The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.

The restaurant has a little merch store by the entrance that we checked out while waiting for our table We all enjoyed our food, I loved my taco trio. I tried one of each- grilled shrimp, fried fish and crispy cauliflower. I especially loved the crispy cauliflower and the chipotle crema! My son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza, the crust was soft and fluffy. I even enjoyed a slice. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The games upstairs kept my son busy. I would definitely come back next time we are in Williams!

It is about the full experience, and food plays a huge role in that journey. Each town along the route offers something different, from nostalgic diners that feel frozen in time to unexpectedly refined restaurants that rival bigger cities. Located on Route 66 in downtown Williams, my partner and I decided on lunch at the Pizza Factory. We were greeted by the staff and got a table inside a casual vibe featuring auto racing decor, Baja, Rally, and NASCAR with various TVs showing sports. Their menu offers pizza, calzones, and Italian pastas, as well as a small salad bar. They are known for their hand-tossed pizzas made with dough made in-house and 100% real mozzarella cheese. I decided on the mini 8" pepperoni pizza (4 slices.) The pizza had a crispy bottom, ample toppings, and enough sauce, making it taste good. Nor did the toppings slide off. My partner got the veggie calzone. The food was all made fresh to order, and ingredients were on point! But one needs to realize that this establishment is situated at the heart of a tourist area, so its quality and prices will have to meet that expectation.

Welcome was skimpy and not very inviting. At times, it seemed like we were being watched more than usual. As an interracial couple with our gay stepdaughter and her girlfriend, it just made things feel a bit uncomfortable, even if that wasn't the intention. Food-wise, it's decent. We ordered an XL half-and-half with All Meat and Factory Special, and yeah... it was huge. Definitely couldn't finish it. The crust reminded me of Pizza Hut, but since the pizza is so big, the bottom and crust came out extra crispy. A little too crunchy for my liking, honestly. Flavor was solid though. No complaints there. Overall, good portions and decent taste, but the service and overall vibe need some work. Not a bad spot for groups.

It was around 6 pm on a Wednesday and there were only about 6 guest in the restaurant. We were seated immediately and our server, a very polite young man( first day as a server) took our drink orders. He came quickly with our drinks and took our order. We ordered potato skins for an appetizer, they were good, not great. A little bland but they were huge! My wife ordered the St Louis Ribs which were the special for the day. She said they were delicious. Our son ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. He ate every bite. Said it was real good. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin which was cooked perfect. I also had mashed potatoes and gravy which were delicious as well. The gravy had an awesome taste. The food was great, the young man ( and woman) who waited on us were great ( very attentive), the only drawback was it was a little pricey, but so close to the Grand Canyon I can see why. Not that glaze was amazing and definitely help add life to My fish. We may go back for drinks cause Cass the bartender was amazing but probably not eat there again.
