The strangest Italian restaurant I have ever experienced. The facade and patio were a theme park style re-creation of a gas station from the heyday of Route 66. The inside was styled like a southwestern brew pub, yet smelled like coffee. The food was a pale imitation of authentic Italian cuisine, the pizza mediocre, the staff inconsistent and the entire affair, overpriced. The Side Salad with lemon vinaigrette was a little sour--needed black pepper, but none to be found. The Kale Caesar Salad had a buttermilk dressing that was more tangy and had less of a garlic flavor than traditional Caesar. Also needed black pepper. But was otherwise good. The white pizza with mozzarella, basil and red pepper was frustrating. The toppings became separated from the crust no matter how one would try to eat it. And the basil was barely edible--the consistency of boiled spinach. The Chicken Parmesan was original and tasted homemade. The breading contained a flavorful mixture of Italian herbs, but was a little too thick and dry. The chicken was tender, but not juicy. The pasta was overlooked and the sauce bland. What was good? One of the few places to eat in the winter time in Williams, AZ. A 12 in Pizza 19.99 and pasta 18.99 selections. Tea 5.95 x 2. Food was average but had to pay to eat. Normally I cannot eat that much carbs and Italian food is loaded with it. Very good service. read more

To start the drinks , i ordered an old fashioned it was whiskey and water with a cherry, the fettuccine Alfredo had a weird taste to it . Pizza was not special at all .I told them about it. I had to ask for a refund for the food and drinks . Not a good meal and flies everywhere inside read more

The cheesy garlic bread with the marinara was sooooo good. My 15 year old daughter got the kids mac and cheese and really enjoyed it (she didn't want to share lol). The pizza rossa (I think that's what it was called) was awesome, great wood fired crust. Katie was our server and was really sweet and brought us extra ranch dressing (West Coast people you know) and some beer tasters. We snuck upstairs to take a picture off of the deck and one of the servers was up there and took our picture and told us about his life as a seasonal worker and was heading back to the Caribbean. During the summer I'm sure this place is packed, but we enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the food and drinks were great! read more

The food was GREAT. It was slow when we went, and there was only 1 server, so maybe beware when it's busy? I got the Margarita Pizza, and I loved it. The Bruschetta was also good, you get 4 varieties and all were good. Food here was excellent. Cheesy bread and wood fired lasagna were delicious. In addition restaurant has spacious our door seating and all staff were using virus protections. It is a safe place to eat during the pandemic in addition to being delicious. Also it is connected to a local brewery who has great knowledgeable staff. Enjoy! So just stopped off here on the way through and what a little gem. The restaurant is really nice and great atmosphere and all servers were super friendly. Service was a bit hit and miss at time, and the place was not super busy, but didn't distract from the experience. We arrived during lunch and so only had the lunch menu, which came with either soup or salad. As it was freezing outside we both chose the soup and it was a brilliant flavorful Italian sausage soup. The sausages were slightly spicy and the flakes of pancetta really added another dimension to the flavor. We also ordered the bruschetta which is different from traditional. It comes out with four different type and not just the traditional tomato based version. There was a green apple and fig jam, roasted pepper and cheese, tomato base traditional and strawberry and prosciutto. The best was the fig jam but all were great. We ordered the spaghetti marinara and Romeo& Juliet pizza, and they have a true wood fired oven. Not much to say about the spaghetti, the sauce was OK, but the pasta was slightly over cooked and and bit soggy. The winner was the pizza, the base was hand made and pulled by the head chef and was perfectly crispy on the base and chewy on the top. The topping was ample but not excessive and had just enough flavor. Definitely recommend coming here and try the local beer, couldn't do it this time as I was driving. read more

