First time here, hoped the seafood would be fresh and it was. Amazing all you can eat buffet available. Upgrade to include the all you can eat crab legs--we love crab legs and they were terrific! We sat there until we could eat no more, enjoyed it so much. Oh and apple/raspberry cobbler on bar was delicious. Had to make room for that after eating many crab legs and other seafood/fish ;). Price will cost you (with crab legs) around $34 a person, this we found comparable in cost to another high quality location we ate at recently in Myrtle Beach. Not quite the seafood smorgasbord advertised but decent value and portion sizes for the money. Service was poor but they recognized being short staffed and other staff jumped in to take our drink orders. Four of us had the crab leg platters (not on the seafood buffet and not all you can eat), and enjoyed them. The salad bar was nice and very fresh. The ribeye and pot roast were not the table favorites. Not sure we would go back now that we've checked the crab legs off our list for a while. The service was fine but the buffet needs a lot of work. There was only a single buffet table with very limited food choices and those that they had were bland. The ribs were dry and the corn was completely void of taste. And you can get all of this for the outrageous price of $20.00. To say the least I was shocked at the price for the buffet. Server suggested he look at the menu again. Another ordered crab Alfredo. Alfredo sauce was obviously out of a can which was confirmed by the server. Appreciated her honesty. Quite simply, one of the worst meals I've ever had. I had the seafood buffet and my friend had a chicken fried steak sandwich. The only decent thing on the buffet was the salad bar. The seafood tasted old and very fishy. It was barely edible. My friend could barely choke down the sandwich and he couldn't eat the fries. We ordered the seafood buffet with the all you can eat crab legs for $31. It was awesome. The buffet was very fresh and delicious. The salad bar was very fresh and there was a nice selection. Our server, Amy, was fabulous. She was busy but our water was always full and she checked on its a lot. The hostess was delightful as was the person busing our table. We had 2 -22 year old boys with us and we got our monies worth. We recommend this place and we will go back. It is not a fancy place but it was clean and the food was fresh. read more

Show up at 8pm, 5 adults 2 kids. The only hot plate we had was the 1 kids meal that said it included fries but didn't come with any. When our server asked the cheif if it was suppose to come and was told no that the alfredo does not come with fries even though the menu says it does. Everything else was cold to luke warm. Fried shrimp was sub par, fish was sitting out for awhile and dried out. Okra was mushy. The worse part was this was our favorite seafood restaurant in Branson. All of the bad reviews are spot on. 70s decor,dirty, not sure what genre of music was playing. Server did not check on us at all, busser did all of her work and thus received the tip. Food was atrocious. Folks i am a certified chef instructor and not only that a Cajun chef. Nothing about this place should be considered food let alone cajun food. All buffet items were obviously pre frozen and deep fried without seasoning or replaced within adequate time limits. And have these owners ever been to cajun capitals such as New Orleans? Because even great cajun food is moderately priced if not cheaper. So for the two of us we paid 48 dollars for this gruel and we will never be back. Next time i will go somewhere else for flavor because the only thing cajun about this place besides the cheap mardi gras beads is the odor. read more

To start off this restaurant is an inside joke with my friends, that's how bad it was. We constantly joke about it and how much we hated everything about it. The waitress was annoying to say the least, we were not there anywhere near to when the place closed but we constantly felt rushed to order as if we were. She (the waitress) would literally sit at a table right across from us and stare until we were ready. Even when we were not ready to order she would come to our table every couple minutes and continue to ask if we were. Two of us ordered the chicken fried chicken (as to which the breading slides right off the chicken like a fish slides out of your hands) served under a random piece of soggy old lettuce, the chicken came with two sides one of which we ordered the Mac and cheese. Their Mac and cheese is KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE. Yes you heard me right, the blue box of Mac and cheese that you can buy at Walmart for a dollar is the same Mac and cheese they serve at this restaurant. For paying over $12 a piece for this meal, I was to say the least disappointed. They also have very sweaty men bringing out the food for the buffet as to which they are dripping sweat all over the food. Absolutely disgusting. I would never and I repeat NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone, except maybe starving children in third world countries who instead of this place only have their own feces to eat. Loved this restaurant 2 years ago. Food from the buffet was average tasting at best this time. We were more interested in just the crab legs but those had to be bought with the buffet. The waiter misquoted the price of the crab legs. Never would we have paid $36 a piece to eat there, the quality of food is not near worth the price. Our entire table heard the waiter say the same price. The owner was rude and handled the situation very poorly. She made the poor waiter come to the counter to state the price to us again and again, with his accent, he said the price we heard. April 26, 2014 evening- Worst restaurant and service that we have ever encounter in our lives. My husband and I have worked with all kinds of people and tough people in the mental health field together for years. Very rare that we have conflict like this and we very laid back and easy going type people. First it was freezing when we sat down. I smiled and asked the waitress if they could turn the air up some and she gave me a rude and inconvenient look, that was my first sign that customers were not important. The buffet is $31 dollars each person with snow crabs. We got buffets and our 11 yr old daughter got something off the menu. We sat down to eat and our daughter wanted to try a snow crab. She had it in her hand when the rude waitress literally took it from her and said we would have to pay and extra $12 if we want her to eat it. I said she just wanted to try it, she never had tried one before. My husband and I didn't understand because we had a huge bucket of snow crabs, and not going to pay an extra 12 when the buffet already cost 62. The manger came over with an instant attitude. And said she cannot have one. I said but we can take it home and she can try one then. She said your not taking these crabs and said ill will just throw these away. My husband was very upset also because the buffet chicken was cold in the middle. He said something, but this lady was just rude as can be and we didn't even know how to deal with her and decided to leave. We said were not paying full amount and for crabs and buffet that we took like two bites from when all this happen. then she said then im calling the cops on you. I told her go ahead. She said okay and walked away. We sat there stunned. Not sure what the hell just happened or what to do. She came back and said she would take off the crab legs and that we need to leave. By this point we were so upset that we got up. First time we have ever been kicked out of a restaurant. We go to the counter to pay what we owe and my husband tries to be the nice gentleman he is and she looks at him and says I could care less what you have to say and just grabbed his debit card. I could feel myself about to go off. I said you call yourself a manager? I said this is the worst experience I have ever had. She was rude and said I can't help it you don't have money. I said do what? I said money is not the issue!!! Believe me! As I was raising my voice loudly by this point. I told myself to start making it towards the door because I could be going to jail from going off on this manager and like I said I'm myself, a counselor. So I grabbed my daughter and said come on. And the manager was laughing like this all gave her an high and said ill pray for you. I stopped and turned around and said "lady you ain't prayed a day in your life." She smiled and laughed again and said your right! And we walked out. We left in shock, and couldnt even est again for a couple of hours. we had no idea what happened and how that turned into something so negative.
