at best, the food quality was poor and the atmosphere is like a 70 year old casino. It's accessible to many of the major roads, has plenty of parking so I can see why the location gets business. I would not return. The shocking thing is in this area there is only one decent breakfast place and it was closed on Monday... so you'd think a second GOOD breakfast option would be a NICE alternative ! Oh well. This place needs Gordon Ramsey

Great food! We were in town for a wedding and wanted to hit up a local diner! We got the croissant breakfast sandwich, omelet, and pancakes. We got the short stack of two pancakes, but the pancakes were absolutely humongous so we could've just gotten one and been happy. Awesome service and vibes with the aquarium, definitely a diner to hit up!

Everything was good. We had a server that was clearly working hard and she had no help. She was great. I have patience so it was ok. The food was great and my family enjoyed everything. Definitely a diner that I would visit again. The restaurant was nice and there was a bar area and plenty of seating.

Beautiful diner and decor. We stopped here for lunch. Nice menu, friendly waitress. We ordered an albacore tuna melt with fries, a burger with cup of soup and fruit salad. Did not ask how I liked my burger, it came out dry and chewy and very well done. The cream of cheesesteak was very good. The fruit salad tasted old and not sweet. The tuna melt good, but not albacore in taste, texture or color. The fries very good and crunchy. Not the best lunch we had but we were hungry and ate what we could.

The server was very attentive and super nice. The atmosphere was very home feeling. It was nostalgic to go back to this place after I moved several years ago out of PA. The food was just okay. My fries were great but my wings were a little overcooked and ended up being a bit dry. I loved the little jukebox at the tables. Been a long time since I've seen that!

Starlite is your average fare diner. We went for breakfast. Good, but nothing over the top. Our service was excellent though, so that's why I gave it four stars. The restaurant was very spacious and clean. So if you're hungry and just need some food it works but if you're looking for creative and unique it may leave you searching.

The food is standard fare, more expensive than the Hometown diner just down the road, but they open at 530 which is nice.

I like this diner. But I'm a sucker for good soups. It was my first visit. I'll see how the next visit goes. I will stay away from the soup

Go to place for dinner. Try the mini meals before 5pm. Best salad bar around and the broiled crab cakes are excellent.

We got chicken fingers and fries for our daughter, I had the boneless wings with the Hot N Honey sauce and a side of sweet potato fries, and my wife had the fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was delicious. We also tried the blueberry lemon margaritas, which were excellent. Our server was Lucas or Logan -- apologies, I'm terrible with names -- and we were shocked when we found out it was only his third day. He was honestly one of the best servers we've had anywhere. He was extremely attentive, quick with everything, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. You would never have guessed he was brand new. The history of the place is also incredibly cool and ended up sending us down a whole rabbit hole afterward. Knowing how old the building is and how much local history is tied to it made the atmosphere even more interesting. Between the great food, drinks, history, atmosphere, and fantastic service, this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area!

While working in Allentown, PA this week, I decided to check out this spot located just a few miles…read morefrom our hotel. I originally found it last year on TikTok and had been meaning to visit after hearing great things--and it definitely lived up to the hype. First off, the place is massive. It features an impressive number of TVs, plenty of bar seating, tables, booths, and even a spacious outdoor patio. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, making it an ideal spot to catch a game or grab dinner with friends. We visited on a Tuesday night, and even though it was fairly busy, we were seated within seconds. Our server came by almost immediately to take our drink order, and I wish I had caught her name--she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the 1760 Rita frozen margarita along with a water, and for my meal, I went with the Fried Chicken Buffalo Wheat Wrap. I swapped out the blue cheese crumbles for cheddar and added a side of fries and a small cup of hot honey sauce. The wrap and sauce were fresh and absolutely delicious. The only downside was that the fries were slightly cold, which is the only reason for the 4-star rating. Other than that, everything--from the food to the service to the overall vibe--was excellent. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town for work to try more from the menu.