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars as a total package but I'm giving it a 4 based on the exceptional service. Kaityln is on top of it, consistently checking on all of her tables and making sure everyone has what they need. We got the special for $25 two side salads, they were okay and the Romeo and Juliet.. the pizza was just okay, the pepperoni tasted a little off but it didn't stop me from eating it lol asked for half of the pizza to have olives and the other not, when the pizza arrived almost all of it had olives (insert gf attitude here). I would come back to this place to try all new dishes as I truly would love to give them a 5! read more

It took a long time to get seated, and our waiter also took long to come take our order. It was a busy night, so that's not the reason for the two stars. The problem was the food. It was not up to par with our expectations. The Fettuccine Alfredo tasted completely different than what we expect from an Alfredo sauce, and the 4 small pieces of chicken that came with it (paid extra to add chicken) had a tough texture and not a great flavor. Have been a regular visitor of Williams, AZ for years, have tried to be a good customer in this Bistro, but the food is getting worse and more expensive. Please don't sit by the bathroom where they have tables, very nasty and smelly. Someone was in there for 20 minutes, opened the door and I wanted to vomit. This visit we had to keep asking for straws, then napkins, where are our drinks, I wont mention any names, not fair to the employees. We came here looking forward to the pasta and wood-fired pizza. They were crowded but we were okay with the hour wait. They took our phone number and told us they'd call us to ensure we didn't miss our seating. After an hour, we watched them start seating other people before us. When questioned, the hostess frantically wrote us off. Unfortunately, we did not get to dine here. The service was terrible and they were very unorganized. We crossed our fingers this place would be tasty and boy it was! I ordered a beer sampler which was 8 huge samples, that's always a plus. We also munched on a white cheese, prosciutto, arugula pizza that was full of flavor. My daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza, you could tell it was all fresh ingredients even on the kids pizza. My husband had a pasta dish... Both of us wouldn't order that again, but the pizzas killed it, so we didn't mind the pasta being so-so. I also had a dessert drink called Muddy Buddy, (I think), it was delicious! Daughter had baked cookie dessert, husband ate a cannoli which looked good. Overall, our favorite spot in Williams. We had a horrible dining experience here. The pizza was undercooked, we waited 20+ min just for a refill (we kept setting the timer on my phone every time the server walked away just to see how long it would take), the server mentioned to the food runner we weren't his table. It was all and all horrible. So bad I actually went in search of a manager, he offered to take care of our dinner after seeing the food that was served and hearing about the service. My husband and I stopped by this restaurant after spending a whole day at the Grand Canyon. After reading all of the previous reviews we weren't expecting much, but I did not want to spend a lot of money on food and I was not up for burgers and fries. So we decided to come here. We were greeted promptly at the door and the server came immediately to our table to take our orders. The food is pretty good. I ordered salad and soup and my husband ordered hummus since we were not up for anything heavy. We were pleasantly surprised at how good these items are. We came here because it was the only place open late by the time we got to town. The bartender acknowledged us right away because the host was not there, and the host sat us shortly after. Great dinner spot in Williams. Pizza was great as were the appetizers and drinks. Classy second story veranda overlooking Bill Williams Mountain and the 66 strip. If you are heading there in the evening and plan to sit outside, remember a sweater or light jacket. It can get windy. Great place for a party. read more

It was freezing, everyone was starving in our party (20 of us to be exact) and The Station 66 was our choice for dinner. The hostess was great, even though we were a huge party and half of them weren't sure they wanted to eat there. They sat us right away and all together in the upstairs portion. The view was awesome, there was a balcony that you could go out to but it was too cold. We ordered pizza, wings, chicken parmigiana, and the Italian sausage. Everything was delicious! And then, I noticed one of the girls in our party ordered MAC and Cheese!! It is one of the best, if not the best (next to mine of course) mac and cheeses I have ever tasted. It was creamy and cheesy and Cheddary. If we ever visit Williams again, we definitely will be stopping here. read more

Excellent Neapolitan style pizza! Our group of 6 ate at the bar. Bartender was one of the owners - excellent service. The beer flights were good. Wine was good. Salads were a bit plain - that's one thing they should improve upon. Reviews on pizza from our group were all excellent. For those reviewers complaining about undercooked pizza, they just don't understand Neapolitan pizza - period. read more

Made the mistake of asking our hotel for a good place to eat...yes this place looks nice from the outside, but the food is just EH and very expensive...If I'm going pay top dollar the food better be worth it...sadly it's not. everything tasted refrigerated...if you must eat here have the pizza. Stayed in Williams for a night while driving through and visiting the Grand Canyon. Usually I don't expect much for quality cuisine in these type of gimmicky tourist towns, and from the exterior, the restaurant fit the gimmicky tourist theme. This place, however, breaks that mold. We had the house salad, the Tuscan soup, and the mushroom pizza . All were terrific and came out quickly. Our server, Raleigh, was very sweet and prompt. I ordered an old fashioned and even joked with my girlfriend that I'm probably setting us all up for failure by trying to order a decent drink, but it was a perfect old-fashioned! There is also a nice micro brewery attached and an arcade style shooting gallery If you're in the area, this place is more than it seems and definitely worth a stop. read more

Arrived into Williams late and called to see if they were still opened. Said they were opened for take-out only, but when we we got there, they were kind enough to accommodate sit-in (although we chose to get the hotel and relax). The Piehole brew was delicious, the bartender was really nice and the waitress was attentive. Pros.... Family enjoyed the food. They brew their own beer, which was pretty good coming from a non beer drinker. Cons.... The price is absolutely ridiculous! It cost $93.58 to feed 4 people, and only $15 of that was for a flight of beer, everyone else had water. Our food came out in 3 separate orders. It took over 30 minutes to start getting our food. I got mine at least 15 minutes before my husband, then another 10 minutes or so our server can't back out and told us they gave my daughter's dish away and they didn't know what happened to my son's dish so they were remaking them, which took another 15-20 minutes. Server was nice but very inattentive, never refilled our drinks. We say roof top and after the sun started to set it got very cold and they never turned on the outdoor fireplace. Very disappointed in the whole experience. For the high end price of the food they should make more of an effort to have their stuff together. read more

And the Formaggio with just the right amount of cheeses to not be overwhelming but still flavorful. For the beer lover in you, try a flight. My favorite of the bunch? Piehole Porter! We had the most wonderful dinner with the most wonderful server, Brian. Not only was the food amazing (we got a white pizza, salad, and alfredo [we love cheese]), the drinks on point (I got the station which tasted like friggin candy), the actual atmosphere very enjoyable (it was so friggin cute. They had someone playing live music outside and all these old gas pumps on their patio and inside there were all these cute bottles of wine around on the shelves), but best of all, we got a server named Brian who tied the whole experience together. He told us about this cool place called Bearizona, he canceled our late meatball (srry about that Brian, my brother and I would've still eaten it but my momma is a little bit more... idk), AND he got our lazy butts some samples of gelato. I have to laugh at other reviews for this restaurant! My wife, two daughters, and I stopped here for lunch before going to Bearizona (a drive through wildlife park). It was one of our best meals we've had and we are five days into our vacation. A great atmosphere too! My wife and I both had the Mona Lisa salad first. I saw another poster said it was terrible. Haha! Some people just have to find something wrong with everything! That salad wad the best I've had in a long time! We then had a Margherita pizza. Again.....amazing! We ordered pasta with pesto and tartufo as dessert. The pasta was served with some bread and wasn't any special. Just regular pasta. Calling the dessert tartufo sounds to me like an abuse. In fact it has just been a scoop of vanilla ice cream rolled in chocolate grates on top. All in all the location is good, but the food (speaking for what we ordered) is DEFINITELY far overpriced! In addition our waitress hasn't been attentively enough (removing of dishes took too long as well as drink (water) refill which didn't happen without calling). For $19 per person without taxes I expect a much better cuisine. read more
